Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada anak Belajar Bahasa Bersama untuk melatih kecakapan berbahasa serta berkarakter kebangsaan, agar menumbuhkan sikap percaya diri dan menggapai impian dimasa depan. hadirnya Komunitas Belajar Bahasa Bersama di tengah-tengah masyarakat membuka peluang untuk para anak-anak yang ingin belajar bahasa inggris. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap. Pertama tahap persiapan meliputi pra survei, pembentukan tim, pembuatan dan pengajuan proposal, dan koordinasi tim serta mempersiapkan alat yang dibutuhkan. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pelaksanaan program berupa daring dan luring. dilakukan melalui penyuluhan (pemaparan materi) dan diskusi. Tahap ketiga yaitu tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan. Materi yang telah disampaikan mengenai pentingnya manajemen strategi, memahami sebuah proses perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi dan evaluasi strategi, manfaat dalam berbisnis serta factor penyebab kegagalan dalam berbisnis. In this regard, the purpose of this community service is to assist the community in delivering financial management messages in the health sector, especially regarding efforts to utilize vacant land in the yard of the house to increase household economic income. The research method is through financial management counseling in the health sector. The results of this community service show that people are starting to become aware of managing household finances because of the addition of living costs during pandemic conditions while income does not increase. This is due to low public perception and knowledge, limited facilities, and government policy support in the waste management system. Therefore, it is necessary to have a commitment in waste management so that it does not cause environmental problems. Based on Law Number 18 of 2008, waste is the remains of human daily activities and/or natural processes in solid form. In general, waste is divided into three, namely organic/wet waste, inorganic/dry waste, and hazardous waste. The purpose of this Community Service is to improve the skills of students and the community to utilize, maintain and preserve the environment through waste bank management and build networks between students and the community to use waste banks into economic goods that can improve the economy. This service method refers to the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, which is an approach and method that allows the community to jointly analyze life problems in order to formulate real plans and policies. The results of this service are 86% of the public are aware of sorting waste, and 80% of community skills are improved through training. Based on the results of a previous survey in Panampangan Village, Banjarharjo District, Brebes Regency, in 2021 there were 655 children under five with cases of malnutrition (2.13%), malnutrition (8.5%), and stunting (11.1%) lower compared to 2019 which was 16.6%. One of the efforts to suppress stunting cases through counseling at the Posyandu is still being carried out by health workers, not yet carried out by cadres, even if there are those who provide counseling it is still perfunctory. Based on this, community service activities train counseling for Posyandu cadres, with the aim of increasing counseling on Posyandu activities using various methods and media according to the goals to be achieved. The community service method goes through the stages: Coordination with village heads, officials, village midwives, and other related parties, identifying Posyandu problems and the role of cadres in counseling at Posyandu, counseling training processes, evaluating and recording reporting. Based on the results of survey, interview, and analysis, it can be concluded and identified the experience problem by Partners from the STIE Gentiaras were : 1) the lack of understanding of the electronic submission of Annual SPT, 2) limited knowledge of how to resolve if there was a failure in submitting the Annual Tax Return electronically, 3) there were still participants in community service activities, namely Individual Taxpayers who have a TIN with an inactive EFIN. The method used in community service activities held on March 29, 2022, was carried out through several stages, namely 1) preparation stage, 2) the implementation stage, 3) monitoring stage 4) the evaluation stage.
