Numerical and Experimental Analyses of the Deep Drawing Camera Cover 深拉深相机罩的数值与实验分析

One of the most common defects is the tearing that occurs at corners due to the tensile stress concentration. The suitable determination of die and punch parameters leads to reduce the defects and improve the quality of drawn part. Both numerical and experimental analysis can be useful to analyze the deep drawing process for determining the optimal values of tool parameters. In this paper, the formability of camera cover in deep drawing process was considered relating to the geometrical parameters of the die edge radius (RD), the pocket radius on bottom of die (RD1) and the punch nose radius (RP). The results showed that the thickening occurred in the flange area, the stretching occurred in the side wall and the tearing could be occurred in the corners above the punch nose that related to stress concentration if the tool parameters were not optimized. Also, the numerical and experimental results were a good agreement. Gesture recognition is a topic in computer science and language technology with the goal of interpreting human gestures via mathematical algorithms. With this, we can have a more convenient life. Therefore, our goal is using image processing algorithm to effectively recognize the correct gesture from camera and present a user-friendly human-machine interface. In recent years, gesture recognition has become a popular and important issue. It can be used for robot control, appliances control, gaming control, etc. We present an algorithm which is able to correctly calculate the accurate finger joint position and then evaluate the gesture. This algorithm is divided into two parts: hand position detection and gesture recognition. In gesture detection, we capture the depth image from depth camera to solve the problem caused by illumination and background. In gesture recognition, we use an object recognizing algorithm to make the difficult evaluating finger movement problem corresponds to an easier voting classify problem. Various methods have been also developed to determine the strains and residual stresses. X-ray diffraction is often used technique to measure the residual stress in the surface material, while layer removal method is common applied to determine the in-depth residual stress distribution. This paper will present the technique combining the X-ray diffraction with layer removal method to study of the strain and residual stress distribution in the thickness direction on JIS S45C quenched specimen. This paper presents a new method to determine the phase percentage of triple-phase hard alloy using the X-ray diffraction, based on the assumption that the measured phase diffraction energy is proportional to the phase volume in the material. Since then proposed to improve the process for determining the percentage of triple-phase materials by X-ray diffraction. Errors associated with data entry are usually caused by human error. This study also reduces the risk of cross-infection between nurses and patients. The automation of medical information is the goal of future development. The medical policy decision is to be gradually automated. The quality of treatment can be improved by providing medical knowledge to the patients and evaluating relevant medical information. In this study, we integrate five different modules in physiology or medicine used to measure physiological monitoring and the measurement platform. We also use RFID to search and input patient data and medical record numbers instead of doing it manually. The measurement efficiency of patients rose by up to 30%. Despite of the variety of commercial products, these designs do not provide adequate degree-of-freedom during amputees' movement. It hampers them from walking comfortably especially on undulating and rough terrains. This paper presents a novel design of a multiaxis fully compliant prosthetic ankle. Finite element analyses are carried out to evaluate the mechanical behaviors of the design obtained by an optimization procedure. The designed prosthesis not only has a capability of bending and compression to store elastic energy and release it to assist in forward propulsion of the body but can also facilitate eversion motion when persons with disability move on rough road by integrating a circular flexure hinge. Super resolution algorithm enhances high frequency information (texture or edges) to improve the image quality. We can do more things with super resolution, such as road surveillance system. The image quality would be degraded by illumination, angle, distance, and other conditions, and it will result in failing to recognize license plate or human face. Interpolation is a traditional method for super resolution, but this method does not ignore high frequency information. Therefore, example-based super-resolution methods were proposed. Besides, deep learning has great performance in many applications. However, for super-resolution, the computational complexity via deep learning algorithm is high and it needs some time to generate a high-resolution image. The time might be acceptable for single image. But what if we have to enhance video, it will take a lot of time to rebuild. Therefore, our research aims to solve this problem. We present a faster super resolution for video based on deep learning. We find the different patches between frame and frame. The PRBS disturbance is amplified by current transformer and then is injected into the line. The profile of cross correlation (CCR) of echo response with input stimuli is used to classify the fault types. Fault location is measured based on the time delay of PN sequence cross-correlated response from the autocorrelation (ACR) location. The most important feature of this method is capacity to extract fault position from multiple reflections caused by a variety of discontinuities along distribution line. A multi-branch distribution circuit is modeled by cascading some segments together. Simulink package has been known as a powerful tool to simulate the different fault conditions. The heat collection sun tracking design, whereby the LDR sensor installed on the Fersnel lens was controlled to track the Sun's radiation. In order to obtain the maximum sun power, the tracking system traces the sun with the altitude-azimuth biaxial tracing method and accurately maintains the sun's radiation perpendicular to the plane of the heating head. The results indicated that if the position of heating head is located on certain position and then sunlight can be concentrated to completely cover the heating head with small heat loss, we can obtain the maximum temperature of the heating head of the Stirling engine. Besides, we also measure the sun irradiation, energy gain from solar cells, energy consumption, and temperature of heading head.
