Age, race, gender, erythrocyte turnover, anemia, pregnancy, Haemoglobin variations, thyroid, liver, HIV, and renal disorders impact HbA1c nonthermally. Different forms of hemoglobin have long been recognized to alter HbA1c production and measurement. This interference depends on the congenital disease that affects hemoglobin production and the HbA1c measurement method. \u0000The aim: This article showed non-glycaemic variables in HbA1c examination. \u0000Methods: By comparing itself to the standards set by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, this study was able to show that it met all of the requirements. So, the experts were able to make sure that the study was as up-to-date as it was possible to be. For this search approach, publications that came out between 2013 and 2023 were taken into account. Several different online reference sources, like Pubmed and SagePub, were used to do this. It was decided not to take into account review pieces, works that had already been published, or works that were only half done. \u0000Result: In the PubMed database, the results of our search brought up 102 articles, whereas the results of our search on SagePub brought up 87 articles. The results of the search conducted for the last year of 2013 yielded a total 34 articles for PubMed and 21 articles for SagePub. In the end, we compiled a total of 19 papers, 11 of which came from PubMed and eight of which came from SagePub. We included seven study that met the criteria. \u0000Conclusion: HbA1c is straightforward, accurate, and on-site. It can diagnose and predict diabetes in low- and middle-income countries and remote areas. Hyperglycemia—diabetes' biochemical hallmark—should be properly controlled to reduce complications. Age, ethnicity, gender, erythrocyte turnover, anemia, pregnancy, haemoglobin variations, thyroid, liver, HIV, and renal diseases affect HbA1c measurement.

An estimated 10 million new cases of TB, including 1.2 million in children, were reported in 2019. Due to the symptoms of pediatric tuberculosis (TB) being similar to those of other juvenile illnesses and the difficulty in obtaining lung samples due to children's propensity to swallow sputum, diagnosing pediatric TB is challenging. Methods : This systematic review's objective was to find reliable screening techniques for paediatric tuberculosis diagnosis. The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Web of Science databases were all searched in accordance with PRISMA standards. The words "screening" and "(Tuberculosis) OR (TB) OR (TB)" and "(Children")" were used. Result : This investigation covered a total of five studies. TST and IGRA are recommended by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as techniques for diagnosing M. tuberculosis infection, with certain preferences and considerations. For testing children younger than 5 years old, TST is preferred over IGRA. Conclusion :Testing BCG recipients (either as a therapy or a vaccine) or patients with subpar TST findings is preferred to be done with IGRAs.

Infection by coronavirus 2 can harm placental tissue by causing a variety of alterations. \u0000 The majority of patients with SARS-CoV-2 are asymptomatic or have moderate symptoms related to upper respiratory infections that could sometimes escalate to severely sickness, injury of multi-organ, system failure, and death. \u0000Evidence about the effects of maternal infection is growing. Emerging information points to an increase in the dangers associated with obstetrics, such as stillbirth, gestational diabetes, maternal problems, preterm births, hypertensive disorder, reduced intrauterine fetal growth, and a chance of neonatal impairments of development. Generally, it remains contradictory concerns regarding the possibility of vertical transmission. \u0000Further analysis is needed on the placenta and its role in pregnancies with COVID-19 since impairment of placental function effects on fate of pregnancy. Ethiopia, Canada, the U.S., and Atlanta are among the origins of the research. With investigation years spanning from 2014 to 2022. Children's lack of physical exercise, irregular intake patterns, excessive consumption out of fear of food deterioration, and occasional fruit and vegetable consumption contribute to obesity in food-insecure groups. In myopia, the visual media focus is in front of the macula lutea. Too strong refraction, refractive myopia, or a lengthy eyeball can cause this. This condition produces long-distance hazy vision, or "nearsightness". Myopia is a natural eye growth variant that may or may not be inherited. Stress of accommodation and convergence and anomalies in the connective tissue linking the trabeculae cause myopia-related glaucoma. \u0000 \u0000The aim: This article showed myopia as a risk factor for open-angle glaucoma. \u0000 \u0000Methods: By comparing itself to the standards set by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, this study was able to show that it met all of the requirements. The potential cause for the observed phenomenon could be attributed to the existence of myopia accompanied by a deficiency in the lamina cribrosa.
