Trans Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu bagian dari program penerapan Bus Rapid Transit di Indonesia yang resmi beroperasi pada tanggal 21 September 2015. Dalam pelaksanaan operasionalnya, kinerja pelayanan BRT Trans Sidoarjo kondisi eksisting kurang baik. Salah satu diantaranya nilai load factor tertinggi rata-rata 25% kurang dari standar Indikator Pelayanan Angkutan Umum yang telah ditetapkan Dirjend. Perhubungan Darat sebesar 70% sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penyebab rendahnya nilai load factor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dimensi BRT Trans Sidoarjo terhadap nilai load factor sehingga diketahui penyebab rendahnya nilai load factor terhadap efektifitas kinerja BRT. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif  kualitatif  dan  kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur untuk data sekunder dan observasi armada BRT untuk data primer. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan luas netto penumpang duduk sebesar 10,915 M2 dan penumpang berdiri sebesar 9,06 M2, tingkat kenyamanan penumpang duduk sebesar 0,3638 M2 dan penumpang berdiri sebesar 0,1812 M2. Bill of Quantity put the standard cost of basic unit activity (HSPK) in Mojokerto city for five (5) years back from 2013 to 2017, the intention is for comparison to predict changes in the coming year. The purpose of this paper to produce a pattern of alteration stell building prices based on HSPK Mojokerto city, and get what the factors are the most dominant cause changes in the price of the building. This research method using linear regression analysis were prepared from the Bill of Quantity on warehouse building, according to HSPK of Mojokerto city from 2013 to 2017. From processing the data that has been collected, it has obtained a regression equation trend of building cost /m2 is Y=1.499.963,89+120.780,56*X. Lokasi yang akan saya pakai untuk bahan penelitian adalah mengambil daerah di sepanjang kawasan rencana rute tram pada koridor utara – selatan. Banyak ruas jalan di Surabaya terlihat sangat padat, sehingga terjadi derajat kejenuhan yang tinggi pada ruas – ruas jalan utama Kota Surabaya. Hal ini pula terjadi karena faktor masyarakat yang tidak begitu berminat menggunakan angkutan umum yang dinilai kurang memenuhi kelayakan penumpangnya, maka direncanakanya operasional trem di masa yang akan datang ini untuk memberikan solusi mengatasi kemacetan di Kota Surabaya. Sehingga disusunlah penelitian ini untuk membahas variabel – variabel apa sajakah yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan masyarakat agar berupaya dan bersedia beralih menggunakan Angkutan Masal Cepat (AMC) Trem. Information that has been there will be compiled into an information system. Road damage information system created using Geographic Information System (GIS). This modeling using the Google Earth satellite imagery software, the utilization of Microsoft Office 2007, Google Map to describe and process data obtained directly from the survey of the coordinates of the road segment to be constructed as a Information systems. GIS modeling can display road information that informs the road damage condition. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk maka semakin meningkat jumlah kebutuhan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup yang layak misalnya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, bangunan gedung dsb. Pembangunan infrastruktur pasti membutuhkan material yang bermacam-macam seperti bahan campuran beton, membutuhkan pasir, kerikil, semen dan air. Karakteristik sifat beton memiliki kuat tekan tinggi namun lemah dalam kuat tarik maka dari itu dalam proses pembuatan beton dibutuhkan bahan yang bermutu untuk menjaga kualitas beton. \u0000Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental. Dalam hal ini peneliti melakukan uji laboratorium  yaitu percobaan kadar air pasir; percobaan berat jenis pasir; percobaan berat voleme pasir; test kebersihan pasir terhadap lumpur (endapan); test kebersihan pasir terhadap lumpur (pencucian); percobaan kadar air batu pecah; percobaan berat jenis batu pecah; percobaan berat voleme batu pecah; test kebersihan batu pecah terhadap lumpur (pencucian); Test Keausan Agregat Kasar. Teknik analisis data akan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah berikut : 1) Survey lokasi; 2) Pengambilan sampel; 3) Uji laboratorium. \u0000Hasil percobaan kadar air agregat kasar untuk Desa Batuan 5,02%; Desa Batu Putih 1,83%; Desa Dasuk 2,08%; Desa Rubaru 1,93%; Desa Lenteng 2,04%. Hasil percobaan berat jenis kering agregat kasar untuk Desa Batuan 2,42 gr; Desa Batu Putih 2,39 gr; Desa Dasuk 2,45 gr; Desa Rubaru 2,53 gr; Desa Lenteng 2,32 gr. Hasil percobaan berat volume agregat kasar untuk Desa Batuan 1814,5 Kg/m3; Desa Batu Putih 2230,5 Kg/m3; Desa Dasuk 1977,5 Kg/m3; Desa Rubaru 2075,5 Kg/m3; Desa Lenteng 1852,5 Kg/m3.
