Wahana Karya shipyard. The ergonomic uses RULA tools while lean six sigma uses SIPOC diagram tools, current stream mapping, DPOM, Pareto diagrams, cause, and effect diagrams and FMEA. The improvement stage is recommendations for improvement through the highest RPN in the FMEA analysis and recommendations for improving ergonomics from work posture. The control stage is the supervision of the recommended improvements. The result indicates that there are 7 work postures that cause a decrease in quality where one of the risks of high work postures is in wood cutting activities with recommendations for improvement, namely designing ergonomic wood forming and cutting tools, on lean six sigma, recommendations for improving process quality are obtained based on analysis of FMEA tools for installing Advanced hull boards are tenuous hull boards with an RPN value of 384 with recommendations for improvement, namely replacing a new clamp press tool that is easy to install. The black tea leaves are sourced from Sidamanik Plantation, North Sumatra. The dried black tea leaf extract was obtained by maceration technique in which black tea leaves were macerated for 24 hours. Then, the macerate was concentrated to obtain a thick extract and make sure that the ethanol had evaporated. After that, the concentrated extract was made with a variation of 5%, 10% and 15%. The antimicrobial activity test used was the disc method, where distilled water was used as a negative blank. The results obtained for average SD for blank with diameter 6 mm, 5%, 10% and 15% extracts were 6 ± 0,00; 7,75 ± 0,35; 9,05 ± 0,07 and 9,95 ± 0,07 mm with the inhibition diameter 0 mm; 1,75 ± 0,35; 2,05 ±0,07 and 3,95 ± 0,07 mm. PPG is conducted using a distance learning mod and the duration is 4 years. In-service teachers will attend the courses during the weekend and only five times face-to-face meetings with the lecturers. However, there is no comprehensive research has been conducted towards PPG students’ mastery skills in fundamental instructional design. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the fundamental instructional design skill level among PPG students and to determine the differences in fundamental instructional design skills among three groups of PPG students (Primary School, Secondary School, and Vocational College). This study employed a tracer study survey as the research design by using a set of questionnaires on the Needham Model-based instructional design skill assessment sheet. A total number of 276 respondents were involved in this study. The collected data will be analysed by using descriptive statistics and the One-Way ANOVA Test. Results show that most of the in-service teachers tend to have high scores in fundamental instructional design skills, namely orientation, idea generation, idea restructuring, application of the idea, and reflection. Vocational college teachers were champions in all four phases of instructional design skills except the reflection phase. The reflection phase was championed by teachers from primary school. Meanwhile, secondary school teachers tend to achieve middle level across all instructional design skills. Diabetes mellitus becomes one of the main risk factors for a person infected with the Covid-19 virus because it is susceptible to infection. Chronic complications in the form of diabetic nephropathy caused by diabetes can also increase the severity and mortality in diabetic patients infected with the Covid-19 virus. This study aims to determine the clinical overview of ureum levels in Covid-19-infected diabetes mellitus patients treated at Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital. This study was conducted from July to September 2021 at the Laboratory of Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital. This type of research is descriptive analytics. This examination uses a light intensity measurement method using an autoanalizer with a sample of 30 samples taken at random. The results of the examination of ureum levels in Diabetic Mellitus patients infected with the Covid-19 pandemic at Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital obtained results that increased by 13 samples (43%) and normal ureum levels by as many as 17 samples (57%). Moreover, information technology has entered all fields or sectors, especially transportation. One transportation service that takes advantage of the speed of access to information is the JAKET application-based transportation. The urgency of this study is to determine the level of acceptance of consumer technology in adopting JAKET application-based transportation services using the UTAUT 2 model approach. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents who used the JAKET application. The data collection process will be carried out from January to February 2021. The data collection used a survey with 33 question constructs, summarized in eight manifest variables. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling with a variance-based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square. This study's results indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and perceived risk significantly affect behavioral intention. There are two types of measurement scale that is category scale and numerical scale. Category scale is for nominal and ordinal data, while the numerical scale for an interval and ratio data. In mathematical analysis, numerical scale indicates the exact measurement and more precise definitions of certain variables. Category scale is only used to classify a variable. However, Likert scale which is used for ordinal data are often used as a measurement tool in social science research. Therefore, the Rasch model analysis that can change the nominal and ordinal data to interval and ratio data was used in this study. Here, it was used to evaluate the validity and reliability of authentic learning instrument at Malaysian Polytechnics. Validity of instrument was seen by unidimensional analysis through principal component analysis method. Reliability of instrument was seen by summary statistics, variable map and item fit table. This study used ordinal logistic regression to analyse the collected business performance data of 101 OTOP producers located in three northern provinces of Thailand. The production and operation management practices and their levels of adoption on the Production and Stock Management, Technology and Innovation adoption, Cost and Data and IT management assessed during the site visits were statistically modelled and tested for association with business performance. The ordinal logistic regression with nominal explanatory variables was used to identify the association between the OTOP business performance measured with the revenue growth and those production and operation practices. This analysis considers the different contexts of the different OTOP product groups.
