It refers to the reasonable arrangement of each piece of equipment and component in a limited space. Currently, aircraft equipment cabin maintenance difficulties are common, time-consuming, uneconomical, and are serious maintenance problems. In order to improve the accuracy and quality of maintenance design, a virtual maintainability design method is proposed, using DELMIA as a tool to build the virtual environment, which can be used to verify and improve maintainability. The maintenance visibility, accessibility, operating space, and working gesture are treated as objective functions. The functional constraints and aircraft equipment cabin layout rules are also considered, and are formulated as constraints. Thus, a combination algorithm model for maintainability is presented. According to the characteristics of the equipment layout problem, a modified particle swarm is used to improve the computational efficiency and solution accuracy. Finally, the application of a fighter electronic cabin is studied in detail to illustrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed method. It is also the newest development in the current equipment system, BIT (Built-In Test), because of its condition monitoring abilities. PHM technology marks a transformation from condition monitoring to health management. The PHM design philosophy has also been adopted in the development of new generation military and civilian equipment. In the complex systems of military and civilian equipment, such as electromechanical systems and flight control systems, the PHM design has been adopted as a new function design. The diagnostic capabilities of PHM are its core foundation, and its design level has a direct influence on the overall efficiency of PHM. This influence is mainly reflected in its fault detection capabilities, and its comprehensive processing and analysis capabilities. In order to validate the PHM fault diagnostic design level, we propose a new diagnostic capability validation method for complex systems. Our proposed method is based on testability validation technology, and provides a guideline for technological approaches for PHM diagnostic validation that evaluates the integrity, rationality, and effectiveness of PHM diagnostic capabilities. The purpose of planning the time interval is to keep and restore the reliability of equipment, which means selecting the suitable interval to avoid failures before they occur. Existing methods of determining a fixed-time interval always ignore influences such as cumulative failure, overhaul, and repair, which could cause insufficient maintenance or surplus inspection. Current studies focus mainly on how to acquire SSA data via a fusion information method, while a full understanding of existing SSA data has not been obtained. In this paper, complex network theory is introduced to model SSA data, and SSA state information is connected to the properties of the constructed network. Through analyzing the property quantities of the network, we can more effectively mine the characteristics of current data. Uncertainty analysis is a core problem in PRA, which must be addressed. There are several methods for analyzing uncertainty such as Monte Carlo simulation, interval analysis, probability bounds, the Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence, and fuzzy set theory. When the probability distributions of random input variables are specified, but the parameters are intervals, probability bounds analysis is an effective way to analyze the uncertainty of PRA. By constructing the probability boxes (p-boxes) of basic events, using the event chain model of PRA, uncertainty can be propagated from basic events to end states. According to the character of the weapon system, the theory of dynamic population statistics was introduced to describe the relation of reliability between varied environments, varied objects and varied phases, and the reliability model was established. Then, based on the model, the test data from various environment conditions, various development phases, various structures and various objects were used to assess the reliability of shipborne weapon. The various test data is used synthetically to enlarge the sample size and increase the information for reliability assessment with the method. The present method is used to assess the reliability of one shipborne weapon. As a kind of high-reliability and long-life product, film capacitor is widely used in communication, locomotive, and wind power generation, etc. Such a situation presents higher requirements for the life assessment method of film capacitors. Generally, we use the method of accelerated life testing for the evaluation of the product life of high-reliability and long-life. In order to assess the life of the film capacitor effectively and accurately, then further study the life situation of the system which film capacitor in, this paper is based on the cumulative failure model, through the analysis of the film capacitor failure conditions. What's more, this paper determines the lifetime distribution and acceleration model. Then optimizes accelerated life testing by using genetic algorithm and D-optimal. In the traditional performance and reliability analysis, the performance and reliability are generally analyzed separately. However, when one of these cannot meet the requirements, researchers usually have to redesign the system. In order to solve these problems, the optimization of both the performance and reliability of a BLDC motor was proposed. This paper shows how the control system model of a BLDC motor was simulated using Saber, which was modified by the engineering data. A sensitivity analysis was used to determine the design dependent parameters and performance parameters of a BLDC motor, which could vary as a result of the manufacturing conditions, environmental temperature, and device degradation. The performance of a BLDC motor was analyzed using a Monte Carlo method, and the reliability of the BLDC motor was obtained using a statistical method according to the fault criterion.
