Komponen atraksi Pura Pakualaman ada yang berupa seni tradisi dan adat istiadat serta ada pula yang berujud benda/bangunan yang punya nilai sejarah tinggi punya keunikan tersendiri. Sedang Kampung Wisata Pakualaman kaya potensi wisata budaya, di antaranya berupa kesenian tradisional, kuliner khas Pakualaman dan tempat-tempat bersejarah. Namun Pura Pakualaman maupun Kampung Pakualaman belum dikembangan secara optimal sebagai destinasi wisata budaya. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menggali potensi daya tarik wisata yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai produk wisata di Pura Pakualaman dan Kampung Wisata Pakualaman, hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangannya serta strategi pengembangan produk wisata budaya berbasis budaya kerajaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya potensi wisata budaya berbasis kerajaan Pura Pakualaman dan Kampung Wisata Pakualaman belum dimanfaatkan dan dikembangkan secara optimal karena terkendala beberapa hal. Konflik antarkerabat Pura Pakualaman dan masih lemahnya dari sisi tata kelola menjadi hambatan utama pengembangan destinasi wisata budaya ini. Sehingga berdasarkan analisis SWOT, peneliti mengusulkan rencana pengembangan jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Abstract Pura Pakualaman and The Pakualaman Tourism Village saves great potential as a royal culture-based tourist destination both tangible and intangible. Many attraction components of Pura Pakualaman are in the form of traditional arts and customs and the others are referring to objects/buildings that have high historical value. The Pakualaman Tourism Village is rich in cultural tourism, including traditional arts, typical Pakualaman culinary, and historical places. Recently, Pura Pakualaman and Pakualaman villages have not been optimally developed as cultural tourism destinations. This research is focused on exploring the potential of tourist attraction that can be developed as a tourism product in Pura Pakualaman and Pakualaman Tourism Village, obstacles and constraints faced in its development and development strategies for cultural tourism products based on royal culture. This research is descriptive qualitative research, using primary data sources and secondary data. The results of the research show that the magnitude of the kingdom-based cultural tourism potential of Pura Pakualaman and Pakualaman Tourism Village has not been optimally utilized and developed because of several constraints. The inter-friend conflict of the Pura Pakualaman and the weak governance aspect is the main obstacle to the development of this cultural tourism destination. Fenomena sosial yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah sebuah organisasi nonprofit/keagamaan: Gereja Kristen Indonesia (GKI) Gejayan Yogyakarta. Gereja yang berdiri tahun 2000 dengan jumlah jemaat awal hanya 200 orang, telah berkembang menjadi gereja yang dihadiri 6.000 orang jemaat tiap minggunya dan mengadakan 10 kali ibadah minggu dari yang semula hanya 2 kali saja. Setiap minggu tidak kurang dari 300 orang volunteer/sukarelawan terlibat dalam pelayanan ibadah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui model kepemimpinan di GKI Gejayan yang dihasilkan untuk mewujudkan visinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan 9 narasumber yang terlibat langsung. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: model kepemimpinan di GKI Gejayan adalah model kepemimpinan yang hadir (attending leadership). Temuan lainnya adalah motivasi para aktivis terdiri dari Spiritual Motivation dan Extrinsic Motivation. Abstract The topic of \"leadership\" is the most comprehensive topic of research on social phenomena because leadership is seen as a determining factor for the success of any organization, both profit and non-profit organizations. The social phenomenon which become the object of this research is a non-profit/religious organization: the Indonesian Christian Church (GKI) Gejayan Yogyakarta. The church, which was founded in 2000 with an initial number of congregations of only 200 people, has developed into a church that is attended by 6.000 congregations each week and holds 10 times the worship of the original week only two times. Every week no less than 300 volunteers are involved in worship services. The aim of the study was to find out the leadership model of GKI Gejayan which resulted in realizing its vision. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained from indepth interviews with 9 resource persons who were directly involved. The findings of this study are: the leadership model at GKI Gejayan is an Attending Leadership model. Masyarakat di sekitar cagar budaya ditempatkan sebagai subjek dan menjadi bagian dari kegiatan konservasi dan pemanfaatan. Mandat UU No. Warisan Budaya 11/2010, juga menempatkan masyarakat sebagai agen penting pelestarian, keamanan, perlindungan dan pemeliharaan pelestarian budaya. Artikel ini mengulas potensi dengan berfokus pada pengembangan program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Studi lokus di desa Seloharjo, Kecamatan Pundong, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Desa ini memiliki warisan budaya berupa Goa Jepang, Goa Surocolo, dan Sendang (musim semi) yang juga bernama Sendang Surocolo. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, penambangan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan diskusi bersama yang melibatkan tokoh masyarakat untuk membahas peluang untuk kebutuhan dan program pemberdayaan. Pusat Studi Pariwisata UGM, Pusat Pelestarian Warisan Budaya DIY (BPCB), dan masyarakat setempat melakukan proses ini bersama. Hasilnya, berhasil memetakan potensi, berhasil merumuskan program bagi masyarakat sekitar untuk dapat memperoleh manfaat dari keberadaan pelestarian budaya. Keberadaan gua Jepang, mata air Surocolo dan didukung oleh pemandangan yang mengarah ke pantai Selatan dapat menarik wisatawan. Ekonomi \"baru\" dalam bentuk pariwisata telah dibentuk dan dijalankan oleh Kelompok Kesadaran Pariwisata setempat. Program pemberdayaan yang dihasilkan melibatkan multi pemangku kepentingan, dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang pariwisata, ekonomi kreatif, seni budaya dan pengembangan kapasitas di bidang kewirausahaan. Abstract The existence of cultural heritage in an area needs to involve the local community in its utilization. Communities around cultural reserves are placed as subjects and become part of conservation and utilization activities. Hal ini membuka peluang bagi bidang desain grafis atau desain komunikasi visual yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. fenomena tersebut dapat dilihat dari maraknya berbagai perguruan tinggi untuk membuka program studi atau jurusan desain grafis/desain komunikasi visual. Para desainer muda lulusan perguruan tinggi tersebut, memiliki berbagai pilihan diantaranya menjadi karyawan perusahaan dan atau sebagai pekerja lepas (freelance). Dalam kasus freelance para desainer muda atau desainer pemula yang belum berpengalaman sering kali memiliki permasalahan menetapkan harga sebuah jasa desain dan rincian biaya produksinya ketika bertemu konsumen. Ketepatan dan rasionalitas rincian biaya desain yang ditawarkan tersebut, sebagai ukuran tingkat keprofesionalan desainer muda tersebut, jika biaya desain yang ditawarkan terkesan tidak rasional maka konsumen sering kali melakukan upaya penawaran yang memungkinkan kesepakatan harga akan merugikan desainer tersebut. Atas dasar fenomena tersebut, fokus artikel ini mengkaji proses apa saja yang perlu disetujui dalam harga bagi para desainer lepas/freelance r. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara mendalam dan Diskusi Kelompok Terfokus atau FGD. Hasil dari artikel ini membantu para desainer pemula yang baru terjun di dunia freelance dalam menyetujui harga sebuah desain agar dapat membuat layak dan mendapatkan tempat yang tepat dalam industri kreatif modern saat ini. Abstract The development of digital technology has influenced various aspects of life, including the world of marketing. This opens opportunities for the field of graphic design or visual communication design that needed by the community. this phenomenon, can be seen from the rise of various universities to open study programs or graphic design majors / visual communication design. The young designers of the college graduates have various choices include being a company employee and or as a freelance worker. In the case of freelance young designers or novice designers who are inexperienced often have problems determining the price of a design service and the details of its production costs when meeting consumers. The accuracy and rationality of the detailed design costs offered, as a measure of the level of professionalism of the young designer, if the design costs offered seem irrational, consumers often make bidding efforts that allow the price agreement to harm the designer. Penelitian mengenai Modal Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Pengelolaan Festival yang Berkelanjutan. Studi Kasus Festival Ngayogjazz ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran modal intelektual sumber daya manusia (mencakup pemimpin dan anggota organisasi)dalam pengelolaan Festival Ngayogjazz yang berkelanjutan. Adapun permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah tentang proses membangun dan mengelola modal intelektual SDM yang merupakan aset tak berwujud yang dimiliki Organisasi Festival Ngayogjazz. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara semi terstruktur kepada direktur Festival Ngayogjazz. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa proses membangun dan mengelola modal intelektual SDM pada Organisasi Festival Ngayogjazz dilakukan dengan cara organik, dalam artian semua pengelolaannya berbasis pada asas kekeluargaan dan ciri khas Yogyakarta dalam hal bertukar pikiran sampai dengan mengambil keputusan. Abstract This research is based on the processing of a jazz festival that can be held annually with an interesting concept which is held in the villages in Yogyakarta. Research on human resources in sustainable festival management. This research of Ngayogjazz festival aims to explain the role of intellectual capital of human recourses (include leaders and members of the organization) in managing sustainable Ngayogjazz festival. As the problems of this research are about the process of building and managing intellectual property of human resources which are intangible assets owned by Ngayogjazz festival. This research used qualitative with a study approach. The technique that used is the semi-structured interview to the director of Ngayogjazz. Sebagai organisasi yang memberdayakan “jasa”, pengelolaan organisasi selau mengacu pada kehadiran penonton dukungan sponsor (funding), sehingga sangat membutuhkan hadirnya kepercayaan penonton kepada organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Organisasi seni pertunjukan cenderung tidak memperhatikan aspek pemeliharaan, karena lebih fokus pada aspek karya. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini mengajukan klasifikasi investasi aset terlihat (tangible asset)dan aset tidak terlihat (intangible asset)pada pengelolaan organisasi Papermon Puppet Theatre (PPT). Sembilan orang narasumber diwawancarai untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait topik penelitian tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan pada era digital dewasa ini, sosial media sudah menjadi gaya hidup. Bahkan hampir sejajar dengan kebutuhan primer, sehingga setiap orang tidak bisa terlepas dari keberadaan sosial media. PPT berkewajiban selalu memberikan informasi-informasi kepada stakeholder terkait kegiatan PPT. Abstract How to take care of the assets of a performing arts organization? As an organization that empowers \"services\", the management of the organization always refers to the presence of audience sponsorship (funding), so it really requires the presence of audience trust in sustainable organizations. Performing arts organizations tend not to pay attention to maintenance aspects, because they are more focused on aspects of the work. Therefore, this study proposes the classification of tangible assets and intangible assets in the management of the Papermon Puppet Theater organization. Nine interviewees were interviewed to obtain information related to the research topic. The results show that in today's digital era, social media has become a lifestyle. In fact, it is almost equal to the primary needs, so that everyone cannot be separated from the existence of social media. Di samping untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang digunakan Sanggar Srengenge Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi empat tahap. Tahap pertama menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data. Langkah ketiga menentukan variabel yang mencakup faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah keempat atau terakhir, melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan matrik IE, Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di posisi V, yakni Hold and Maintain (pertahankan dan pelihara). Strategi umum yang dipakai adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di kuadran I sehingga diperlukan pemilihan strategi berupa penggunaan setiap kekuatan untuk menghadapi setiap ancaman dengan mendukung strategi ofensif guna menciptakan peluang. Hasil penelitian ketiga, berdasarkan hasil Kuadran Analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas menunjukkan posisinya berada pada kuadran I yaitu Ekspansion mendukung strategi ofensif. Abstract Research on the Management Strategy Development of the Srengenge Mas Studio, Bantul, DIY aims to identify the strategies that have been used so far in achieving the stated objectives. Besides analyzing internal and external factors and formulating the development of strategies used by Srengenge Mas Studio. The research method used includes four steps. The first step determines the scope of the study which consists of the object of research and research subjects. The second step is to carry out data collection techniques. The third step determines variables that include internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The fourth or final step is to analyze the data using qualitative methods using SWOT analysis. The results of the study are based on the IE matrix, Sanggar Srengenge Mas is in position V, namely Hold and Maintain (keep up and maintain). The general strategies used are market penetration and product development. The results of the second study, based on the SWOT analysis quadrant Srengenge Mas Studio, were in quadrant I, so a strategy was needed in the form of using each force to deal with each threat by supporting an offensive strategy to create opportunities. Dalam komunikasi marketing, salah satu hal terpenting ialah segmentasi pasar. Target komunikasi dapat dibagi melalui demografis dan psikologis. Dalam artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana ambiguitas target komunikasi marketing dapat terjadi pada Konser Malam Gembira: Merayakan Karya Cipta Guruh Soekarno Putra (KMG)pada tahun 2017. Secara garis besar, target komunikasi marketing KMG terbagi menjadi dua, yakni generasi X (kelahiran 1961-1980) dan generasi peralihan Y (1981-1997) dan Z (1998-2011). Hasilnya adalah karena adanya pengaruh perbedaan generasi dalam manajemen KMG itu sendiri. Nama Guruh Soekarno Putra, konsep acara, dan media sosial yang digunakan dalam strategi komunikasi marketing pun menimbulkan ambiguitas, sehingga target market yang dicapai terlalu luas dan menimbulkan ketidak-teraturan pada saat acara tersebut. Abstract Marketing communication is a strategy to give information about a product, service, or any activity. In marketing communication, one of the most important thing is a market segmentation. Communication target audience can be devided by demographic and psychology. This article will be describe about how ambiguity of communication target audience on Konser Malam Gembira: Merayakan Karya Cipta Guruh Soekarno Putra (KMG) 2017 can be occur. In larger scale, communication target audience KMG divide in to two, the X generation (born between 1961-1980) and transitional generation between Y (born between 19811997) and Z (1998-2011). The result found that the ambiguity is occur because of differencess between both generation inside the KMG organization itself. Tradisi ini memiliki nilai-nilai keunggulan yang sesuai dengan Pancasila serta memiliki relasi dengan alam. Tetapi, tradisi ini juga rentan terhadap ancaman bencana fisik maupun nonfisik, sehingga membutuhkan manajemen risiko yang baik untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan studi pustaka. Strategi manajemen risiko terkait dengan pengelolaan dan pelestarian bisa melibatkan banyak pihak. Respons berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan dalam menanggulangi risiko tersebut. Selain itu, ada potensi yang ditemukan untuk mengembangkan manajemen tradisi ini dan berdampak untuk ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Abstract This scientific journal analyzes the risk management in Malam 1 Suro heritage procession in Surakarta Palace, Central Java. This tradition has values of excellence that are in accordance with Pancasila values and it has relations with nature. However, this tradition is also vulnerable to the threat of physical and non-physical disasters so it requires good risk management to overcome this problem. The author uses qualitative methods with making interviews and literature. Risk management strategies related to management and preservation can involve many divisions. The response of various divisions is needed in overcoming these risks.
