These methods, which enable criteria with different measurement units to be examined together, allow choosing between alternatives. However, different methods can produce different results depending on the data set. The aim of this study is to combine the results obtained by applying different methods to the data set with the Copeland method. To this end, a problem with real data was first addressed. Technical data of motorcycle alternatives that can be preferred for individual needs were collected in terms of different criteria. The weights of these criteria were found by the PIPRECIA method. Six different multi-criteria decision making methods were used to evaluate motorcycle alternatives. These methods are MOPA, MOOSRA, COPRAS, SAW, WPM and ROV. The sequencing results obtained from these methods were combined with the Copeland method and the results were discussed.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115454331","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the ways to ensure that the customer expectations and needs are met at the desired level is through service quality factors which are considered to increase customer satisfaction.This study aims to establish the service quality criteria in three-star hotels in Erzurum and to rank the importance levels of the determined criteria. The MAUT method was used to weight the determined criteria. The results of the MAUT method show that the “Quality of Housekeeping” was the most important service quality criteria in three-star hotels. This was followed by \"Front Office Service Quality\", \"Cleanliness\", \"Reliability\", \"Restaurant Service Quality\" and \"Service and Process Flexibility\" respectively. The criteria considered as the least important include \"Courtesy and Respect Level\" and \"Price Availability\".","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"181 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114206670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to identify the current knowledge, i.e., the current situation in the context of research on cyber security in tourism, a bibliometric analysis was conducted, which indicated that an insufficient number of authors research cyber security and that there is not a sufficient number of studies that would analyze the mechanisms and measures of increasing cyber security in tourism. The importance of researching cyber security in tourism is based on the fact that tourism is a particularly vulnerable and sensitive branch of the economy to risks that affect tourists as such, and that it can depend on the reputation of the country, institutions, or hotels. The bibliometric analysis conducted in this paper is significant for future researchers considering that it can serve as a basis for researchers' focus on specific areas of cyber security.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"168 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115177868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Outsourcing as one of the most essential concepts related to strategic management is considered to meet all the aforementioned conditions. In fact, logistics enterprises composing the main theme of this study tend to the outsourcing like other businesses and prefer it to increase the competitive power and specialized in main area of activity. Despite outsourcing in logistics enterprises provide numerous opportunity and advantage, some risks and problems emerge in case of not achieving the desired accordance and coordination. In this context risks and problems caused by the outsourcing for enterprises operated in international logistics activities in Giresun province are determined and ranked via the q-rung orthopair fuzzy subjective weighting as one of the multi-criteria decision analysis approaches. According to the results, essential risks and problems caused by the outsourcing for logistics enterprises were found as \"Loss of control over the outsourcing firm\", \"Inaccurate sales pitches\", \"Layoffs\" and \"Unfulfilled contract provisions\" respectively.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"53 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133846273","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this context, geopolitical risks (GPR) and global economic and political uncertainties (WUI) can significantly affect financial markets and investor behavior. In this study, the effects of GPR and WUI on stock markets for 10 developing Asian countries were investigated for 2001:M07-2020:M12 period. Cross-section dependency was examined with LM, 𝐿𝑀𝑆 , 𝐶𝐷 and 𝐿𝑀𝐵𝐶 tests, series stationarity with Hadri and Kurozumi (2012) test, cointegration relations with Westerlund (2006) cointegration with multiple structural breaks method, and regression analyzes with Eberhardt and Bond (2009) method. It was determined that high GPR decreases the stock market index in Turkey, Korea, Russia, Indonesia and Malaysia, whereas it increases in India, Thailand and Philippines. It was found that high WUI decreases the stock market index in Korea, China, Indonesia and Thailand, whereas it increases in Turkey, India and Malaysia. On the other hand, while the stock market returns of the change in GPR decreases the stock market returns in Turkey, Korea, Russia, Indonesia and Malaysia, it increases in India, Thailand and Philippines. It has been determined that change in WUI decreases the stock return in Korea, China, Indonesia and Thailand, and it increases in Turkey, India and Malaysia. It was also observed that changes in GPR increases the volatility of the stock markets in India, Thailand and Philippines, and it decreases in Turkey, S. Korea, Russia, Indonesia and Malaysia. While the effects of change in WUI increases stock market volatility in Turkey and Malaysia, it decreases in Korea, China, Indonesia and Thailand. As the results achieved are heterogeneous, investors should avoid a basket trading strategy in these countries. Country-specific causality test was carried out with the Konya (2006) method, and it was observed that there are causal relationships between high WUI and stock market index, high WUI and stock market return in Turkey. Similarly, causal relationships were determined between high WUI and stock market index in India, between change in WUI and stock market index volatility in Philippines, between high GPR and stock market index, change in GPR and stock market return in Hong Kong. Causal relationships for all countries in the panel were examined using the Dumitrescu and Hurlin (2012) method, and causality was only found between high WUI and stock market index.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134290863","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Changes are of great importance and without a doubt they are of crucial importance for strengthening and improving organizational efficiency. Organizational changes were always complemented by planned strategies and aligned with the organizational goal. The process of change is very challenging and important for organizations because it represents its path to success. Also, through organizational changes, organizations can be made capable of meeting future consumer demands and competing effectively with other market participants. However, many authors state that the changes are conditioned by a large number of factors. The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of leadership and innovation on the development of organizational changes in organizations in Serbia.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129488289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the findings, we found that BTC and ETH cryptocurrencies drastically reduced their level of integration with their peers over the 2020 worldwide pandemic era, whereas LTC maintained. We also discovered that the Dow Jones, S&P 500, and DAX 30 stock indexes lowered their level of integration when compared to the pre-covid subperiod. For the UK capital market (FTSE 100), Canada (S&P/TSX), Japan (Nikkei 225), France (CAC 40), and Italy (Italy Ds Market) the level of integration increased significantly. These findings support, in part, our research question, that during periods of stress and uncertainty in the global economy capital markets tend towards integration, thus calling into question the hypothesis of efficient portfolio diversification.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"216 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121942751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, the authors attempted to implement a machine learning model based on multiple data on the food market. A boxed recurrent neural network was chosen as a prediction technique. The information basis was made up of data from 3,200 US cities for 2010-2012, reflecting characteristics that may be directly or indirectly related to the price of dairy products. The following models were used for data preprocessing, anomaly search, dimensionality reduction: AdaBoost, LogisticRegression, SVM. As a result of analytical actions, a neural network architecture has been formed for use in market forecasting: two competitive neural networks. First: 2 layers with Bidirectional GRU+Dropout. Second: 3 layers of LSTM+Dropout + Attention with skip-layers. Its use makes it possible to obtain a prediction model of the desired parameters with qualitative indicators of the validation sample - R^= 0.86. The applicability of the constructed machine learning model is considered on the example of classical agricultural production with the presentation of the stages of deployment of such a model at the enterprise level.","PeriodicalId":340365,"journal":{"name":"Journal of process management and new technologies","volume":"519 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134272759","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
