Good discipline reflects a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him. This study aims to determine there is a relationship between work discipline and lecturer performance in Buddhist religious colleges. (2) There is a Relationship between Learning Innovation and Lecturer Performance in Buddhist Religious Universities. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Budda Religious College. The number of samples was 60 respondents. The activity counter uses SPSS version 26 software. Multiple linear regression analysis is a method used to analyze the data in this study. That is because, the appreciation of religion is something that accompanies religious life, but at the same timereligion also requires a strong bond of brotherhood. This study tries to look at the relationship between the individual andsocial dimensions of religious life. This study discusses the discussion of spiritual intelligence with the mechanicalsolidarity of Buddhists in Karangsari Village, Kec. Cluwak, Kab. Starch. Obtained from ex-post facto research because thefacts or symptoms that were collected already existed before the respondent or symptoms appeared without the presence ofconsultation. The data in this study were obtained based on respondents' answers in the questionnaire research. Datacollected includes ordinal data. This data refers to the resolution or classification of responses to instrument approval. Thisresearch proves that there is no difference between Spiritual Intelligence and Mechanical Solidarity. Based on dataprocessing, the results of the relationship between the two variables are positive, but in the low category. The lowrelationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Mechanical Solidarity can be interpreted as Buddhist social piety, not fullyrelying on the internal values of Buddhism. However, awareness can be determined by values and norms that are giventogether. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sample yang digunakan sebanyak 85 (delapan puluh lima) responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner (angket tertutup) menggunakan Skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis melalui serangkaian perhitungan statistik sehingga menghasilkan simpulan dan pembuktian hipotesis secara kuantitatif. Melalui serangkaian perhitungan statistik, hasil penelitian kuantitatif pada variabel Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali menunjukkan nilai Koefisien Korelasi (ry1)=0.8901, tHitung 17.7948 > tTabel 1.9890 pada signifikansi (α) = 0.05; artinya bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan Visioner berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha di Provinsi Bali. Kemudian pada variabel Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se -Provinsi Bali menunjukkan nilai Koefisien Korelasi (ry2) = 0.9005, tHitung 18.8691> tTabel 1.9890 pada signifikansi (α) = 0.05; hal ini berarti Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali. Studi ini mengkaji secara rinci analisis kebijakan pendidikan tinggi dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis kebijakan pendidikan tinggi pada pembelajaran jarak jauh di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pada beberapa proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh, seringkali terdapat batasan atau kendala yang dihadapi seperti perbedaan dengan proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya, banyak yang memikirkan kewajiban pendidik dalam menerapkan pembelajaran online ini jauh lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka. Pembelajaran jarak jauh memiliki batasan ukuran yang baik, koneksi komunitas dan kesalahan teknis bersama dengan serverdown dan kesalahan lain yang menghambat keberhasilan memperoleh pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, pihak pemerintah berharap kreativitas guru dalam membekali pembelajaran agar dapat menghimbau kegemaran mahasiswa sehingga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik. Selain itu bantuan sangat diperlukan dari pemerintah untuk menawarkan fasilitas yang menyokong pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket tertutup. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha se-Provinsi Bali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry 1=0,810 (α<0,05), variabel motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi ry 2=0,825 (α<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama -sama terhadap inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry12=0,895 (α<0,05).
