Claire's story examines the transition from caregiver to cared-for. Questions emerge about the mechanisms at play in this new relationship and this dual position of caregiver. The results of a survey of 27 healthcare professionals are presented, with the aim of highlighting their posture in response to the care of a fellow carer. To do this, we used the \"patient tracer\" methodology of the French National Authority for Health. The results show that patients are satisfied and that the care pathway is being structured. However, the quality of transmissions and traceability could be improved.
