A qualitative research was carried out, with a bibliographic survey based on the databases Cochrane Library, LILACS, Medline, SciELO, Thesis Bank and Dissertation of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, Public Domain Directory and the Periodicals Capes. With a criterion for choosing works that deal with the program's management processes, 27 studies were selected, classifying them in two groups: theoretical essays (n = 10) and empirical studies (n = 17) to evaluate the implementation of the PBF. Among the theoretical studies, three categories of studies stand out: intergovernmental coordination, intersectoral coordination and evaluation and monitoring, while in the empirical studies: the categories of intersectoral articulation, effectiveness in the implementation by the municipalities and monitoring / evaluation by the Decentralized Management Index. We conclude that, despite the fact that the PBF is one of the most relevant programs of Brazilian social policy, academic production regarding its implementation has gaps, such as research on management in the Northeast region and the performance of state governments. portuguesO objetivo do artigo e revisar estudos que abordam a implementacao do Programa Bolsa Familia (PBF) categorizando os principais elementos de sua gestao. Realizou-se uma investigacao qualitativa com levantamento bibliografico das bases de dados Biblioteca Cochrane, LILACS, Medline, SciELO, Banco de Teses e Dissertacao da Coordenacao de Aperfeicoamento de Pessoal de Nivel Superior, Diretorio do Dominio Publico e Periodicos Capes. Definiu-se como criterio de escolha trabalhos relativos aos processos gerenciais do programa. Foram selecionados 27 estudos de avaliacao da implementacao do PBF e classificados dois grupos: ensaios teoricos (n=10) e estudos empiricos (n=17). Entre os estudos teoricos destacam-se tres categorias de estudos: coordenacao intergovernamental, coordenacao intersetorial e avaliacao e monitoramento e, nos estudos empiricos, os destaques foram: as categorias de articulacao intersetorial, eficacia na implementacao pelos municipios e monitoramento/avaliacao pelo Indice de Gestao Descentralizada. To this end, we begin with a theoretical discussion on the role of art and aesthetics in the teaching of International Relations and then we present the structuring and development of the minicourse “Art and International Relations”, which served as a stimulus for the emergence of the discipline. Finally, we will approach how the discipline took place, as well as the students’ perception of it, for this the “open” interview model was applied. Uno de ellos involucra la intensa actividad de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, normalmente caracterizadas como sin fines de lucro, en forma de convenios con entidades estatales. El proposito de este articulo es analizar los datos del Censo de Fundaciones y Asociaciones sin Fines de Lucro elaborado por el Instituto Brasileno de Geografia y Estadistica en asociacion con el Instituto de Investigaciones Economicas y Aplicadas en 2005, particularmente los de las subdivisiones de la gran area Investigacion Educativa: educacion infantil, primaria y secundaria (educacion basica). Organizamos los datos disponibles en el censo considerando las regiones del pais, las decadas de creacion de FASFIL, el numero de trabajadores, el salario promedio en FASFIL, entre otros. Se describieron mediante tablas y se compararon con referencias bibliograficas sobre politica educativa. Concluimos que la expansion del numero, el aumento de la amplitud y el vertiginoso crecimiento de la capacidad de accion del FASFIL son parte del desarrollo del proyecto neoliberal que da nuevas caracteristicas a las relaciones publico-privadas en la oferta del derecho a la educacion. EnglishVarious forms of privatization in the right to education’s offer are underway. One of them involves an intense activity of civil association, normally characterized as non-profit, in the form of agreements with stateentities. The purpose of this article is to analyze data from the Census of NonProfit Foundations and Associations produced by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics in partnership with the Institute of Economic and Applied Research in 2005, particularly from the subdivisions of the large area of Education Research: early childhood education, elementary and high school (basic education). We organized the data available in the census considering the regions of the country, the decades of creation of FASFIL, the number of workers, the average salary in FASFIL, among others. They were described using tables and collated with bibliographic references on educational policy. In the State of Parana, the government established the Paranaense Family Programme since 2012, as a strategy to promote social protection to families in socially vulnerable situations. The Program proposes planned and intersectoral actions, articulating health, education, housing, farming and work policies and aims to consolidate an integrated protection network for registered families. That said, this article aims to demonstrate the relevance of the Vulnerability Index of Families in Parana as a strategy for user access to the Paranaense Family Programme and its benefits. It was based on bibliographic and documentary research using mainly information provided by the government of the State of Parana and the Paranaense Family Programme Monitoring System. The article of descriptive character was organized so as to highlight the category social vulnerability and its relationship with the Familia Paranaense Programme and according to the configuration of the Index of Vulnerability of Families of Parana in aspects that express the concrete conditions in which families participating in the programme live in the municipality of Ponta Grossa/PR. A quantitative approach was used to analyze secondary electronic data collected from the System Information for the Childhood and Adolescence (SIPIA) about the six semi-liberty facilities in the DF. The variables of age, gender, ethnicity, education, work status, family life, district of residence, family income, and drug use were analyzed in comparison to the results from other studies and the current literature. The findings suggest that most of the adolescents in semiliberty facilities in the DF are afro-descendants, are enrolled in educational institutions, have delayed school achievement, do not work, belong to femaleheaded single-parent families, and live in the districts of Planaltina, Ceilândia, and Sobradinho. The central point would be to show how the referred interfaces can constitute a certain representation of the world and, mainly, to result in the way of life of the subjects who can present themselves in the ambivalence between emancipatory practices and stupidity.For such, we start from the analysis of the technical use of body as a process of social construction that establishes duality between emancipation or brutalization which is evident inside the cities in the critical theory field. To analyze the subject's formative processes, the methodology used is within the scope of the Philosophy of Education, in order to understand the critical appropriation of the citizenship concept as a result of the architectural project in which we are partly the result of the way we live in cities. It was concluded that in the subject's formative processes is found in the paradox, on one hand, the city construction by the democratic bias as a place to make up the common space in sharing the sensitive. Tais representacoes influenciam a organizacao social e, consequentemente, suas relacoes, alem de propagar o conhecimento e interferir na construcao de identidade dos sujeitos. Assim, este estudo explorou a relacao das representacoes sociais pejorativas que tipificam os moradores de rua e os processos de construcao de suas identidades. Apresenta, ainda, a concepcao historica do morador de rua, um sujeito presente em todas as sociedades, mas que com a insercao do sistema capitalista de producao, passa a ser mais visivel e compreendida como um “problema social”. Neste trabalho, foi utilizada a metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa, atraves do trabalho de campo, com aplicacao de uma entrevista semiestruturada a sujeitos atendidos pelo Centro de Referencia Especializado para Populacao de Rua - Centro POP dacidade de Lages - SC. Para analise e interpretacao dos dados obtidos, adotou-se categorizacao e analise de discurso. It was the result of an investigation with a qualitative approach, whose operation took place in two stages, respectively: individual interviews and participant observation. Semi-structured individual interviews were conducted, organized in a script and applied with the general directors and / or technicians / professionals of the Health Districts (DS). Monthly meetings of these councils were held, by systematizing the look of the researcher via field diary. The perspective of analysis developed during this research consisted of dialectic. The results show that the main obstacle, in the view of the members of the DS, is the participation of users in the meetings. Many of the movements and entities with potential participation are not present in this space because they do not believe that such participation is capable of generating change. portuguesO presente artigo analisa a participacao social nos Conselhos Distritais de Saude (CDS) da cidade de Joao Pessoa-PB, evidenciando suas dificuldades e potencialidades. Resultou de uma investigacao com abordagem qualitativa, cuja operacionalizacao se deu em duas etapas, respectivamente: entrevistas individuais e observacao participante. Foram realizadas entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas, organizadas em um roteiro e aplicadas com os diretores gerais e/ou tecnicos/profissionais dos Distritos Sanitarios (DS). Decorreram participacoes em reunioes mensais destes conselhos, com sistematizacao do olhar do pesquisador via diario de campo. A perspectiva de analise desenvolvida no decorrer desta pesquisa consistiu-se da dialetica. Os resultados demostram que o principal obstaculo, na visao dos membros dos DS, consiste na participacao dos usuarios nas reunioes.
