In this instrument we have force feedback in every position and angle of the scissors. The data which was already gathered in [1,2] for different tissues were used here. However, the previous simulations lack flexibility because only the exact information obtained during data acquisition are used. In this paper the data has been made smoother by using Neuro Fuzzy Controller. Design of a neuro fuzzy controller is considered in this work because of its insensitivity to disturbances and uncertainties of model parameters. The design and optimization process of neuro fuzzy controller is based on an extended learning technique derived from adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), and implementation of this haptic scissors control system had been realized under MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The experimental results demonstrates the efficiency of this design procedure.","PeriodicalId":343071,"journal":{"name":"2012 ELEKTRO","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123740870","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Photovoltaic converters in connection with photovoltaic panels present a relative new form of electric energy production. Using of photovoltaic technologies and their advantages are uncontested. Pure form of energy production with minimal environmental burden and many other benefits. As in every sector also in that area has EMC a great significance. Power semiconductor converter becomes a significant producer of electromagnetic pollution. Therefore should be paid no less attention to this area and invest not only time but also part of financials to this issue and develop new more effective ways to reduce the electromagnetic pollution.","PeriodicalId":343071,"journal":{"name":"2012 ELEKTRO","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115392962","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In real system, the quality of position and speed measurement is badly affected by the resolver errors and by the noise. In this paper, the software-based error-compensation technique is integrated into the control structure of the drive. The compensation scheme adapts online to the errors in the resolver signals in order to improve accuracy of the measured position and speed. Oversampling and averaging technique is used to reduce noise and improve resolution. The performance of the compensation scheme and the effect on the drive operation is verified by simulation.","PeriodicalId":343071,"journal":{"name":"2012 ELEKTRO","volume":"128 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128105298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Furthermore the usual EMC approach to define immunity requirements on the basis of availability and economical conditions cannot be applied to immunity issues regarding safety-related systems. And on the other hand the approach within functional safety to emphasize the relevance of the SIL cannot be transferred in a simple way into the EMC area. An appropriate approach to combine both disciplines consists of the introduction of special immunity levels and test methods in connection with a particular performance criterion “Functional Safety”.","PeriodicalId":343071,"journal":{"name":"2012 ELEKTRO","volume":"2653 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127776241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Multi-Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) allows high data rate transmission in a severe noisy channel without the need of a complex receiver implementation as it reduces the inter symbol interference (ISI) and exploits frequency diversity. With the code combining, at successive decoding attempts for a data packet, the decoder for error correction operates on a combination of all received sequences for that packet. It is found that the system throughput efficiency increases when the modulation level, starting code rate and h values decreases and while the size of CDMA code matrix increases. Besides, it is observed that the system performance depends on not only the level of modulation but also the type of modulation.","PeriodicalId":343071,"journal":{"name":"2012 ELEKTRO","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130962416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
