According to the findings, the company has implemented effective strategies such as providing various products at different destinations, setting reasonable prices compared to competitors, executing robust promotion schemes, making information accessible to customers, paying attention to employee and tour guide quality, delivering excellent service, and establishing comfortable office facilities. The method used in this study is qualitative with SWOT analysis obtained from information sources in the field and from the distribution of questionnaires. In taking the sample using the Lemeshow formula because the population is unknown and infinite, so that in this sampling 100 respondents are needed. The results obtained from the assessment of internal and external factors are used for reference regarding current conditions and positions. From the internal factors obtained the results of 3.744, while the external factors obtained the results of 3.70. The position of Promise Soul is in quadrant 1 (progressive) which means that it has a strong strategy. This research is quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study consisted of 544 employees of PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda field, and the sampling method was purposive sampling with the slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 85 respondents. Primary data was obtained through direct survey distribution, and secondary data was obtained through books, journals and theses related to this research. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used in this study. According to the findings of this study, leadership style has a considerable impact on work loyalty. Workplace loyalty is positively influenced by organizational culture. Work loyalty is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture. Based on the coefficient of determination in this study, leadership style and organizational culture are able to explain 66.5% of the work loyalty variable. In the village office environment, various efforts have been made to minimize and re-examine the management of village funds, one of which is by implementing an internal control system. This study aimed to know the role of internal control in anticipating the tendency of financial fraud in 9 villages in Citeureup District, Bogor Regency, West Java, regarding Environmental Control, Risk Control, Control Activities, Information and Communication and Monitoring. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Source of data from this research is primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study includes various stages starting with distributing questionnaires, collecting, categorizing answers, conducting final assessments and classifying respondents' achievements. This research employed quantitative research techniques. The population used in this research was employees of the DSociety Medan Branch Start Up Company, with a sample size of 31 respondents. Purposive sampling was used in this research. The data was collected using a questionnaire and a Likert rating. The classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and SPSS hypothesis testing were used in this research. According to the findings of this research, Human Relations, Work Discipline, and Work Environment all have an impact on Employee Effectiveness. Based on the findings of the determination test, it was discovered that the Adjusted R Square value of 0,375 or equals 37.5%, implying that there is a direct correlation between the variables of Human Relations, Work Discipline, and Work Environment, and Employee Performance. As the virus grows, it causes various problems in various areas of life in society. The impact felt was so real with the cases of high death rates, unstable economy and other problems. The government, which has an obligation to make people's welfare take various policies to overcome this problem. From policy making, surely, it intersects with state finances which will ultimately affect the financial performance of the government itself. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial performance of local governments. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method in the form of a literature review. The data obtained comes from secondary data, namely in the form of indirect retrieval via Google Scholar, Sinta and several articles that support the concept of the theme ranging from 2017-2022. The results of this study show that there have been changes in Indonesia's economic quarter and the regional budget experienced a minus number. Turnover intention will be tested partially and simultaneously on job insecurity and workload. A total of 86 workers were used as samples for this quantitative study. Purposive sampling was used for data collection. A straight distribution questionnaire using a Likert scale was used to compile the data. Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 is used to test the validity, reliability, and test the classical assumptions and test the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study that the job insecurity has a partial effect on turnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of t-statistic 5.526 > t-table 1.663. While the workload variable also partially affects turnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of t-statistic 4.579 > t-table 1.663.
