{"title":"全球SPEI数据的应用及其与环流因子的多尺度分析 Application of Global SPEI Database and Its Multi-Scale Correlation with Circulation Factors","authors":"侯迎, 郑芳, 穆红雪","doi":"10.12677/JWRR.2017.61002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/JWRR.2017.61002","url":null,"abstract":"以石羊河上游水源区为例,运用交叉小波对标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)数据集数据、气象资料、太阳黑子数以及多条环流因子资料进行多尺度分析。结果表明:研究区上游SPEI值与临近气象站气象资料在多时间尺度上具有稳定的显著小波相关性,验证了全球SPEI数据集在该区的适用性。较短时间尺度SPEI以2~3年尺度的振荡周期为主,较长时间尺度SPEI表现出较强的8~11年尺度平稳、显著的振荡周期。此外,SPEI与太阳黑子数和环流因子存在多时间尺度的显著关联性:各时间尺度SPEI与太阳黑子数在整个研究期内具有极显著的8~12年主共振周期;较长时间尺度SPEI与NAO和PDO在准10年共振周期上显著相关(1970s~1990s);而ENSO (El Nino-Southern Oscillation)对SPEI的影响主要表现在短时间尺度的高频段上,存在准3年(1960s)和4~6年(1985~1995年)显著性的共振周期。 Taking upper reaches of Shiyang River as an example, the multi-time scale cross-wavelet transformation was used to study SPEI, sunspot, climate factors (precipitation, maximum temperature and hours of sunshine) and large-scale circulation factors (PDO, NAO, Nino3.4 and SOI) as well as their relationships in the upper reaches of the Shiyang River. The results show that there is a significant correlation between SPEI and climate factors utilizing the method of cross wavelet coherence, and the precipitation change plays a major role in SPEI change. The applicability of global SPEI database in this region was tested. Results of continuous wavelet transformation show that SPEI12 has significant 2 - 3 years periods; SPEI48 has significant 8 - 11 years periods. The significant coherence was found between SPEI at different time-scales and sunspot and four large-scale circulation factors. There are the common patterns of 8 - 12 years oscillation circle between SPEI at different time-scales and sunspot during the whole period (1950-2000). NAO, PDO and SPEI48 in the upper reaches are significant correlated with at the scales of quasi-10 years during the period from 1970 to 1999. To address this issue, we take the Chengpo river basin in Hainan, one of the humid areas in south part of China. The lumped Xinanjiang model based on the runoff generation and the distributed TOPMODEL model were selected for flood simulation. The results of both models are good for humid regions in Hainan. These two models can be used to guide the small and medium-sized river basin for flood forecasting and early warning. This paper analyzed the present situation of agriculture irrigation and water saving potential, decomposed the main problems of water-saving irrigation in China and the existing “bottleneck”. The multivariate joint distribution based on copula function and probability forecast model were proposed. With a case study of Danjiangkou reservoir monthly inflow series, the probability forecast results were compared with that of deterministic model. Functional location and structural analysis of the rivers are the prerequisite for the comprehensive remediation and ecological restoration of river environment. In view of the current situation that comprehensive remediation is going to be implemented on the river environment, the main technical points and the main forms of the river ecological revetments at home and abroad were discussed, and the limitations of the conventional slope protection were analyzed. The application of ecological revetment technology integrated with local conditions has been carried out in the South China region, and the effects of ecological slope protection on the river ecological environment and landscape have been analyzed initially. The impact of ecological environment and landscape enhancing is evidently fabulous; the cost of construction and maintenance is relatively low, as well as construction process can be performed readily. Con-sidering the uncertainty of probability distribution and the incompleteness of disaster data at small wa-tershed, a method of membership degree analysis based on information diffusion is proposed in this study. Firstly, the risk indicators of flash flood are quantified, using normal information diffusion function, the original information matrix of risk indicators in study grid is established, and the control point is calculated. Based on one-dimensional linear information distribution function, the membership degree is calculated and the fuzzy relation matrix is established. Finally, case study of flash flood in research grid is present, the membership degree of the risk indicators is calculated, which describe the membership relationship of risk indicators and risk grades. Different from the membership function using empirical formulas, membership function using information diffusion presents a quantitative risk assessment based on limited knowledge. Based on recent research at home and abroad, this paper introduces the definition of socio-hydrology that different with water resources management and eco-hydrology, summarizes the socio-hydrology modeling approaches, identifies the challenges of socio-hydrology issues, and finally briefs the controversies in the academic field. The connotation is that the av-erage expected benefit of the reservoir is maximized for long time series, but does not consider the vari-ation of annual runoff. It is obvious that the optimal operation function of the reservoir is related to the abundance of runoff that is quite different between the wet and dry years. In order to study the effect of annual runoff classification on reservoir operation function, a multi-objective operation model considering power generation and guarantee rate was established. The NSGA-II algorithm was used to optimize the operation function of Ankang reservoir. The results show that the runoff classification method is better than the long series optimization method. The largest non-inferior power generation solution can increase 0.71% power generation and 4.56% guarantee rate. It is pointed out that the Qianfo Mountain scenic spot is a part of the direct recharge area of spring water and the Qianfo Mountain fault is not the north- south channel of spring water supply. Geological survey data show that: Jinan spring water from the southeastern limestone distribution area of the Xiaoqing River basin, the famous springs 20 years drying up due to the eastern region of over-exploitation of groundwater caused. To ensure the long-term normal spewing springs, the pumping groundwater in the Jinan eastern region should be stopped. There are a number of conclusive evidences to prove that the Liuchang Mountain area of igneous rock as the boundary and the western region of Jinan are independent of groundwater system with spring area. The comprehensive and rational development of the groundwater of Jinan western region does not affect the Jinan spring spewing. As an alternative source of spring protection, the potential of groundwater in Jinan western region is huge, which can fully meet the demand of water supply. Implementation of the provin-cial and municipal levels of governance “mine western region and stop pumping eastern region” of the protection of spring spewing and spring water supplying decision-making and “control the city southern development” strategy, is the fundamental way protection. Combined with small and medium-sized river regulations, and drought emergency water supply projects, the river-lake-reservoir water system connecting construction projects were actively promoted in Anhui Province.
