This paper proposes an improved bat algorithm (Improved Bat Algorithm, IBA). First, a weighted speed update mechanism is introduced in BA, so that with the increase of the number of iterations, the speed changes adaptively to avoid the algorithm falling into local extreme values prematurely. Then, in the subsequent iterations, the quadratic differential change mechanism is used to maintain the diversity of the bat population; and under the static road network, the optimal route is planned through the MAT LAB simulation experiment, which verifies that the IBA algorithm has better performance.","PeriodicalId":344365,"journal":{"name":"2022 21st International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications for Business Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130152521","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This blockchain bottom layer security is reinforced. First, the encryption algorithm used is replaced by the national secret algorithm and the smart contract is encapsulated as API at the gateway level. Signature validation is performed when the API is used to prevent illegal access. Then the whole process of data up-chain, storage and down-chain is encrypted, and a mechanism of data structure query and data query condition construction based on blockchain smart is provided to ensure that the data is “usable and invisible”. Finally, data access control is ensured through role-based and hierarchical protection, and the blockchain base developed has good extensibility, which can meet the requirement of sensitive data security protection in scientific research filed and has broad application prospects.","PeriodicalId":344365,"journal":{"name":"2022 21st International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications for Business Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132563884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Merchants have manually sorted and uploaded a large number of clothing images to make it easy for users to shop for clothing online, which consumes a huge amount of labor costs. Such problems can be improved through deep learning related algorithms. However, the conventional deep learning model has a huge amount of computation, resulting in low efficiency of real-time detection of clothing, which limits its application field. Aiming at these theoretical and practical problems, this thesis studies the optimization of clothing image detection and label recognition methods based on deep learning. In view of the real problems of high computational load and slow instant response of existing clothing detection models. This thesis proposes a clothing detection model YOLOv4-GS based on a deep learning framework. Experiments show that compared with the model YOLOv4, this model has a great improvement in detection accuracy and model efficiency. This algorithm first uses the K-means++ clustering method to preprocess the initial dataset DeepFashion2. And construct the GS module based on the deep fusion of Ghost module and SimAM attention mechanism. Then use the GS module to reconstruct the YOLOv4 network to obtain the model YOLOv4-GS, which has higher efficiency and higher model accuracy.","PeriodicalId":344365,"journal":{"name":"2022 21st International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications for Business Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123550387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it causes easily the inaccurate tracking when the scene is complex, for example, the object is seriously occluded, the color of the object is similar to that of the background, the background is dynamic, and the camera shakes or moves. Aiming at the above problems, a novel object tracking algorithm based on MSA and SURF (Speeded Up Robust Features) is proposed. Firstly, the object area in the current frame is determined by MSA, and secondly, SURF algorithm is used to match the feature points in the object area of initial frame with those in the object area of current frame, and finally, the coordinates of the center point in the object area of current frame are adjusted according to the matching results. The experimental results on three videos in complex scenes show that the proposed algorithm can track the object more accurately than MSA, and realize the real-time and accurate tracking of video objects in complex scenes.","PeriodicalId":344365,"journal":{"name":"2022 21st International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications for Business Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128694063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pheromone matrix is one of the major storage overheads. This paper based on the analysis of typical ant colony optimization algorithms, it is observed that the pheromone matrix of ACS has very strong sparseness. Therefore, SACS is proposed, whose pheromone matrix uses triplet sparse storage. In order to solve the problem of how to deal with the number of items of the initial allocated pheromone triplet and the new non-default pheromone update, this paper proposed the method based on the small fixed storage space with different replacement policies, those are, SACS-Max, SACS-Min, SACS-Rand.
