According to the 2018 National Basic Health Research (Riset Kesehatan Dasar: Riskesdas) data, schizophrenia remains a challenge in Indonesia, and West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) ranking third after Bali and the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The impact of schizophrenia on patients' quality of life is significant, particularly regarding the support provided by healthcare professionals, especially during inpatient care. This study explored the correlation between healthcare professionals' support and the quality of life of inpatient schizophrenic patients at RSJ (Rumah Sakit Jiwa: Mental Health Hospital) Mutiara Sukma, NTB. Validated and reliable questionnaires were used for data collection using an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 73 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. The collected data underwent analysis using the Spearman rank correlation test. The findings of this study indicate a predominantly high level of support from healthcare professionals, with 46.6% reporting a good quality of life. Notably, a significant relationship was observed between healthcare professionals' support and the quality of life of hospitalized schizophrenic patients at RSJ Mutiara Sukma, NTB, with a P-value of 0.00 and a correlation coefficient of 0.624. These rays, emitted by the sun, pose various health risks, particularly to the skin. UV exposure can lead to premature aging, melasma, melanoma, and other skin ailments. Therefore, applying sunscreen is vital in safeguarding the skin and preventing UV-induced diseases. Correct application of sunscreen is crucial to ensure its effectiveness. This research aims to establish the correlation between the level of knowledge regarding the significance of sunscreen for skin health and compliance to its use among preclinical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Al-Azhar. The study employed a cross-sectional design and utilized stratified random sampling. The sample size comprised 124 respondents. Data analysis involved the Spearman Rank correlation test, with a significance threshold of (p 0.05). Analysis results revealed that 81 respondents (65.3%) possessed a good level of knowledge, 32 respondents (25.8%) had a sufficient level, and 11 respondents (8.9%) had a low level of knowledge. Regarding compliance, 91 respondents (73.4%) adhered to the criteria, while 33 respondents (26.6%) did not. Padahal, upaya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, kematian, dan kecacatan akibat Penyakit yang Dapat Dicegah Dengan Imunisasi (PD3I). Imunisasi merupakan langkah untuk memberikan kekebalan pada seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit. Pentingnya hal ini didasari dari pandangan bahwa upaya promotive dan preventif merupakan hal utama untuk meningkatkan upaya kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuin faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepatuhan ibu terhadap status kelengkapan imunisasi pada usia 0-36 bulan di Puskesmas Cakranegara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional, dengan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Maret 2023 di Puskesmas Cakranegara, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 100 ibu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23 dengan uji statistic menggunakan metode Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian melaporkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan ibu sebagian besar rendah (80%). Lebih banyak yang belum lulus sekolah menengah pertama, dan tidak bekerja. Pada analisis bivariat didapatkan (p-value ≤ 0,05) dan (p-value > 0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, sarana prasarana, pengaruh pandemi COVID-19. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia, peran petugas imunisasi, keterjangkauan jarak. Penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 mellitus tipe 2 dituntut untuk melakukan berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan pengontrolan glukosa darah agar metabolismenya dapat terkendali dengan baik. Low Density Lipoprotein menjadi parameter kesehatan yang penting karena ketidaknormalannya menyebabkan berbagai penyakit yang jauh lebih berbahaya.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dengan kadar LDL penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di poliklinik RSUD Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di RSUD Kota Mataram pada bulan Februari 2022. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang di rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Mataram pada periode Januari-Febuari 2022. Besar sampel minimal pada penelitian ini adalah 305 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar rerata gula darah sewaktu pada pasien DM Tipe II di RSUD Kota Mataram dalam penelitian ini adalah 203 mg/dL. The many routines of medical students are one of the factors for irregular dietary habits and rest patterns, which can lead to acne vulgaris. This study aims to determine the association between dietary habits and the incidence of acne vulgaris in among preclinical students of Medical Faculty of Al Azhar Islamic University, Mataram (Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Al-Azhar: FK UNIZAR) in 2019, 2020, and 2021. This study used a cross-sectional study, assessed dietary habits with questionnaires tested for validity and reliability, and made facial observations to assess the gradation of acne vulgaris based on the Lehmann gradation. The data obtained were analysed using SPSS Version 23 & statistical tests using the Chi-Square method. Based on the analysis results using the Chi-Square Test, the p-value is 0.143. There was no significant association between diet and the incidence of acne vulgaris in FK UNIZAR preclinical students. Factors that can affect the high Hepatitis B infection are thought to be due to maternal age, environment, level of knowledge, attitudes, and practice. Therefore, it takes good knowledge, attitude, and practice to prevent Hepatitis B and vertical transmission. Objectives: To know characteristics based on the level of education of pregnant women, to describe the level of knowledge of pregnant women about Hepatitis B, to know the description of the attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B, to know the description of the behaviour of pregnant women regarding Hepatitis B, the relationship between KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice) of pregnant women with the incidence of Hepatitis B at Puskemas Cakranegara. Methods: The researcher used an observational analytic, quantitative research method with a case-control study design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research was conducted on July 27-August 22. The research sample was 70 respondents. The Chic Square correlation test analysed the data obtained. The limit of significance value is (p≤0.05). Results: Respondents were dominated by elementary school education level (40%), lack of knowledge (64.3%), good attitude (61.3%), and non-risk behaviour (64.3%). The bivariate analysis found that a P-value of 0.001 (P-value 0.05) stated a relationship between pregnant women's KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice) and the incidence of Hepatitis B at Puskemas Cakranegara.
