Using a nonequivalent control group design, selflearning questionnaires and observation sheets were employed for data collection. Descriptive and inferential analyses included prerequisite tests and independent sample t-tests. Results indicate that students taught with the web-enhanced learning model achieved a high average learning independence score of 124.8, compared to a medium average score of 108.1 for students without this model. The inferential analysis yielded a significance value of tcount 0.000 0.05, supporting the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. This finding implies a significant influence of webenhanced learning on students' learning independence.ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh web-enhanced learning terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran sistem gerak manusia di SMPN Sinjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-equivalent control group design, kuesioner kemandiarian belajar, dan lembar observasiuntuk pengumpulan data. Analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dilakukan, termasuk uji prasyarat dan uji t sampel independen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran web-enhanced mencapai skor kemandirian belajar rata-rata 124,8 (kategori tinggi), dibandingkan siswa yang todak diajar dengan model tersebut dengan skor rata-rata 108,1, kategori sedang. Analisis inferensial menghasilkan nilai signifikansi thitung 0,000 0,05, yang berarti H0 ditolakvdan H1 diterima. The media was developed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research method used mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the analysis results, digital textbooks on Brain-based learning assisted by animated videos and Maze ChaseWordwalls can effectively improve student learning outcomes and science literacy as indicated by the small-scale and large-scale class learning outcomes that obtained a high category with an N-gain value of 0.81. Furthermore, science literacy skills received an average score in the high category with a value of 86.ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan buku ajar digital berbasis Brain-based Learning yang dilengkapi dengan video animasi dan Maze Chase-Wordwall untuk meningkatkan literasi sains dan hasil belajar siswa SMA. Pengembangan media pada penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods) yaitu gabungan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. This study used a descriptive method with a survey technique on the eighth-grade students at SMPN Siak Hulu. The research sample was obtained using a multilevel sampling technique with 191 students. The research instrument used a validated online learning difficulties questionnaire comprising 36 items. The data collection technique was done by distributing online questionnaires via Google Forms and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the level of student learning difficulties during online learning was in the medium category, with a percentage of 69.27. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that class VIII students of SMPN Siak Hulu experience learning difficulties during online learning in biology science subjects, especially at the level of understanding the material.ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran online khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPA biologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei pada siswa kelas VIII di SMPN Siak Hulu. Sampel penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik sampling bertingkat yang berjumlah 191 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket kesulitan belajar online yang telah divalidasi dan terdiri dari 36 item. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket online melalui google form kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesulitan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran online berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 69.27. It contains conceptual materials to support students' understanding of achieving learning objectives. Therefore, this study aims to determine the results of the assessment and responses of material expert validators on the feasibility of the Lichens Pocketbook; find out the results of assessments and responses of material expert validators on the feasibility of the Lichens Pocketbook; find out the results of the assessment and responses of design expert validators on the feasibility of the Lichens Pocketbook. This pocketbook was developed according to the Thiagarajan (4-D) model, limited up to the development stage. The analysis showed that the developed Lichens Pocketbook was declared feasible based on the material experts' validation with an average value of 92.48% within the excellent feasible categories. The validation results from learning expert validators obtained an average of 83.88% within the excellent and feasible categories. Lastly, the validation results from design expert validators obtained an average value of 90.89% within the excellent and feasible categories. Thus, the developed Lichens Pocketbook can be used in learning. ABSTRAK: Buku saku lichens merupakan media ajar yang penting dalam perkuliahan Taksonomi Organisme Tingkat Rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan, buku saku tersebut memuat rangkaian materi konseptual yang dapat mendukung pemahaman peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penilaian dan tanggapan validator ahli materi terhadap kelayakan buku saku pada materi lichens, mengetahui hasil penilaian dan tanggapan validator ahli pembelajaran terhadap kelayakan buku saku pada materi lichens dan mengetahui hasil penilaian dan tanggapan validator ahli desain terhadap kelayakan buku saku pada materi lichens. Buku saku ini dikembangkan menurut model Thiagarajan (4-D) yang dibatasi hingga tahap pengembangan. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 92,48 % dengan kategori layak, hasil validasi dari ahli pembelajaran memperoleh nilai rata-rata 83,88 % dengan kategori layak, dan hasil validasi dari ahli desain memperoleh nilai rata-rata 90,89 % dengan kategori layak. This research employed the research and development method with the ADDIE development model, involving 25 eighth-grade students as subjects. The ADDIE development model comprises five stages: analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The research instruments were questionnaires to obtain data on practicality and test items to obtain data on effectiveness. The analysis showed that the media had an attractive design and received a 100% validation rating. It was determined as highly practical by students and educators. The score of effectiveness was 77, reaching 96% completeness. Thus, the bioedutainment-based Jenga board game is valid, practical, and effective for classroom learning.ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik, validitas, dan kepraktisan media permainan papan Jenga berbasis bioedutainment untuk pembelajaran sistem pencernaan pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN Sinjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan berdasarkan model pengembangan ADDIE, dengan melibatkan 25 siswa kelas VIII sebagai subjek. Model pengembangan ADDIE terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu menganalisis, merancang, mengembangkan, menerapkan, dan mengevaluasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket untuk data kepraktisan, serta soal tes untuk data keefektifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut memiliki desain yang menarik dan mendapat nilai validitas 100%. Itu dinilai sangat praktis oleh siswa dan pendidik. Data keefektifan menunjukkan skor 77, mencapai ketuntasan 96%. This qualitative research uses a survey approach to obtain data from certain natural places (not made by researchers). Still, researchers carry out the treatment in collecting data by distributing questionnaires and giving eco-literacy projects to 26 FKIP UMMA students. The data analysis technique used was Miles and Huberman’s data reduction. The analysis showed that all aspects received a positive response from students of 98%. It means that students were interested in writing to take part in learning by utilizing the environment as a source of learning. The projects produced by students showed an attraction to eco-literacy learning by giving projects.ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ekoliterasi mahasiswa dengan pemberian proyek pada mata kuliah Pengolahan Limbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey, metode survey digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat tertentu yang alamiah (bukan buatan peneliti) tetapi peneliti melakukan perlakuan dalam pengumpulan data dengan mengedarkan angket dan pemberian proyek ekoliterasi pada Mahasiswa FKIP UMMA berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data Miles and Huberman. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa seluruh aspek yang dinyatakan sebagai kemampuan ecoliterasi mahasiswa proyek mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa sebesar 98%. Therefore, the learning outcomes were not as expected. This research aims to know the implementation of biology learning in senior high school, which includes the design, implementation, and assessment of learning. The research informants were teachers of biology and Senior high school students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that (1) the teachers are not contextually planning the learning. (2) The teachers are not effectively and efficiently implementing the learning due to (a) the lack of effective time utilization, (b) the lack of ability to establish and select instructional media appropriate to the criteria of the learning material, and (c) the poor quality of laboratory equipment. (3) The teachers assess student learning outcomes despite the incorrect procedures. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil kuis siswa yang berada dibawah (KKM) sehingga nilai Biologi tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Pedagogik guru dan hasil pembelajaran biologi di SMAN Bukit sundi yang meliputi implementasi dan penilaian hasil pembelajaran. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru biologi, siswa kelas X. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian tersebutterlihat (1) Guru tidak merencanakan pembelajaran secara kontekstual dengan konteks pembelajaran dilaksanakan. (2) Guru yang menerapkan pembelajaran belum efektif dan efisien karena: (a) Guru belum memanfaatkan waktu secara efektif, (b) Guru belum dapat menetapkan dan memilih media pembelajaran (c) pembelajaran belum efektif karena terbatasnya peralatan laboratorium. The purpose of this research is to see the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the module. The 4D research methodology (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate) was used. This research was conducted in class X Senior High School. The results showed that the Material Validity Test research obtained 98.57% (Very Valid), the Media Expert Validation Test assessment was 98.6% (Very Valid), the response assessment by the biology teacher was 85% (Practical), the average student response assessment was 86.07% (Practical). The STEM-based environmental change module produced from the research conducted is valid, practical, and effective in increasing the level of environmental literacy among grade X students at Senior High School.ABSTRAK: Pada saat sekarang ini modul pembelajaran sudah banyak beredar baik ditemukan secara cetak maupun juga elektronik (online), walaupun demikian pengembangan modul berbasis STEM yang sudah dilakukan tidak melihat keefektifan dari modul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan modul. Metodologi penelitian 4D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate) digunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas X SMAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian Uji Validitas Materi yang diperoleh 98,57% (Sangat Valid), penilaian Uji Validasi Ahli Media adalah 98,6% (Sangat Valid), penilaian respon oleh guru biologi adalah 85% (Praktis), rata-rata penilaian respon siswa adalah 86,07% (Praktis). This type of research is a quasi experiment; The sample in the study was taken using the cluster random sampling technique; The research data was taken through the pretest and posttest to see the increase in scientific literacy skills after the learning process while the use of a questionnaire in the experimental class was used to find out students' responses to e-comic media; The results showed that there was a significant effect of the use of inquiry-based e-comic media on students' scientific literacy skills with a significance value of the independent sample t-test of 0.000 or less than 0.05; The results of the questionnaire on student responses to inquiry-based e-comic media obtained an average percentage of 86% in the very good category ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media ecomic berbasis inquiry terhadap kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik serta mengetahui tanggapan peserta didik terhadap e-comic berbasis inquiry. This study aims to determine whether there is effectiveness in mango (Mangifera indica) peel extract to inhibit the growth of instar III Aedes aegypti larvae. This type of research is a true experimental study to look at the effect of mango (Mangifera indica) peel extract on the growth and development of Aedes aegypti larvae. The observation showed results with various concentrations that had different influences on the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae. The higher the concentration, the greater the mortality rate in the larvae (p=0,000). Based on the results of the study showed that extracts from the peel of mangoes have different influences on each concentration. The extract from the peel of mangoes can kill the larvae of Aedes aegypti. Using probit regression analyses, it is known that the value of LC50 is 3.78% every minute. ABSTRAK: Aedes aegypti dapat menularkan virus akibat menggigit manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada efektivitas ekstrak kulit buah mangga (Mangifera indica) dalam menghambat pertumbuhan larva Aedes aegypti instar III. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian true eksperimental untuk melihat pengaruh ekstrak kulit mangga (Mangifera indica) terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan larva Aedes aegypti. Pengamatan menunjukkan hasil dengan berbagai konsentrasi yang digunakan memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap kematian larva Aedes aegypti. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi yang digunakan maka semakin besar tingkat kematian yang terjadi pada larva (p=0,000). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak kulit buah mangga memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda pada setiap konsentrasi. Kemampuan ekstrak kulit buah mangga dapat membunuh larva Aedes aegypti.
