Megre’s works. It developed from reading clubs and festivals to big projects of family estates and the form of political party. In the Altai region (Altai krai) we can registrate 12 settlements at different stages of formation. In religious studies, the anastasians are considered as the one of the new religious movements that is based on the ideology and practices related to Slavic neo-paganism. In Russian Ethnology/anthropology there are attempts to characterize the Anastasians in terms of subculture, as a community with a complex identity that includes a quasi-ethnic plane. Their culture is based on the natural peasant economy. The main concept of self-organization is the idea of family estates.","PeriodicalId":346926,"journal":{"name":"Ethnography of Altai and Adjacent Territories","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115764039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most attention is paid to such holidays as Christmas, Epiphany, Russia day and national unity day. Conclusions are made about the preservation, revival and transformation in the public life of a private celebratory customs on semantic convergence of the notions “Russian” and “Orthodox”, established in the public consciousness and social practice new social and political holidays thanks to their chronological overlay on the traditional advent calendar and the activities of cultural institutions due to the needs of the state in strengthening the ideological component of the holidays and strengthening of the unity of the nation. The popularity and mass character of holidays is influenced by the spread of modern forms of communication — television and the Internet with a variety of content and social networks that form a kind of “fashion” in society to follow certain customs. Strengthening consumer psychology and ignoring cultural traditions lead to a functional imbalance in the festive and ceremonial sphere, so it is necessary to take care of the historical and cultural heritage and design new images and meanings.","PeriodicalId":346926,"journal":{"name":"Ethnography of Altai and Adjacent Territories","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129752002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bon is presented in the study not as a primitive religion of worshiping the forces of nature, but as a developed religious system that rivaled buddhism, but subsequently mutually enriched it. And buddhism, in turn, organically absorbing the religious system of bon, had a great influence on the formation of many regional forms of buddhism of the peoples of Central Asia. In the presented material, quite clearly, based on the particularities of the pantheon system, the peculiarity of cult practices and ritual objects shows the symbiosis of buddhism and bon.","PeriodicalId":346926,"journal":{"name":"Ethnography of Altai and Adjacent Territories","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130534701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
