A digital nomad is simultaneously independent and lives and works in several places! A digital nomad is an entrepreneur or employee who almost exclusively uses digital technologies for his business activity. Croatia has caught up with the global trend of regulating the status of digital nomads and ranks highly in the rankings of destinations desirable for digital nomads. Since January 2021, when the visa program for digital nomads was introduced, a total of 2,560 applications have been received and a total of 1,038 have been approved. Croatia is one of the first EU members to regulate one-year residence and strategically develop the offer of the interesting economic and tourism sector. Digital nomads are excellent potential tourism ambassadors since they often migrate and have rich experience of staying in other countries. In a survey, the majority of respondents confirmed that Croatia is the preferred destination for digital nomads. The aim of this paper is to confirm the potential of digital nomads. The hive is equipped with an advanced system for monitoring the entry and exit of bees, as well as for collecting data on the weather inside and around the hive. Using an array of sensors controlled by Espressif ESP32 and Arduino Mega microcontroller boards, the hive continuously optimizes the operation of the ventilation system and other components, monitoring energy consumption and adapting to changing conditions. Special accents in the work are dedicated to the monitoring of the solar panel and, consequently, the capacity of the battery for independent power supply of the system, as well as the application of artificial intelligence to predict meteorological changes and optimize energy efficiency. This paper gives a case study that looks at how four firms implemented and used financial reporting tools such Microsoft Excel, SAP ERP, Host Analytics, and QuickBooks. According to the study's findings, using contemporary platforms has increased accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the study highlights how vital it is to continuously adapt and embrace new technology in order to guarantee that financial reporting continues to be a benefit for businesses of all shapes and sizes. Finally, it makes a strong case for utilizing contemporary financial reporting tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting procedures. We can observe the given process from the aspect of decision theory. Today, it is unthinkable to make a decision on the acceptance of an investment project, without looking at different criteria, the only option is to set the choice of an investment project as a multi-attributive decision-making problem. The goal of this paper is to present a multi-attribute decision-making model, when we have several proposed investment projects and when I want to evaluate the given projects and just rank them for choosing the best method. The analysis is carried out within the context of a personnel selection problem, focusing exclusively on income attributes in the MCDM framework. The results obtained from the analysis, specifically the formulated ranking lists, reveal a consensus in selecting the same alternative as the most suitable across all three MCDM methods. One of the key aspects of this research is the presentation of advantages and disadvantages of this approach, including analysis of accuracy, speed and reliability. This paper is aimed at determining whether the level of the factors for creating the value of the organization and the level of the competitive advantage of the organization actually affect or do not affect the level of human capital in the organization.
