We first present an analytical method to compute the exact value of the l1-induced norm. Then, we propose a novel characterization under which discrete positive system is asymptotically stable with a prescribed l1-induced performance. Based on the characterization, a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of desired controllers is presented, and an iterative linear matrix inequality approach is developed to solve the design condition. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.","PeriodicalId":345790,"journal":{"name":"2012 24th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127628257","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bidding evaluation mechanism is a key factor on the fairness of bidding and resource allocation. On account of the defects including distortion about man-made evaluation, strong psychology intervention and so on, taking bounded rationality as precondition, we forecast the existence about the accumulation of antagonism between two groups of bid evaluation experts. We apply the multi-agent theory to research bidding evaluation behavior, prototype system of the current mechanism is described, meanwhile the multi-agent model is structured. Then we define the attribute of each agent, decision rules and the way in which different agents use for exchange and collaboration. The procedure of multi-agent simulation is given specifically. Then we realized the analytical system of bidding evaluation based on matlab GUI, simulated repeatedly adjusting relevant parameters. The results demonstrate that raising and pressing the grades is increasingly severe with time gone, the difference between two groups increasingly and objectiveness worse and worse, the accumulation of antagonistic feelings is obvious. It certainly will make the auction possibly lose the best bid owing to the unfair bidding evaluation mechanism. To solve this problem, we suggest three improved proposal. The next step, it is an urgent demand to study deeply and optimize the current bidding evaluation mechanism with the help of of multi-agent.","PeriodicalId":345790,"journal":{"name":"2012 24th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126245267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It affects the corrective pitch control greatly and increases the fatigue load. This paper model 1.5MW doubly-fed WTG (wind turbine generator) for individual pitch control, and analyze the main reason of periodic load fluctuation. Then individual pitch control based on blade element theory was researched combining the actual of the load is difficult to measure. Pitch angle was distributed by weight coefficient to realize individual pitch control. The weight coefficient was computed according to the wind speed with consideration of trailing vortex, wind shear and tower shadow. Simulations indicate that the proposed individual pitch control method not only meet the basic power control request but also reduce fluctuation of load, so it can solve the problem of fatigue load and prolong the lifetime in process of development to large-scale WTG.","PeriodicalId":345790,"journal":{"name":"2012 24th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126323522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A large-scale cortical network consisted of one-dimensional two-layer array of excitatory pyramidal neurons and inhibitory interneurons, is constructed based on the map-based neuron model. When the coupling strength between neurons exceeds a critical value, the cortical network exhibits synchronous activity, manifesting a large-amplitude oscillatory mean field activity. Suppression of such synchronized behavior of the cortical network using linear delayed feedback control is investigated. Numerical simulation results demonstrate that effective synchronization suppression can be realized as soon as the delayed feedback signal is administered.","PeriodicalId":345790,"journal":{"name":"2012 24th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128158539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
