Setiap galeri yang ingin maju dan berkembang, dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan dan menjaga kualitas layanannya dengan baik. Sebab, hanya dengan cara meningkatkan atau menjaga kualitas layanan yang baik, maka hubungan dengan para pelanggan dapat dipertahankan secara terus-menerus. Sangkring Art Space (SAS) merupakan salah satu galeri seni yang ada di Yogyakarta. Sejak awal berdiri hingga saat ini, SAS rutin mengadakan pameran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para perupa (pelanggan) yang berpameran di SAS. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan yang disediakan Galeri SAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian survei dengan alat SERVQUAL oleh Parasuraman dkk (1988). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi potong lintang (cross-sectional) dan populasi yang diminati ialah pelanggan Galeri SAS. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara tidak acak (non-probability sampling), yaitu berjumlah 40 orang responden, terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan dewasa berusia di atas 25 tahun yang berpameran di Galeri SAS. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan hasil, nilai ekspektasi sebesar 5.61 dan nilai persepsi sebesar 5.54. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa ekspektasi melebihi persepsi pelanggan. Artinya kualitas layanan yang disediakan SAS tidak memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan. Abstract Talking about galleries as one of the services of engaged in arts, is closely related to the discussion of the quality of its services. Every gallery that wants to progress and develop, is required to always improve and maintain the quality of its services well. Because, only by maintaining good service quality, relationships can be maintained with customers continuously. Sangkring Art Space (SAS) is one of the art galleries in Yogyakarta. Since its inception until now, SAS regularly holds exhibitions to meet the needs of artists (customers) who exhibit in SAS. This study is focused on analyzing the quality of services provided by the SAS gallery. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely survey research methods with SERVQUAL tools by Parasuraman et al (PZB, 1988). The study gallery was used as a crosssectional study and SAS gallery customers. The sampling method was conducted by non-probability sampling, which amounted to 40 respondents, consisting of men and women aged over 25 years who exhibited in the SAS gallery. Based on this study, results were found, the expectation value was 5.61 and the perception value was 5.54. Thus it can be concluded that expectations exceed customer perceptions. Langkah yang digunakan yaitu melakukan analisis data dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan tahap analisis terhadap strategi yang tepat dilakukan oleh pengelola dalam memasarkan Rumah Produksi dan Promosi Sasando adalah menjaga dan mempertahankan posisi pada indikator internal huruf E, yaitu memiliki jaringan kerja sama dengan pemerintah yang selama ini sudah dilakukan. Kebijakan yang umum dari strategi ini adalah dengan melakukan penetrasi pasar dan mengembangkan produk. Artinya pengelola perusahaan harus mempertahankan posisinya dengan terus mengembangkan karya-karya seperti membuat karya dalam bentuk alat musik dan miniatur/cendera mata. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT yang menunjukkan posisinya berada pada kuadran IV yaitu menggambarkan situasi organisasi sangat buruk, karena di samping berbagai kelemahan internal, timbul ancaman dari luar, strategi defensif dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan setiap keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki perusahaan bila dikombinasikan dengan strategi ofensif untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Jenis strategi defensif dapat dibagi dalam dua bagian besar, yaitu strategi menangkis (deterrence) dan strategi tanggapan (response). Abstract In this resarch using qualitative descriptive method. Ruang pamer museum merupakan sebuah wadah aktivitas yang dilakukan pengguna dalam museum yang berfungsi sebagai elemen utama visualisasi, ruang sebagai program, dan ruang sebagai susunan tata letak. Sering ditemukannya ruang pamer yang tidak sesuai harapan dan lemahnya interaksi museum terhadap pengunjung, kegagalan kepuasan pengunjung terhadap ruang pamer dapat menjadi kendala menurunnya minat untuk datang kembali. Abstract The background of this study is a phenomenon of the wider community that shows awareness to visit the museum, seen in the social media accounts of today's society which are increasingly prevalent. The museum exhibition room is a place of activity carried out by users in the museum which functions as the main element of visualization, space as a program, and space as an arrangement of layout. Munculnya ide untuk menyelenggarakan event ini dikarenakan banyaknya penggemar musik metal di Kota Bandung, termasuk adanya komunitas metal underground. Menurut data dari Hellprint Official bahwa pada penyelenggaraan Hellprint 2013 penyelenggara mampu menjual tiket terhadap 38.000 penonton dan itu merupakan penonton terbanyak sepanjang sejarah penyelenggaraan Hellprint. Jika ditinjau dari perspektif bisnis, jumlah tersebut mengindikasikan adanya potensi ekonomi pada industri musik metal di Bandung di bidang pertunjukan. Akan tetapi menurut Hellprint Official pula bahwa pada beberapa penyelenggaraan berikutnya terjadi penurunan jumlah penonton yang faktor penyebabnya belum diketahui secara pasti. Untuk menangani masalah ini pada penyelenggaraan Hellprint United Day VI tahun 2018, penyelenggara melakukan beberapa inovasi pada beberapa faktor, di antaranya desain panggung, venue pertunjukan, fasilitas penonton, dan line up artis. Inovasi dilakukan untuk menjaga motivasi dan persepsi positif penonton demi keberlangsungan event. Peneliti telah melakukan penelitian kualitatif terhadap penonton Hellprint United Day VI 2018 melalui metode studi kasus. Artikel ini ditulis untuk menjelaskan motivasi dan persepsi penonton sehingga menjadi masukan bagi penyelenggaraan berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa silaturahmi adalah motivasi utama penonton. Sedangkan desain dan artistik panggung adalah hal yang dipersepsikan positif oleh mayoritas penonton. Abstract Hellprint United Day is an annual metal music festival event that is regularly held by the Official Hellprint and Supermusic.id in Bandung. The idea of holding this event was due to the many metal music fans in Bandung, including the underground metal community. According to data from the Hellprint Official that the holding of Hellprint 2013 organizers were able to sell tickets to 38,000 spectators and that was the largest audience in the history of Hellprint. If viewed from a business perspective, this number indicates the economic potential of the metal music industry in Bandung in the field of performances. However, according to the Hellprint Official, there are also a decrease in the number of spectators whose exact causes are unknown. To deal with this problem in the holding of Hellprint United Day VI in 2018 the organizers made several innovations on several factors, including stage design, venue performances, audience facilities, and artist line ups. Innovation is done to maintain motivation and audience positive perceptions for the continuity of the event. The researcher has conducted qualitative research on the Hellprint United Day VI 2018 audiences through a case study method. This article was written to explain the motivation and perceptions of the audience so that it became an input for the next implementation. Hal tersebut dikarenakan paham tersebut tidak bisa menerima perbedaan budaya dan agama yang beraneka ragam di Indonesia. Fenomena tersebut mengancam keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Tulisan ini mengupayakan sebuah desain yang komprehensif dan sistematis berkaitan dengan pembentukan dan pengembangan Ruang Kreatif Desa Perdamaian (RKDP) di Dusun Srumbung Gunung, Desa Poncoruso, Kecamatan Bawen, Kabupaten Jawa Tengah. Dusun tersebut mempunyai modal sosial dan budaya yang sangat kuat, yaitu masih menjaga nilai-nilai kerukunan hidup di antara umat yang beraneka ragam dan masih memelihara budaya dan adat istiadat dengan sangat baik. Dusun tersebut juga menyimpan potensi seni, pusaka saujana, dan situs bersejarah. RKDP dibentuk untuk menjadi salah satu upaya mempromosikan kehidupan yang rukun dan kreatif kepada dunia untuk mendukung perdamaian. Selain itu, pembentukan RKDP selanjutnya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakatnya, serta sebagai upaya mendukung tujuan masyarakat global dengan agenda Sustainable Development Goals yang dicita-citakan terwujud pada tahun 2030. Abstract The development of radicalism in Indonesia has become a serious problem. This is because these understandings cannot accept diverse cultural and religious differences in Indonesia. This phenomenon threatens the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This paper seeks a comprehensive and systematic design relating to the formation and development of the Peace Village Creative Space (RKDP) in Srumbung Gunung hamlet, Poncoruso Village, Bawen District, Central Java Regency. The hamlet has a very strong with social and cultural capital, which still maintains harmony values among diverse people and still maintains culture and customs very well. The hamlet also holds the potential of art, saujana (View) heritage and historic sites. RKDP was formed to be one of the efforts to promote harmonious and creative life to the world to support peace. In addition, the establishment of the RKDP will further improve the economic welfare of the community.
