Due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection Covid-19, it was postponed for a year by the decision of the World Council for Psychotherapy. Then, when the program was already formed, it turned out that the congress would not be held in Russia, and we changed the very concept of the congress. Now our congress is intercontinental and extraterritorial. It is conducted online, although it may be partially tied to different organized audiences of professionals around the world. Первое – это то, что мы его готовим уже 8 лет. Сначала как IХ Всемирный конгресс «Дети, общество, будущее – Планета психотерапии». Конгресс планировался в 2020 году. Из-за пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции Ковид-19 он был перенесен на год решением Всемирного Совета по психотерапии. Затем, когда программа была уже сформирована, выяснилось, что в России конгресс проводится не будет, и мы поменяли саму концепцию конгресса. Теперь наш конгресс межконтинентальный и экстерриториальный. Он проводится онлайн, хотя может быть частично привязан к разным организованным аудиториям профессионалов по всему миру. К теме конгресса добавлена семья. Раньше эта тема предполагалась и читалась между строк. Lebedev","doi":"10.54775/ppl.2022.39.78.001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54775/ppl.2022.39.78.001","url":null,"abstract":"Looking for the ways to optimize clinical systemic art-psychotherapy (CSAP) of borderline mental disorders (BMD), which has shown high therapeutic efficacy according to the criteria of evidence-based medicine, showed good prospects of the concept of sanogenetic approach, focused on mobilizing the body’s own resource and self-regulatory assets. It resonates in many ways with the concept of “psychotherapy of healthy people” (PHP), clear organizational principles and a clear psychotherapeutic mission are its obvious advantage, the mission is aimed at helping a person achieve well-being through the use of his or her own resources. Particularly attractive feature of PHP for CSAP is its ideological basis: the worldview of a “militant optimist”. The most important consequence of its practical implementation is increasing of the level of positive emotional experiences of participants during a certain art therapy session (“positive emotional delta”), it is registered by them in a special art-therapy form for a comprehensive self-assessment of the psycho-emotional state (CSPES). This phenomenon is a key therapeutic factor in our art-therapy technology, its target point and important criterion for the effectiveness, it makes a principal contribution towards the fundamental solution to the problem of 172 therapeutic non-compliance (premature breaks of art-therapy), formation of a sustainable positive motivation of patients, significant reduction in time for working, constructive activation of group dynamics, therapy training and other therapeutic mechanisms. The implementation of the principles of PHP in our model CSAP is carried out with the help of a complex of special art-therapeutic techniques, positive-oriented verbal interventions, as well as organizational and technical activities, which are addressed to a healthy, safe part of the personality of patients and encouraging the multifaceted stimulation of its resource assets.\u0000 Поиск путей оптимизации клинической системной арт-психотерапии (КСАТ) пограничных психических расстройств (ППР), показавшей высокую терапевтическую эффективность по критериям доказательной медицины, обозначил хорошую перспективность в этом плане концепции саногенетического подхода, ориентированного на мобилизацию собственных ресурсных и саморегулятивных активов организма. Содержательно он во многом перекликается с концепцией «психотерапией здоровых» (ПЗ), очевидным достоинством которой является наличие четких организационных принципов и ясной психотерапевтической миссии, направленной на помощь человеку в достижении состояния благополучия на основе использовании ресурсов своей личности. Clinical classical psychotherapy is a direction in psychotherapy that meets the same natural science principles as the clinical medicine of Hippocrates. Konstorum designed and described in his monograph “The Experience of practical psychotherapy” the detailed nuanced methods applied to heal different mental derangements (schizophrenia, hysteria, psychastenia, hyppohondric and obcessive disorders and so on). He develops the doctrine of “emotional contact” with the patient suffering from schizophrenia from the practice point of view. Konstorum introduces the notion of “grand psychotherapy”, which houses both “activating psychotherapy” and Cronfeld’s “psychagogics”, which are destinated to empower personal assets of the patient. Konstorum proved the possibility of psychotherapeutic influence on the pathogenetic mechanisms of schizophrenia, and not just on \"secondary layers\". Using the methods of “graded activation” Konstorum aimed to “emotional restitution” of the patient suffering from schizophrenia and to recovery of the severe mental patient to life. S. I. Konstorum used music therapy in his medical practice as a method of activating emotional animation, not describing it. Konstorum сooperates with the family of the mental patient in an active way, went into his/ her facts of life, assisted to the employment of the patient, and it can be reffered to as to the ancestor of the modern welfare work in psychiatry, which is aimed to improve patient’s “quality of life”.\u0000 С.И. Консторум – основоположник отечественной клинической психотерапии. Клиническая классическая психотерапия – это направление в психотерапии, которое отвечает тем же естественно-научным принципам, что и клиническая медицина Гиппократа. Консторум разработал и описал в своей монографии «Опыт практической психотерапии» подробные дифференцированные лечебные приемы при разнообразных душевных расстройствах (шизофрении, истерии, психастении, ипохондрических и навязчивых расстройствах и др.). Он с практической точки зрения развивает учение об «эмоциональном контакте» с больным шизофренией. Вводит понятие «большая психотерапия», которое вмещает в себя и «активирующую психотерапию Консторума» и психагогику по А. Кронфельду, направленные на мобилизацию личностных ресурсов пациента. Консторум доказал возможность психотерапевтического воздействия на патогенетические механизмы шизофрении, а не только на «вторичные наслоения». This part includes the period from preparation for conception till the end of the diadic relationship, and combines the problems of a child and parents, implementing a diadic approach. Reproductive psychology and psychotherapy includes a broader range of issues: reproductive ontogeny, social and psychological aspects of reproductive behaviour, motherhood and fatherhood (including children's birth planning, conception, pregnancy, childbirth, upbringing of the child), as well as reproductive health problems (reproductive psychosomatic). The methodological basis of reproductive and perinatal psychology are classical and modern theories of early development, evolutionary and systemic approach, diadic approach, theory of functional systems, teaching about dominance and psychosomatic approach. The reproductive sphere is defined as a functional system that combines physiological, mental and behavioural mechanisms for the implementation of reproductive function, it has a system structure and is regulated by the reproductive dominance, including sequence of subdominants according to the dynamics of the reproductive cycle. The theory of functional systems and the concept of dominance make it possible to merge the idea about the stages of the reproductive cycle into a holistic system and to implement a holistic approach to a person at different times of realization of his main life task – birth and upbringing of children. The circle closes: human reproductive sphere has its ontogeny and its implementation as continuity “from birth to birth”: from their birth to the birth of their children.
