Ograniczenie to, jak sugeruję, stanowi przeszkodę dla możliwego rozwoju umiejętności oceniania u ucznia.

Overcoming physical limitations and mental restraints raises an interesting issue of the human creative potential broadly investigated by scientists and acutely experienced by the disabled. A cruel disease that leads to complete blindness appears even more dramatic when affects visual artists. A blind artist painter sounds an oxymoron, but the stories of Sargy Mann and John Bramblitt prove that a human being can always defy comfortable schemes. A sighted observer may be puzzled by complexity of this multipolar drama marked with painful turning points, but also, perhaps surprisingly, with a feeling of gain, sense, and reward. The artists’ personal and subjective perception of the loss inspires a discussion that presents universal values in a broader perspective. Beauty and truth, uncertainty and courage are to be found in the narrations of the artists above and the essays of a distinguished Polish philosopher Fr. Józef Tischner. The article portrays the silhouettes of the blind painters focusing on their artistic strive to a meaningful and rewarding life in the light of philosophical reflections based on the axiomatic concepts of beauty and truth.

The focal point of this article is the philosopher's views on occasionalism. The solution to this problem is included in his major philosophical work, titled Le discernement du corps et de l'âme en six discours, pour servir à l'éclaircissement de la physique, 1666 [Discrimination between body and soul…]. According to him the capability to move cannot be attributed to body. The philosopher introduced inability to transfer movement from one body to another. Gerauld de Cordemoy considers God to be the fundamental purpose of movement. The article includes a philosopher's combination of Cartesian theory and atomism that he professed. He additionally proposed a definition of matter and body, alternative to the Cartesian one. The following written work elaborates on the role of a scholar in the clarification process of occasionalism, from Descrates to Malebranche.

By comparing not only plain theses of both authors but also their historical context I discuss a paradoxical possibility of agreeing with Solovyov (and not with Welte) in our time of «a long farewell to metaphysics» by an attempt to make use of contemporary knowledge of ancient Christianity. This perspective gives a possibility to rethink also present-day Christianity without loosing the continuity of Church tradition which by the letter is always trying – just like nowadays – to find the spirit of dogma.

In some interpretations it is the instruction to "meet" – so to establish the unmediated\u0000relation with the Other – is the factor, which allows to break free from the pressure of the\u0000"Hegelian bite" and problems resulting from it. It turns out that the ennoblement of the subject\u0000made by the German idealism in fact limited the reality only to its exteriorisation – and thus put\u0000into question the possibility of reaching the reality, including the reality of other people. "Meeting"\u0000would be the bridge thanks to which this reach (again) becomes possible.\u0000However, it seems that speaking about the "meeting" we still too rarely think about the prerequisites,\u0000which must be met, so that the subject can open itself to accept the Other. This is an\u0000important analysis because, first of all, it allows to judge whether the whole project of the postphenomenological\u0000philosophy can be defended in the practical perspective, and secondly – it is\u0000a key indicator that allows the further development of the human thought. It turns out that for the\u0000elementary human experience the "meeting" is not an excess, and the opening to what is unusual is\u0000the natural element of the existence of human cultures. And this instruction should be used in\u0000today's philosophizing – in order to overcome the basic aporias of modernity with its edge.
