In this paper, we present the robust design and development of a new in-flight entertainment system presenting a camera modification (IFECaM) to allow further functionalities to an IFE system such as (iii) the cooperation between passengers. The design of the IFECaM has followed the Design and Test (D&T) approach and has incorporated DO-178C and DO-331 aerospace norms. Tests have been carried out according to the standards and have demonstrated the excellent performance of our interactive, multimedia in-flight entertainment system.","PeriodicalId":344933,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 21st International Conference on Intelligent Engineering Systems (INES)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115079236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on this scheme any desired configuration can be realized and maximum flexibility of the manufacturing process can be achieved. The controllability of the proposed supervisor with respect to its controlled subsystem and the total system is proven.","PeriodicalId":344933,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 21st International Conference on Intelligent Engineering Systems (INES)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121843374","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
