Digitalne tehnologije i proces donošenja odluka u digitalnom okruženju identifikovani su kao veoma značajno područje istraživanja, a cirkularna ekonomija je jedan od ključnih ciljeva savremenih preduzeća za postizanje konkurentskih prednosti u smislu povećanja profita i udela na tržištu. Istraživanje je deskriptivno s ciljem da se prikaže uticaj digitalnih tehnologija na proces donošenja odluka od strane izvršnih direktora i rukovodioca uključenih u proizvodnju, i trgovinu robe široke potrošnje u cirkularnoj ekonomiji. The proposed Fuzzy inference system is based on three input variables and one output. Input variables are: The assessment of dangerous places on the observed road section (nine dangerous spots are selected; however, the scores from these nine spots are sublimated in one variable), Assessment of road characteristics (seven road characteristics are chosen; however, the scores from these seven spots are sublimated in one variable) and Frequency (Input variable Frequency is based on the criterion how many times a week or a month the examinee drives on the observed road section). Output variable is The number of accidents that a driver had experienced. The model is tested on the sample of 305 drivers and most of them are professional drivers. Animal abuse, usage of dangerous pesticides and global warming have become more evident than ever through new studies and subsequent documentaries. This has sparked a new wave of regulations and laws, as well as a new trend of organic food and a greater need for sustainability. People still often operate in the gray area of the law and corporations are known to take advantage of farmers. The goal of this project is to provide people with a platform that could help people put themselves on the map, promote communities of farmers and protect the interests of all members in the industry, from the producers to the consumers. Furthermore, this project serves as a way to adapt new trends and satisfy new customer demands. This document contains the purpose, the scope and the design of the project. Their basic properties are examined, as well as certain properties of distance functions constructed by them. In addition, one pixel descriptor, which is motivated by Local Binary Pattern family of descriptors (LBPs), is introduced. It can be used as engineering approach for verification of main system parameters, or for optimization task of the system under test. This methodology is based on linear systems theory and allows performance analysis to be divided into subsystems. In this paper, MTF methodology will be presented and explained, as an analytical model and as a testing tool which is implemented in electro-optical laboratory. According to MTF model, calculations are done to provide theoretical limit for the imaging systems. After tests in electro-optical laboratory have been done, we compared model expectations with measurements results and discussed achieved relations. The measurement has shown that the calculated cutoff frequencies correspond to the measured ones, in majority of cases. The calculated MTF curve has proven to be limit for the real measured system performance. Therefore, this study has shown that MTF can be convenient for finding system limitations, bottlenecks and increasing the overall performance of the system. Thus, although cyber security is only an element of information security, it is its most important part. For that reason, it is essential for the organizational structure to be constantly perfected. The analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) is a method to formulate the strategy. The SWOT analysis successfully provides the key factors of the problem. In recent years, the multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) has removed some of the deficiencies. However, the nature of these decisions is usually very complex and using crisp data is not suitable. This paper presents a modification of the Saaty-s scale, in which fuzzy numbers have been used for determining weight values of criteria and alternatives. The method described here takes into account the level of uncertainty of the decision maker. After the application of the AHP method in this way, the values of the functions criteria for each considered alternative are obtained. FA'WOT is a hybrid method combining the well-known SWOT analysis and the Fuzzy AHP.
