The fish swarm optimization metaheuristic or FSA including its hybridizations, are used to determine the preferable levels of manufacturing variables. Using the data obtained from an undisclosed manufacturer, computational experiments are conducted under various constraints. The results from the experiments show that the hybridization of the FSA with the evolutionary equation concerning the iteration or HFSA2 can solve various problems with better efficiency compared with other methods under reasonable time. For the APP model, the implementation of numerical results required many actions such as preparation of detailed information about production process or production capacity including changeover times of the machines.","PeriodicalId":346385,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd World Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (WSAI)","volume":"8 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123284381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the rapid development of UAV, multi UAVs cooperative self-organizing network can accomplish tasks more reliably, efficiently and economically than a single large UAV. This paper analyzes the characteristics of mobile self-organizing network composed of multiple UAVs, and focuses on how to improve the communication quality of UAV network. After analyzing the technical principles and system models of multiple input multiple output (MIMO) and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technologies, a MIMO-OFDM communication system is constructed. The simulation results show that the application of MIMO-OFDM technology in UAV communication network can effectively improve the data transmission ability.","PeriodicalId":346385,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd World Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (WSAI)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123544390","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the method ignores the influence of the generator, and the quality of the images generated in practice is unstable. We propose L2 norm regularization in the generator based on the spectral normalization, which can solve the above shortcomings. Our method directly makes the generated data close to real data in Euclidean space, and indirectly helps the spectral normalization achieve tighter Lipschitz constraint during the training of generative adversarial networks. Our experiments on CIFAR-10 and STL-10 dataset confirm that our method can not only stable the quality of the images generated by spectral normalization, but also improve the quality of generated images.","PeriodicalId":346385,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd World Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (WSAI)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115199580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Though there exist disagreements on estimating the nature of AI in terms of its legal persona, there is a special attributive characteristic of AI in discernible observation, as proposed, by the name of Dimensional Perpetuity. There are mono-truistic approaches to legal anthropomorphism, which decides the schematic and analytical development of a legal personality: from recognition to pragmatism. The pursuant disruptions due to the existential and systemic nature of AI is related with the challenge to revisit and improve the ethics of entrepreneurship and innovation and is connected with diversifying and crystallizing the heterogeneity in the legal personality of artificial intelligence. The paper presents a doctrinal understanding of the Entitative Model of Artificial Intelligence, with the analytical proposition on the concept of dimensional perpetuity of an AI. The propositions on the Doctrine of Dimensional Perpetuity and its applicable connection with the utilitarian approach to AI are presented with relevant analysis on the global approaches of entrepreneurship ethics by technology companies and data-driven governments to transform data engagement, pseudonymization and experiential cycling of the human-centered ecosystem of cyberspace. The paper also provides jurisprudential analysis on legal anthropocentrism to understand and dynamize the need to cultivate legal experience and foresight over AI as a legal personality with an exemplary review of some data-centered approaches on AI employed by consumer experience and algorithmic policing. The conclusions provided centre on the argument that dimensional perpetuity can be taken as a legal and ontological ethic to improve entrepreneurial ethics and tend towards a cultivable and naturalist approach to AI in globalized cyberspace.","PeriodicalId":346385,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd World Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (WSAI)","volume":"108 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134516216","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The presence of smart device is needed because the current lung examination is expensive and requires help from medical personnel. Due to the vital function of the lungs, it is necessary to check the lung condition which can be done independently, real-time and at an affordable cost. So if there is a problem in the lungs, it can be detected early and can be treated immediately before the disease becomes more serious. Based on the WHO, there are two lung diseases that cause millions of deaths, that is pneumonia and tuberculosis. The symptoms of both diseases can be known from the body temperature and fingernail color which indicates the oxygen levels in the blood. Temperature and color sensor was used to acquire data from these two parameters. Classification of lung condition based on the data from both sensors was designed using the Naïve Bayes method. There are three classification classes designed, healthy lung, pneumonia and TB. From the test result, the system provides an accuracy of 84.21% in classifying lung condition.","PeriodicalId":346385,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd World Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (WSAI)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125380634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, different views are usually considered to have the same role in common multi-view clustering methods, which directly affect the quality of the clustering. In this paper, we proposed a multi-view subspace clustering algorithm based on information entropy, which introduces information entropy as the weighting term of views based on Laplace rank constrained and low rank tensor constrained. The proposed multi-view subspace clustering algorithm can capture the graphic structure of the data space more accurately and avoid the postprocessing of k-means. Experiments on some real datasets demonstrate the superiority of our proposed algorithm.","PeriodicalId":346385,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd World Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (WSAI)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133091469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
