The zero band gap and unique features of graphene have sparked interest in additional graphene-structured materials for FET sensors. Stanene structure has a honeycomb lattice and out-of-plane buckling, allowing it to be employed as a sensing channel in an electronic device and allowing for charge and bandgap modulation. We have performed ab-initio calculations to find the electronic and transport properties of stanene nanoribbons of varied widths. The projected and total electronic states distribution are explored for the investigation of electronic characteristics, confirming the metallic nature of stanene nanoribbon. The current-voltage (I-V) properties of stanene nanoribbons were further investigated using the GOLLUM algorithm and equilibrium transport theory. The I–V profile is linear, indicating metallic transport properties.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131712868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The anti-islanding operating instruments separate the PV inverter from the power system when the power system fails. However, the PV system’s output power is impacted in real-time by the power supply after a few cycles. We evaluated the impact of a grid-connected PV system on power quality in deferments short-circuit faults cycles on a power system breakdown condition using the DigSilent power factory Simulink program. This paper aims to describe the process for sizing a solar-grid-connected home system and perform a steady-state analysis to verify the effect of photovoltaics on the system. The home load profile was evaluated considering the heating and air conditioning loads. The PV system was sized using estimated energy consumption. Power generated by the photovoltaic system was estimated and the main parameters of the system operation were investigated.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132951759","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of the rise of the drone-based general public and army applications, the Internet of Drones is becoming increasingly important. It transforms the existing Internet atmosphere into one that is more widespread and pervasive in nature. IoT connects drones with the IoD network (IoT). Due to this reason, the IoD network is vulnerable to most of the privacy and security issues associated with IoT ecosystems. To achieve the most performance from IoD apps, it's critical to maintain a safe environment free of privacy and security risks. Privacy and security issues have impeded the overall impact of the IoD framework. Existing survey research has contributed to a better knowledge of the IoD security and privacy challenges. We look into the various drone categories' levels of security and privacy issues. The necessity for secure IoD architecture is then highlighted, and a solution is proposed. We also provide a thorough taxonomy of IoD network attacks.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127805369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result, manually segmenting brain tumor from MRI images is a time-consuming and difficult process. Furthermore, an automatic brain tumor categorization based on an MRI scan is non-invasive, eliminating the need for a sample and making the diagnosing procedure safer. The scientific community has been working tirelessly since the turn of the millennium and the late 1990s to develop an automated brain tumor segmentation and classification approach. As a result, there is a lot of literature on segmentation employing region growth, classical machine learning, and deep learning methods. Similarly, several tasks in the domain of brain tumor categorization into their various histological types have been completed, with outstanding performance outcomes. The goal of this study is to present a complete assessment of three newly suggested important segmentation and classification methods for the brain tumor, namely, region growth, shallow machine learning, and deep learning, taking into explanation state-of-the-art techniques and their performance. Technical issues such as the strengths and drawbacks of alternative methods, pre-and post-processing methodologies, feature extraction, datasets, and model performance of the evaluation metrics are also covered in the conventional works involved in this study.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129705320","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These low-frequency currents in the power supply can be thought of as quasi-DC currents. A half-cycle periodic saturation of the core occurs when a DC enters a power transformer. Heating, harmonics, and reactive power losses arise from periodic core saturation. A detailed understanding of power transformer design and performance to determine the exact effect of GIC on power transformers. The paper also provides a succinct explanation of the causes of transformer failure/overheating that have been linked to GIC currents in the published literature. The research shows that, due to the nature of GIC currents, even large levels of GIC would not cause much overheating or damage to the vast majority of power transformers. If subjected to high levels of GIC, only a few specific transformers may experience winding damage due to high winding circulation currents. The report also discusses the underlying problem with GIC, which is the narrow pulse of magnetizing current that occurs when transformer cores are subjected to part-cycle, semi-saturation. We designed or provided such filter to reduce this produced Dc voltages and give Deficient output which is introduced by studying various reviews on GIC in power system transformer by adding GIC effect on the transformer which will add mutually induced DC voltages which does not give proper output as introduces input so we designed or provided such filter to reduce this produced Dc voltages and give Deficient output which is introduced by adding GIC effect on transformer by adding GIC effect on the transformer which will add mutually induced DC voltages which does not give proper output It produces high-quality output and increases the reliability of the system.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129804975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this situation, NDVI based crop vegetation parameter described a better relationship with crop yield prediction. NDVI values were acquired from optical Sentinel 2B images during a specific phenological time in 2019 and 2020. Fifty agricultural plots are occupied in an area of 300ha for both rice (Kharif) and potato (Rabi) crops, in Tarakeswar Block, Hooghly district, West Bengal, India. The ordinary kriging technique was used to produce NDVI prediction maps using Arc GIS 10.7 software. For validation of NDVI and conforming crop yield, both the crops were verified through geostatistical techniques with the lowest RMSE values. The positive coefficient of correlation between NDVI and crop yield was found as r2=0.406 for NDVI_rice and r2=0.692 for NDVI_potato, respectively. Further, at semivariograms analysis the lowest nugget-to-sill ratio found 2.51% for rice yield and 1.52% for potato yield, respectively, described the strong spatial autocorrelation. In the other hand, the highest nugget-to-sill ratio found 11.41% for NDVI_rice and 25.52% for NDVI_potato, respectively, representing moderate to strong spatial dependence. The outcome of this research proposed that NDVI is a good predictor of crop yield within-field management zones for sustainable agricultural planning.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129601255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The antenna is found to be a favorable candidate for full duplex communications in the 5G wireless systems. This FDASS consists of two symmetric printed dipoles with a circular slot implanted on the ground. This arrangement helps eliminate the influence of the ground as a reflector and enhance the bandwidth. The selection of super state in this design above the antenna, is to enhance the gain with same broad bandwidth characteristics of the antenna without superstate. Simulated results reflect that unlike the conventional dipoles, the FDASS exhibits a broad impedance bandwidth with an enhanced gain. The simulated FDASS impedance bandwidth was 9.7GHz, from 24.2GHZ to 33.9GHz which is 34%fractional bandwidth. This band completely covers the 5G communication band and millimetre-wave communication band.","PeriodicalId":346658,"journal":{"name":"2022 Second International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127328983","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Along with this a generic approach for processing sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) for EB-qZSI is presented. The EB-qZSI extract continuous current from the supply and this is considered as the major advantage of this inverter in comparison with other ZSIs. Traditional methods such as passwords, cards, among others, involve some risks such as loss, forgetfulness, cloning or theft, which is why they are not very secure. Currently, biometric facial security systems have contributed to the identification of people, access to private sites and all places that need security and order with the help of computerized computers that perform facial biometric recognition, exclusively based on images of human faces for their function, being a technology that is still being developed in the field of research. In view of this problem, this article will implement a biometric facial security system with telemetry module to detect the face of users and according to a previous evaluation allow or not access to a certain area or information safely.
