The first approach to build the performance of a photovoltaic solar panel is to use a maximum power point tracker in rapidly changing climatic conditions and use a DC-DC converter to maximize the output power. This framework can operate at the maximum power point MPP and produces its highest power in different irradiance conditions when the solar panels are partially shaded. The main perspectivesis design and simulation of a simple but efficient charge controller by utilizing maximum power point tracker for photovoltaic system and analysis results show that this MPPT system with perturb & observe (P&O) method and the DCDC Boost converter can significantly increase the efficiency and the performance of PV.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115520663","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It offers powerful tools for all measurement methods applied in technology, engineering and experimental physics. Since the studies that validate and verificate the models of the phenomenon are still complex, they need to be combined into one total measure. Existing methods used in almost all literature up to the present time implicitly suggest that the use of supercomputers and the latest mathematical statistical methods allows achieving high accuracy very close to the boundaries of Heisenberg principle. To compare methodologies for improving models, we propose a new metric called comparative uncertainty. This allows us to prove that there is a limit to the achievable discrepancy between the model and the object under study.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"29 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131002694","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Model of edge joint was established by the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. The effect of different parameters, such as axial compression ratio and side plate extension length, on the seismic performance were simulated. The results indicates that the buckling of the steel beam occurs at the lateral extension of the side plate due to the strengthening of the side plate; the axial compression ratio has no obvious effect on the ultimate load; the increase of the side plate length can effectively improve the ultimate load.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122579879","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fabric of different composition (100% cotton, 60/40 CVC), two color (black, red) and various density (Ends per inch, Picks per inch) collected. Then UPF rating was measured by spectrophotometer in vitro method. Experimental result showed that higher the fabric density and weight; higher the protection from ultraviolet rays. Besides, it also revealed that black fabric has more UV protection ability than the red one. Another finding of this study is that polyester content increases the UPF value.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129070515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bleaching process uses three types of bleaching agents namely hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and calcium hypochlorite Ca(OCl)2 with varying their concentration and these are 1.5 g/l, 2.5 g/l, 3.5 g/l, 4.5 g/l, and 5.5 g/l. In the same time, scouring agent was caustic soda, and its concentration for all the bleaching agents was same. This paper describes a remote health monitoring system using WBAN where different sensors are used to collect a patient’s vital signs. Once the data is received, the captured data are evaluated by the Arduino and sent to the patient’s Android Smartphone using a Bluetooth module and a newly developed android application named Health Monitoring App. Data can be accessed by the patient himself, by doctor or patient’s family members. In critical conditions such as when body temperature and pulse rate goes beyond a predefined value or patient fall down, then application from patient’s smart phone triggers a message to deliver to the doctor or relatives with the location of the patient using built-in GPS in patient’s phone. This remote health monitoring system is very feasible and cost-effective for a developing country like Bangladesh.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"236 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116293960","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However due to the expensive price range which the self-balancing scooters are introduced at and few safety issues, this concept has failed in reaching the hands and becoming popular among the majority of the society. Therefore this research paper consists of a comprehensive literature review on the existing models of the self-balancing transporter scooters, possible ways to reduce the initial cost of implementing a control unit for self-balancing transporter vehicles and methods to address the issues which generate along with the proposed cost-reduction methods. Real-time comparison of Kalman and Complementary filtering processes are performed to sort out the optimum algorithm to estimate the true angle of the inclination of the self-balancing prototype. Similarly several forms of control system implementation are compared through simulations and real-time experiments to obtain the ideal motor response for variations in the position of the prototype.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"160 Pt 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128759043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After a literature overview, the importance of the paper is enhanced by having a theoretical and behavioral-based analysis of DR in power systems. In this work, the potential factors that influence more DR among customers and the residential market as a whole have been discussed. The customers’ elastic demand approach can pave the way for adapting a responsive demand mechanism that ensures the system reliability and cost effective measures. Alternatively, this approach can make the program more effective and supportive in serving the social welfare as whole.","PeriodicalId":342934,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Researches in Engineering","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132568711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
