Mishel, the article illustrates their concrete use in healthcare practice. In this illustrated study, the perspective of a hybrid administrative and humanistic conceptual model is used to understand a staffing plan for nurses and caregivers in a private seniors' residence in Quebec City. It enables them to rethink their clinical posture by observing and analyzing health-care situations in their entirety. In this way, nurses are guided by benchmarks that enable them to bring their therapeutic perspective to bear on care recipients. The aim of this article is to highlight and promote the mobilization of NS theories in practice. The art of nursing, supported by scientific reflection, is then meaningful and makes it possible to promote the autonomous role as an art of nursing derived from science. Over the years, this training has been regularly updated in response to technological developments and advances in surgery.
