The Minister of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) held an internship program called MBKM Kampus Merdeka: Program Magang Kampus Merdeka. The purpose of this program is to seek and increase knowledge in any various companies while improving soft skills. This must be accompanied by motivation from individuals so they can try to work harder and want to involved with their works. So therefore, an internship students must have a high self determination and work engagement. The author took an 87 sample from ITS Student who took an internship by Program Magang Kampus Merdeka. Author using The Convenience Sampling as the sampling technique. The measurement tools for Self Determination using the Basic Need Satisfaction at Work developed by Deci, et.al (2001) which has been adapted into Bahasa Indonesia by Rhadiatullah (2016). The measurement tools for Work Engagement using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) developed by Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) which has been adapted into Bahasa Indonesia by Risma, et al (2021). The final results using the Simple Linear Regression Test shows the score is 0,004, which mean the value is less than 0,05. The conclusion for this research is that the Self Determination has an influence on Work Engagement. \u0000Abstrak. Kemendikbud mengadakan program magang yang Bernama MBKM Kampus Merdeka: Program Magang Kampus Merdeka. Tujuannya adalah untuk mencari dan meningkatkan pengetahuan di berbagai perusahaan, selain itu juga untuk meningkatkan soft skill. Hal ini harus dibarengi dengan motivasi dari individu sehingga mereka bisa bekerja lebih giat dan dapat terlibat dengan pekerjaannya. Maka dari itu, mahasiswa magang harus memiliki self determination dan work engagement. Peneliti mengambil 87 sampel dari Mahasiswa ITS yang mengikuti Program Magang Kampus Merdeka. Peneliti menggunakan Teknik Convenience Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Self Determination adalah Basic Needs Satisfaction at Work yang dikembangkan oleh Deci, et al (2001) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Rhadiatullah (2016). Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Work Engagement adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Risma, et al (2021). Hasilnya dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan hasil 0,004, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Stress can be experienced by anyone and occurs in everyday life, stress emphasizes experiences that occur when individuals perceive or evaluate the experience as a threat or potential danger and the resources they have are inadequate to overcome it. Individuals will look for ways or use the resources they have in an effort to reduce stress, one of which is keeping a pet or bonding with pets. Pet attachment or the attachment that pet owners have with their pets is how someone has an emotional connection with their pets based on the interactions they make, and pet owners get a sense of comfort and even psychological support. The purpose of this study was to see whether there was an effect of pet attachment on the stress level of cat pet owners in the city of Bandung. Respondents in this study amounted to 243 respondents and the data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The pet attachment variable was measured using the Lexington Attachment to Pets Scale (LAPS) and stress levels were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The results of this study are found that pet attachment contributes to stress levels, when the pet attachment is strong, the stress level can decrease. The contribution of the pet attachment variable to the stress level is 6.4% and the regression coefficient value is -0.145. \u0000Abstrak. Stres dapat dialami oleh siapapun dan terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, stres menekankan pada pengalaman yang terjadi ketika individu mempersepsikan atau mengevaluasi pengalaman tersebut sebagai suatu ancaman atau potensi bahaya dan sumber daya yang dimiliki tidak memadai untuk mengatasinya. Individu akan mencari cara atau menggunakan sumber daya yang dimiliki sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi stres, salah satu upaya nya yaitu memelihara hewan peliharaan atau keterikatan dengan hewan peliharaan. Pet attachment atau keterikatan yang dimiliki pemilik hewan peliharaan dengan hewan peliharaannya yaitu bagaimana seseorang memiliki hubungan emosional dengan hewan peliharaannya berdasarkan interaksi yang dilakukan, serta pemilik hewan peliharaan mendapatkan rasa kenyamanan dan bahkan dukungan psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh pet attachment terhadap tingkat stres yang dimiliki pemilik hewan peliharaan kucing di kota Bandung. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 243 responden dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Variabel pet attachment diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Lexington Attachment to Pets Scale (LAPS) dan tingkat stres diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The research was conducted to determine the effect of basic need satisfaction on work engagement at the X Office of Bandung Regency. Basic need satisfaction consists of three basic needs, the need for autonomy, the need for competence, and the need for relatedness, which are individual basic needs as 'nutrition' that must be obtained to maintain development, integrity, and health. (Deci & Ryan, 2000; Gieter, et al., 2017). Work engagement is a positive, satisfying state of mind related to work which is characterized by vigor, absorption, and dedication (Schaufeli, 2002). This study uses a quantitative approach to causality with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research subjects were all employees of the Bandung Regency X Office as many as 43 employees. The measuring instrument used in this study is the work-related basic needs satisfaction (W-BNS) from Van den Broeck, et al and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) from Schaufeli, et al. The research shows that the majority of employees have a high level of basic need satisfaction and have a high level of work engagement. Multiple linear regretion test results show that basic need satisfaction has an effect on work engagement of 75.3% (R Square .868). All dimensions of basic need satisfaction have influence where the highest influence is on autonomy .477 and the lowest has influence on relatedness .250. \u0000Abstrak. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh basic need satisfaction terhadap work engagement pada Dinas X Kabupaten Bandung. Basic need satisfaction terdiri dari tiga kebutuhan dasar yaitu kebutuhan akan otonomi, kebutuhan akan kompetensi, dan kebutuhan akan keterkaitan yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar individu sebagai ‘nutrisi’ yang harus diperoleh untuk mempertahankan perkembangan, integritas, dan kesehatan. (Deci & Ryan, 2000; Gieter, dkk., 2017). Work engagement yaitu sebagai keadaan pikiran yang positif, memuaskan terkait pekerjaan yang ditandai dengan semangat, penyerapan, dan dedikasi (Schaufeli, 2002). penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan teknik analisis linier berganda. Subjek meneliti seluruh pegawai Dinas X Kabupaten Bandung sebanyak 43 pegawai. alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu work-related basic needs satisfaction (W-BNS) dari Van den Broeck, et al dan alat ukur Utrech Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) dari Schaufeli, et al. The rapid development of technology provides many conveniences for its users, such as the existence of social media that makes it easier for individuals to interact, upload posts to share moments and information. On the other hand, social media also has a negative impact when its use is not wise, one of the negative effects is cyberbullying. The use of social media can be caused by personality, one approach to personality is the five factor personality. Through the five personality factors, their behavior in using social media can be illustrated. This study aims to see how personality influences (five personality factors) on cyberbullying behavior among social media users. The method used is quantitative with incidental sampling with a total of 159 respondents. This study uses the BFI-28 measuring instrument adapted by Ramdhani (2012) and the cyberbullying scale measuring instrument by Permatasari & Wu (2021) which refers to Willard's theory (2005). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results found that there was an influence of five personality factors on cyberbullying. The results showed that the extraversion trait had an effect of 7.42% on cyberbullying behavior, the neuroticism trait had an effect of 3.30% on cyberbullying behavior, the agreeableness trait had an effect of 2.29% on cyberbullying behavior, and the conscientiousness trait had an effect of 1.86% on cyberbullying behavior. Among these four traits, the extraversion trait is the highest which has the most significant influence on cyberbullying behavior. \u0000Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi penggunanya, seperti adanya media sosial memudahkan individu untuk berinteraksi, mengunggah postingan untuk berbagi momen dan informasi. Disisi lain media sosial juga memiliki dampak negatif saat penggunaannya tidak bijak, salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah tindakan cyberbullying. Penggunaan media sosial dapat disebabkan oleh kepribadian, salah satu pendekatan dari kepribadian adalah five factor personality. Melalui five factor personality dapat tergambar ciri perilakunya dalam menggunakan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian (five factor personality) terhadap perilaku cyberbullying pada pengguna media sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan incidental sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 159 responden. Violence committed against children is still a problem that has not been fully resolved until now. There are still many cases of violence experienced by children and continue to increase every year. There are various research results which state that violence against children is often carried out by the closest people around the child their mothers. One factor that cause mothers to commit violence against their children is emotional dysregulation, namely difficulties in controlling emotional responses. Until now, emotion regulation skills are still underutilized as an intervention in parenting. Skills Group Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a psychological intervention developed by Marsha Linehan to deal with problems related to emotional dysregulation and behavioral disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain empirical data regarding the effect of giving skills group dialectical behavior therapy to reduce emotional dysregulation experienced by mothers who commit violence against children. This study used a one group pretest and posttest design with a total of 4 research subjects. Measurements on maternal emotional dysregulation using the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS). Data analysis in this study used Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks. The results showed a significance value of 0.068 (p<0.1) which indicates that there is an effect of giving Skills Group Dialectical Behavior Therapy to decrease emotional dysregulation in mothers who abuse children. \u0000Abstrak. Kekerasan yang dilakukan kepada anak masih menjadi permasalahan yang belum bisa teratasi sepenuhnya hingga saat ini. Masih banyak kasus kekerasan yang dialami anak dan terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Terdapat berbagai hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa kekerasan terhadap anak seringkali dilakukan oleh orang-orang terdekat salah satunya dilakukan oleh ibu. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan ibu melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak adalah disregulasi emosi, yaitu kesulitan dalam mengontrol emosi. Hingga saat ini keterampilan meregulasi emosi masih kurang dimanfaatkan sebagai intervensi dalam pengasuhan. Skills Group Dialectical Behavior Therapy merupakan suatu intervensi psikologi yang dikembangkan oleh Marsha Linehan untuk menangani permasalahan terkait disregulasi emosi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan data empirik mengenai pengaruh pemberian skills group dialectical behavior therapy untuk menurunkan disregulasi emosi pada ibu yang melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak. Self-presentation is an effort made by a person to present themself as someone who can be accepted by others. An asynchronous and editable social media space allows one to selectively self-present to benefit, form and maintain at least some lasting, positive, and significant interpersonal relationships. These underlie the desire for acceptance and belongingness in human behavior and illustrate that there is evidence to suggest a strong positive relationship to positive emotions and satisfaction with life that is an aspect of subjective wellbeing. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data on the effect of self-presentation on subjective wellbeing on emerging adulthood Instagram users. The measurement in this study for the self-presentation and subjective wellbeing is using the Self Presentation on Facebook Questionnaire (SPFBQ) by Michikyan et al, Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) and Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) by Diener, which have been modified and adapted. The criteria for the respondents to this study were Instagram users aged 18-24 years in the city of Bandung, there were 157 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence of self-presentation on subjective wellbeing of 16% on subjective wellbeing of cognitive aspects and an influence of 7% on subjective wellbeing of affective aspects. \u0000Abstrak. Self presentation merupakan usaha yang dilakukan seseorang untuk menampilkan dirinya sebagai seseorang yang bisa diterima oleh orang lain. Ruang media sosial yang asynchronous dan editable memungkinkan seseorang melakukan self presentation secara selektif untuk memberikan keuntungan, membentuk dan mempertahankan setidaknya beberapa hubungan interpersonal yang langgeng, positif, dan signifikan. Hal-hal tersebut mendasari keinginan untuk acceptance dan belongingness pada perilaku manusia dan memberikan gambaran bahwa ada bukti yang menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat terhadap emosi positif dan kepuasan terhadap kehidupan yang menjadi aspek dari subjective wellbeing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data empiris mengenai pengaruh self presentation terhadap subjective wellbeing pada emerging adulthood pengguna Instagram. Workplace telepressure is defined as the preoccupation and urge to immediately respond to work-related asynchronous messages in the form of ICT during private hours and working hours, (Barber et al., 2019). This demand to promptly respond to messages can hinder resource recovery and lead to poor well-being, such as burnout (Maslach & Leiter, 2008; Sonnentag & Fritz, 2015). Burnout is a feeling of emotional exhaustion, physical exhaustion, and cognitive fatigue resulting from the gradual depletion of an individual's intrinsic energy sources that occur over time due to work (Shirom 2005). This study aims to determine whether or not Workplace Telepressure contributes to Burnout, as well as to see how big this contribution is. This research is a quantitative research with a causality correlation approach. Using non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique (convenience sampling). Respondents to this study consisted of 30 resident doctors who were pursuing a Specialist Medical Education Program at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Padjadjaran. Using the Workplace Telepressure measurement tool from Barber and Santuzzi (2015) which has been adapted by Parahyanti and Hutama (2022), and the Shirom-Melamed Burnout Measure (SMBM) (2018) which has been adapted by researchers. The results of this study indicate that Workplace telepressure contributes significantly to burnout by 15.2%. \u0000Abstrak. Workplace Telepressure didefinisikan sebagai preokupasi dan dorongan untuk segera menanggapi pesan asinkronus berbentuk Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi terkait pekerjaan selama jam pribadi dan jam kerja, (Barber et al., 2019). Tuntutan untuk segera membalas pesan ini dapat menghambat pemulihan sumber daya dan mengarahkan pada kesejahteraan yang buruk, seperti Burnout (Maslach & Leiter, 2008; Sonnentag & Fritz, 2015). Burnout adalah perasaan kelelahan emosional, kelelahan fisik, dan keletihan kognitif yang diakibatkan oleh penipisan bertahap sumber energi intrinsik individu yang terjadi dari waktu ke waktu akibat pekerjaan (Shirom 2005). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya kontribusi Workplace Telepressure terhadap Burnout, juga untuk melihat sebesar apa kontribusi tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan korelasional yang bersifat kausalitas. Menggunakan teknik sampling non probability sampling dengan teknik accindental sampling (convenience sampling). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 dokter residen yang sedang menempuh Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis di departemen Ilmu Kedokteran Fisik dan Rehabilitasi Universitas Padjajaran. In the face of organizational change that continues to grow, organizations need human resources who have organizational commitment. One of the factors that can affect organizational commitment is work life balance. When the organization can provide support to achieve work-life balance, employees will contribute more to the organization. This study aims to describe the effect of work life balance on the three components of organizational commitment on hybrid working lecturers. This study uses causality analysis using a quantitative approach. The population selected is the lecturers of the Islamic University of Bandung, amounting to 526 people. The measuring tool for work life balance refers to the scale proposed by Fisher et al. (2009) and adapted by Gunawan et al. (2019) and organizational commitment referred to by Allen & Meyer (1997) which was adapted by Sulistiawan et al. (2021). The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling and the number of research samples obtained is 84 lecturers. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS software. The results show that 70% of lecturers have a high work life balance and the most commitment profiles, namely affective, continuance, and high normative commitment as much as 66%, and work life balance can significantly affect affective commitment by 63.9%, continuance commitment by 56.9%, and normative commitment of 39.9%. \u0000Abstrak. Dalam menghadapi perubahan organisasi yang terus berkembang, organisasi membutuhkan SDM yang memiliki komitmen organisasi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi yaitu work life balance. Ketika organisasi dapat memberi dukungan untuk mencapai work life balance, karyawan akan lebih berkontribusi pada organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh work life balance terhadap tiga komponen komitmen organisasi pada dosen hybrid working. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih adalah dosen Universitas Islam bandung yang berjumlah 526 orang. Alat ukur work life balance mengacu pada skala yang dikemukakan oleh Fisher et al. (2009) dan diadaptasi oleh Gunawan et al. (2019) dan komitmen organisasi mengacu pada oleh Allen & Meyer (1997) yang diadaptasi oleh Sulistiawan et al. (2021). Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 dosen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. In this research we use Internet Delivered Cognitive Behavior Therapy or ICBT as an intervention to counter those problems. This approach was chosen because of CooBT is an approach that was proved effective in reconstructing one’s self-regulation, and an approach that predicted to be effective to counter gaming addiction behavior. Research design that was used in this research is one group pretest-posttest design. Assessment tools that were used in this research is self-regulation in learning created by [1], and the internet gaming disorder scale (IGD-Scale) created by [2]. Sample in this research is college student whom have late in finishing their thesis and have internet gaming disorder condition. Data analysis used in this research in quantitative and qualitative. The result of this research shows that there is effect of internet delivered cognitive behavior therapy in increasing self-regulation in learning in college student whom have late in finishing their thesis and have internet gaming disorder condition. \u0000Abstrak Perilaku bermain game ini memunculkan masalah ketika dilakukan secara berlebihan. Perilaku bermain game secara berlebihan sehingga memunculkan masalah lebih dikenal dengan istilah internet gaming disorder. Salah satu hal yang menyebabkan seseorang mengalami internet gaming disorder adalah self-regulation, atau cara mereka mengontrol diri dan mengarahkan diri pada tujuan yang lebih bermanfaat. Pada penelitian ini, Internet Delivered Cognitive Behavior Therapy atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah ICBT adalah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena CBT merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dianggap efektif untuk merekonstruksi self-regulation dan salah satu pendekatan yang dianggap bakal efektif mengatasi masalah adiksi game. Gifted child is a golden asset for a nation, yet the truth is not all of the gifted child can get access to quality education that would be in line with their needs. The purpose of this study was to get the description of schools that have provided services for gifted children in Indonesia with an overview of schools abroad that have similar conditions/cultures and communities to Indonesia, namely Malaysia. Qualitative method with case study were inducted in this research. Data was collected by interview, observation, and study of documentation. The research subjects were two distinctive schools for gifted; one in Cianjur, West Java, Indonesia, and the other one in Malaysia. The result showed that the two schools shared a same goals, both schools use a national curriculum with an additional curriculum in accordance with the school's vision and mission. The two schools have different implementation and process, reveal different qualities. The implementation and process of schools in Malaysia are planned conceptually, with more professional management, leading better quality and measurable amount of international scale achievements. \u0000Abstrak. Kecerdasan istimewa pada anak-anak gifted merupakan aset berharga bagi negara, namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua anak gifted mendapatkan pelayanan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang sekolah yang telah memberikan layanan bagi anak gifted baik di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri yang memiliki kondisi yang mirip dengan Indonesia, yaitu Malaysia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah dua sekolah khusus anak gifted, yang ada di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kedua sekolah memiliki tujuan yang sama, menggunakan kurikulum nasional disertai kurikulum tambahan sesuai dengan visi-misi sekolah. Dalam penyelenggaraan dan prosesnya, kedua sekolah memiliki kualitas yang berbeda.
