The object of image fusion is fuse one or more source images with different focus points in to one image, so that the result of image fusion is an image which is more clarity and better information. This paper presents a novel and improved pixel-level multifocal image fusion technique has been implemented. A proposed spatial domain technique is presented by Max, Min, PCA, Max-Min, Max-PCA and Min-PCA of image fusion techniques is done. The proposed spatial domain technique outperforms the state of the art spatial domain techniques. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach performs better in both visual and quantitative scales.","PeriodicalId":347883,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Communication and Network Technologies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130843757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of the contemplated work is to determine the possibility of harvesting electrical energy from human body with dissimilar biological parameters and diagnose the cardiac problems from Einthoven wave. Human body contains umpteen biological signals like ECG (Electrocardiogram), EMG (Electromyogram), EEG (Electroencephalogram), respiratory signal, BP (Blood Pressure). Among all these, ECG and human body temperature are the lion's share important biological signals. Thus, it is necessary to draw on both the signals simultaneously in clinical conditions. This article reviews the information available on the role of cardiac problem diagnosis and its impact on human health in addition to that which biological parameters provide electricity for biological devices.","PeriodicalId":347883,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Communication and Network Technologies","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114301497","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For intelligent system to be useful, they must compete with biological systems. Recent research on Neuromorphic systems, introduces very-large-scale integration (VLSI) systems containing electronic analog circuits to mimic neuro-biological architectures. A key aspect of neuromorphic engineering is understanding how the morphology of individual neurons, circuits and overall architectures creates desirable computations, affects how information is represented, influences robustness to damage, incorporates learning and development, adapts to local change (plasticity), and facilitates evolutionary change. In this paper, a neuromorphic implementation of silicon neuron circuit that mimics the behavior of biological neuron using analog VLSI was presented. The simulated results are compared with the biological neuron and their performances are tabulated.","PeriodicalId":347883,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Communication and Network Technologies","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131741357","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Originally synchronizers were necessary when playing an asynchronous input (that is, one synchronized with the clock input so that could change exactly when the sample). Everything changes can easily be metastable. Switch its data input at the same time that the sampling edge of the clock and you get Metastability. The two signals relative duration of each cycle varies a little, and eventually leading to the metastability, close enough to each other switches. This combination of metastability with normal display devices, occur frequently. Recent semiconducting metal oxide progress (CMOS) additionally leads to unprecedented levels of integration in digital logic systems. Due to the propagation delay of the path and timing clock hold time configuration errors failure occurs in digital circuits. Depending on the application, errors are described by number of deferent terms, including “synchronization failure error” and “Metastability error”. The underlying mechanism for all of these problems is the same, and these terms “Metastability error” is the largest, because it describes the failure of the element in the circuit and not to the application. The reference signal may be either a reference voltage on the base, for example a bias voltage or a reference based on the time, as a clock signal.","PeriodicalId":347883,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Communication and Network Technologies","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125428501","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
