The use of an influencer has indeed been proven to be effective in creating consumer awareness and influencing their purchase intention towards a brand. The impact caused by using influencers to advertise on social media is to attract attention and create awareness among their fans, so that it is expected to increase purchase intention for the advertised product. To prove this, the researchers used a research sample with respondents who are active social media users who often see influencers advertising a product on social media. The number of participants in this study were 210 people.\u0000This study used several software for data processing and data testing, namely IBM SPSS Statistics version 15 to test validity and reliability, IBM AMOS version 22 for hypothesis testing, and Sobel test for mediation tests. Data collection started in August 2021 and continued with data processing. Based on the results obtained, of the four proposed hypotheses, all hypotheses are accepted. Social media influencers have proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and the effect will be even stronger when mediated by brand awareness. This proves, the presence of an influencer who advertises a brand on social media has proven effective in attracting attention to creating awareness among social media users, especially among their followers. Further results, consumer awareness of a brand after being advertised by this influencer has proven effective in increasing the level of consumer purchase intention because the results have proven significant. That is, when a consumer is aware, he will most likely seek further information so as to enable him to have a purchase intention, either at that time or in the future.

The research objective of this study is to determine how the relationship system specification, implementation management, governance structure, total acquisition cost, and organization characteristics to e-procurement effectiveness in implementation at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative method of multivariate analysis using SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling ), namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The result of this study shows that the variables which have no effect are system specifications with implementation management, implementation management with changes in government structures, changes in government structures with e-procurement effectiveness, organizational characteristics, implementation management can mediate specification system with governance structure, implementation management can mediate specification system with total acquisition cost, implementation management can mediate specification system with organizational characteristics, government structure can mediate implementation management, and organizational characteristics can mediate implementation management with e-procurement effectiveness at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This research recommends PT. The paper brings out how the social support, and protection practices can scale up its cost in disaster recovery initiates in disaster-affected communities in Gandaki province, Nepal. \u0000An online (google) based survey form was developed, and distributed to potential frontline workers, NGO staff, INGO staff, and UN staff based on their project area. Respondents were randomly divided into two groups (local support, and external support) and asked for their supporting practices while the disaster has occurred at the local level, and responses were analyzed at the explanatory level through the regression. \u0000While testing the hypothesis that local social support leads to higher resilience capacity in the disaster-affected household with compare to external support, which results showed that local level support was better with comparing of external support during disaster response and recovery.
