The role of the Kiai is one of the important factors behind determining the future direction of the pesantren, one of which includes the economic independence of the pesantren. The objectives of this research were the Kiai’s strategy in the economic independence of the pesantren, and the second, the factors that shaped economic independence in Islamic boarding schools. The focus of the location in this research was Darul Fiqhi Islamic Boarding School, Lamongan, East Java. This research was qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis method used descriptive analysis. Based on the research conducted, it was known that: first, the role of the Kiai in the economic independence of the pesantren was that the Kiai acted as a giver of ideas or ideas, stockholders, advisers, management controllers, motivators, and decision makers in various regulations that in the managed business unit. Although it can be understood that this Islamic economic system is not a new thing, but has experienced a new history in the modern era This research aimed to describe the models and applications of sharia-based financial models in the economy, Islamic finance models that are able to promote equitable development, and the impact of the Islamic finance sector on economic development. This was qualitative research with document analysis. The results were financial system in Islam has an impact on economic growth, especially in Indonesia, it can be felt the level of difference between conventional economics and Islamic economics. In addition to the investment factor made by investors, the contract model that is applied bears the risk for both parties, because with a contract like this the level of prudence that must be carried out is more selective compared to other contracts. In addition to Islamic banking, non-bank financial institutions also have a very significant role in increasing economic growth. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan sumber data diperoleh dari kajian kepustkaan dan kajian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini akan menyampaikan tentang penerapan, faktor-faktor konflik pembiayaan serta mekanisme penyelesaian terkait pembiayaan mudharabah. metode penelitian kepusatakaan ( library research) dan penelitian lapangan ( field reseacrch). Analisis data merupakan proses pengorganisasian dan mengurutkan data ke dalam pola, kategori dalam suatu uraian dasar yang ke semua itu bertujuan untuk menemukan suatu jawaban sebagai tujuan dari penelitian ini. Berdasarkan pembahasan latar belakang masalah, maka penulis memberikan beberapa kesimpulan yaitu: Pembiayaan mudharabah terkenal dengan resiko yang tinggi, terjadi antara bank syariah/shahibul maal dan nasabah/mudharib. This syari'ah economic case Number 0457 / Pdt.G / 2016 / PA.Kdr was submitted by a Syari'ah Bank customer who felt losing because collateral was auctioned by the Syari'ah Bank through the State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). If the auction process is carried out, the customer as the Plaintiff will suffer a large loss. On this basis the plaintiff through his legal counsel filed a lawsuit to the Kediri Religious Court. This study used a qualitative approach with normative juridical analysis of the legal documents of the decision of the Kediri Religious Court. This thesis discusses how the basis of legal considerations, the claim of the plaintiffs was declared not accepted (niet ovankelijke verklaard) and the legal implications of the Decision of the Kediri Religious Court Number 0457 / Pdt.G / 2016 / PA.Kdr. The conclusion of the above writing is as follows: First, the basic legal considerations of the decision of the Kediri Religious Court Number 0457 / Pdt.G / 2016 / PA.Kdr are the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1149 / K / Sip / 1975 dated 17 April 1975 jo. Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 565 / K / Sip / 1973 dated August 21, 1973, jo. verdict of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1149 / K / Sip / 1979 dated April 7, 1979 which states that the object of the claim is unclear, the claim cannot be accepted (niet ovankelijke verklaard). The second objective is to examine the significant influence of murabaha product quality on customer satisfaction. The third objective is to examine the significant effect of Price on customer satisfaction. The fourth objective is to examine the influence (quality of murabaha products, Price and Service Quality) silmutanously on customer satisfaction. The fifth objective is to test the most dominant (murabaha product quality, price and service quality to customer satisfaction). The study population is the Customer at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Nurul Ummah Ngasem-Bojonegoro. Sampling amounted to 56 respondents. Analysis of the study was conducted using data collection methods, questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 19.0 with the stages are (1) validity and reliability test (2) multiple regression analysis (3) hypothesis testing is t test and f test. Descriptive analysis results show: The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between product quality on customer satisfaction, while price has no significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.
