Good discipline reflects a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him. This study aims to determine there is a relationship between work discipline and lecturer performance in Buddhist religious colleges. (2) There is a Relationship between Learning Innovation and Lecturer Performance in Buddhist Religious Universities. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Budda Religious College. The number of samples was 60 respondents. The activity counter uses SPSS version 26 software. Multiple linear regression analysis is a method used to analyze the data in this study. 摘要

教育者的绩效是教育的重要组成部分,也是教育质量高低的决定因素。良好的纪律反映了一个人对分配给他的任务的责任感。本研究旨在探讨佛教院校讲师的工作纪律与绩效之间的关系。(2)佛教院校学习创新与讲师绩效之间存在关系。这项研究的对象是佛教学院的讲师。样本数量为60人。活动计数器使用SPSS 26版软件。多元线性回归分析是本研究数据分析的一种方法。结果表明,工作纪律和讲师福利对讲师绩效的正向显著影响为0.714(75%),即R平方值,其余25%受本研究其他变量的影响。
