Bureaucratic reform is expected to be the driver of change to bring government agencies to shift or move from its current state to the expected conditions. Therefore, a change that is managed in a holistic, structured and result oriented will greatly help the organization, teamwork and individual/staff to undergo a "transition" towards the desired state bureaucracy. House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) is one of the state institutions which have a legislative function, budgetary, and oversight. To implement the third function, the Parliament has the duty and authority among others: forming Act, establish the budget, carry out surveillance and accommodating as well as follow up on public complaints aspirations. In performing these functions and see the authority is, the bureaucracy reform that adapts to the development of communication is essential to be a concern for Parliament. Through evaluative method of analysis with a qualitative approach, this study aims to provide an overview and perspective on the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the House of Representatives. House of Representatives as a legislative institution in Indonesia through the Secretariat General and Expertise Board of DPR RI to conduct bureaucratic reform to make improvements, improvement, reinforcement, or the arrangement of the eight (8) areas of change through 9 (nine) program RB, namely a change of mindset ( change management), monitoring systems, performance accountability, institutional, management, human resources management system with the State Civil Apparatus, laws and regulations, the quality of public services, and Quick Wins. Secretariat General and Expertise Board of DPR RI through Reforms to improve itself in giving participation to support the creation of a modern parliament which is the purpose of Parliament. Social support is important to drug abusers so they could finish their rehabilitation program, recover successfully and continue their life forward. The problem occurs when the drug users who join rehabilitation program does not perceived they have sufficient social support provided by the environment. Related to that phenomenon, the purpose of this study was to determ ine whether their significant difference in perceptions of social support inpatient rehabilitation program (Regular Program) and outpatient (Methadone Maintenance Therapy Program) at RSKO Jakarta. This study aims to determine differences in perceptions of social support as seen from the rehabilitation programs carried out and the types of drugs used before conducting a rehabilitation program. This study uses a non-experimental comparative quantitative approach, which discusses the comparison between variables. The subjects of this study were drug abusers in inpatient rehabilitation program (Regular Program) and outpatient at RSKO Jakarta. This study used a non-experimental comparative quantitative approach, to compare perceive of social support from two different rehabilitation program participants. The data was collected using closed ended questionnaire from drug abusers participants from both inpatients and outpatients groups. The result shows there are significant differences in perception of social support from both of inpatient and outpatient in the rehabilitation program (p < 0,05; F= 4,783). The Inpatient Program has more positive perception of social support than outpatient program. Furthermore, this study indicate there are significant differences in the aspects of Appraisal support, and Informational support based on the type of rehabilitation program. Although the study shows there are no significant difference of perception based on the type of drugs they consumed previously. Bullying experience male and female students, as well as those experienced directly or indirectly will affect the perception of bullying behavior. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in perceptions of bullying between male students and famale students in the Bekasi city high school. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is comparative method. Subjects in the study were high school students in the city of Bekasi. Sampling technique in this study using cluster sampling technique. The amount of samples in this study was 400 high school students who sit in class one and grade two. Measurement used in this study was a perception scale of bullying behavior with Alpha Crombach value of 0.868. Data analysis techniques in this study used ANOVA Test. The results of this study indicate that there were differences in perceptions of male students and famale students in the Bekasi city high school. In this situation, one’s often experience conflict in determining the action to be taken. One’s may cooperate by prioritizing the interests of others or choosing not to cooperate by prioritizing personal interests. Cooperation is not easy to do because sometimes one’s put their personal interests ahead of others in solving social dilemmas. Personal interests are usually more short-term compared to the interests of others who are usually more long-term. Social dilemmas do not always occur in individuals but can also be in groups. The choice of action that can be taken by these individuals can be influenced by structural factors, psychological factors and dynamic interaction processes. Social dilemmas can occur in various contexts faced by individuals. For example, environments, individual goals in groups, energy conservation, blood donors, use of environmentally friendly vehicles, use of public or private vehicles, bribery and so on. Social dilemma research in Indonesia is still rare. Using case study research method, the researchers collected the data needed using in-depth interview technique towards 17 key informants. The result of the research shows that the pattern of organizational culture of government agencies in Indonesia is patterned on, first, the enactment of regulations by the government in the form of law, in effect to all government agencies, values, rituals, organizational climates, including individual expectations serving as reference in behaving and communicating implemented in the form of jargon among members of the organization. Ravicandran (2009) ini his study found an interesting fact that 96.5 % teenagers has cell phone. This condition has both positive and negative effect. Now is easier for people to communicate. But in the other hand, there has been changing function of social media. We find many bullying activities and also games addiction case. With gadget, we can update our status or check-in place where we are at that moment. Based on research conducted by Fauzi, Punia, and Kamajaya, (2016) , there’s new culture among adolescence to spend time at café in Denpasar, Bali. Social media played significant role to show their existence virtually. Another survey by Market Analysis and Consumer Research Organization (MACRO) in 2009 showed people prefer to buy gadget with high resolution camera. Most of the conflicts involved Islam which is generally known as the official religion of the country. Overall, a total of 60% that represents majority of the Malaysian populations are Malay Muslims, while the remaining consists of other ethnics which include Chinese, Indians, and the indigenous people of Sabah and Sarawak. In regard to this matter, the minorities tend to have the thoughts that they are marginalized by the government policies imposed on them. Mass media especially the newspapers have been regarded as a powerful tool in disseminating information to the population. Apart from that, it is also known to have a strong influence on the mind of individuals in regard to its reporting on a particular issue. However, it should be understood that they can either help to maintain good relations or cause more harm among the citizens. Hence, it is deemed very important to study the news that has been reported by the media to the populace, especially in the Malaysian context that is widely known to consist of multi ethnics and religions. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to study how a controversial issue was reported by The Star, an English mainstream newspaper in Malaysia in regard to the conversion of M. Indira Ghandi’s three children to Islam.
