In this study, nano-sized titanium dioxide particles were modified by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma. In order to evaluate the effect of fluorination, fillers before and after treatment, according to different mass fractions of 0.1%, 0.5%, 1% and 5%, respectively, were added into epoxy resin to prepare composites. The tensile properties, bending behavior and glass transition temperature (Tg) of the composites were studied. The results show that after fluorination, the tensile properties of the material have been improved basically, with tensile strength ($sigma_{M}$) increased by up to 17% and tensile strain at break ($varepsilon_{B}$) by up to 27%. In terms of bending performance, when the filler content was constant, flexural strength ($sigma_{fM}$) and flexural stress at break ($sigma_{fB}$) of the composites prepared with fluorinated filler increased and flexural stress at conventional deflection ($sigma_{fc}$) and flexural modulus (Ef) can increase by up to 25%. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis shows that Tg will not decrease due to fluorination treatment. The molecular dynamics simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.","PeriodicalId":339798,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 4th Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration (EI2)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124132781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fujian’s electric power is dominated by coal-based thermal power, which results in a large proportion of Fujian’s total carbon emissions in the province’s total carbon emissions. Based on power-related data from 2000 to 2017, this paper uses Logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) to analyze emission factors, energy structure, economic scale, transmission and distribution loss, conversion efficiency, and power intensity for Fujian’s per capita electricity carbon emissions. The results show that in 2000-2017, the economic scale, energy structure, and transmission and distribution loss factors are the main factors for the increase of power carbon emissions. At the same time, the suggestions for energy saving and emission reduction in Fujian Province are proposed.","PeriodicalId":339798,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 4th Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration (EI2)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124199032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, the inter-pole and monopolar short circuit fault characteristics in the DC micro-grid are analyzed. Secondly, the fault state detection method is improved by combining the fault characteristics. It is proposed to control the power electronic element IGBT in the converter to keep it on during faults, so as to shunt the current provided by PV cell, and finally achieve the purpose of suppressor the fault current. However, environmental cost, demand response and multi-agent benefits have begun to receive attention in power planning with the increase of new energy penetration, the development of active distribution networks and the reform of the power market. Firstly, considering three different agents including the power supply side, the distribution network and the users, the optimal allocation models are established with the goal of the maximum net income, respectively. Secondly, according to the relationship of the multi-agent interests, the objective function that considers the net income of all three parties is constructed, and the original model is transformed into a second-order cone programming problem by using the second-order cone relaxation technology. Finally, taking the IEEE33 bus distribution network as a simulation case, the simulation is carried out based on the actual data of loads, wind power outputs and photovoltaic outputs in a regional power grid. The result verifies that the optimal allocation model can effectively improve the overall economic benefits of each subject, and considering environmental costs and demand response in power planning can make the obtained schemes pay attention to both economy and environmental protection, which is in line with the future development trend of power grid.","PeriodicalId":339798,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 4th Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration (EI2)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117318877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because there are many noise points in the point cloud data of substation equipment acquired by laser scanning, it directly affects the modeling accuracy of the three-dimensional model of substation equipment. Aiming at investigating the characteristics of the high density of point clouds, the low density of noise points, and the sparse distribution of substation equipment, based on the Statistical Outlier Removal (SOR), this paper focuses on the influence of the standard deviation of the kernel function and the number of points estimated within the average distance on the noise denoising effect of a point cloud. Firstly, the binary approximation method is used to optimize the threshold value of the kernel function for the point cloud data of the substation equipment obtained under laboratory conditions, and the optimal threshold value of the kernel function is determined according to the evaluation of the noise denoising effect of the point cloud. After the optimal threshold noise denoising, the multi-site cloud of substation equipment is spliced, and the influence of the noise denoising effect on the accuracy of multisite cloud splicing is analyzed. Finally, the obtained optimal threshold of the kernel function is used for noise denoising and multi-site cloud splicing of point cloud data from the same kind of substation equipment collected in an actual environment, and the noise denoising effect and the splicing accuracy of a three-dimensional point cloud of the same kind of substation equipment under the optimal threshold are tested. The field application results show that the optimal threshold obtained by this paper for similar equipment can effectively improve the efficiency of point cloud noise denoising and the accuracy of multi-site cloud splicing, and verify its effectiveness and correctness. Under the current background of power big data, effective results can be obtained by fully mining the potential effective information of big data and applying it to the identification of distribution network topology structure. This paper presents a line-to-line relationship identification method based on the maximum correlation minimum redundancy method and a line-to-transformer relationship identification method based on the conversion of three-phase unbalanced outlet voltage. The voltage acquisition system is fully utilized, and the maximum correlation minimum redundancy method (mRMR) is used to eliminate the redundancy of feature variables in line-to-line relationship identification to obtain the most accurate correlation results. In the identification of line-transformer relationship, the conversion method of three-phase unbalanced outlet voltage is adopted to eliminate the influence of misjudgment caused by three-phase unbalanced voltage and improve the identification accuracy. The identification method proposed in this paper is applied to the topology identification of a regional distribution network. By comparison with the actual topology, the identification accuracy is up to 99.78% and the effect is remarkable.","PeriodicalId":339798,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 4th Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration (EI2)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123560042","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
