On the other hand, fishing was the most dangerous job in the world with a very high risk of accidents and death. Therefore, it was necessary to study the safety aspects of fishermen as a basis for formulating protection policies for fishermen. This study aimed to examine aspects of personal safety when sailing for fishermen in Jember Regency. This research was a descriptive research. The research was conducted in Jember Regency in August-October 2022 involving 260 fishermen as respondents. Research data collected through interviews. Data were analyzed and presented using tables and cross-tabulations accompanied by narration. The results of this study indicated that there is a tendency that the older the respondents were, the more they pay attention to aspects of personal safety while sailing and the higher the education level of the respondents, the higher the awareness of personal safety while sailing. The government needs to work on improving personal safety aspects for fishermen, especially in terms of providing and using PPE.","PeriodicalId":33964,"journal":{"name":"Medical Technology and Public Health Journal","volume":"92 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83745469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This behaviour affects the knowledge they have, especially knowledge related to JKN. This study aims to determine the relationship between information exposure and JKN knowledge in the Sungai Lebung Village community. This quantitative study a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling technique for a total sample size of 108 respondents. The multiple logistic regression of risk factors was the statistical analysis used in this study. The univariate test results showed that 60 respondents (55.6%) had low JKN knowledge. Multivariate analysis showed that exposure to JKN information was associated with JKN knowledge after being controlled by confounding variables such as gender, education, occupation, and health worker support. People exposed to JKN information sourced by BPJSK have a 3.5 times chance of having high knowledge related to JKN. It can be concluded that socialization concerning JKN using information media sourced by BPJSK needs to be improved by considering gender, education, employment and health worker support.","PeriodicalId":33964,"journal":{"name":"Medical Technology and Public Health Journal","volume":"39 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87365872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The creation of meatballs made from tuna fortified anchovy, which are increasingly rich in nutrients like zinc, will help to overcome nutritional issues. The aim of this research was to look at zinc levels, elasticity, and organoleptic properties. The aim of this study was to look at the zinc levels, elasticity, and organoleptic consistency of tuna fish balls after fortification with anchovy flour and chewers, which could help stunted toddlers improve their nutritional status. This is a true experimental study with a pre and post control group configuration. The sample size was set at 27 (eight samples from the treatment group and one sample from the control group). Zinc levels, elasticity, and organoleptic consistency are all measured in the lab through observation. On zinc levels, ANOVA Two Way was used to analyze data presentation. Zinc levels of 0.001 mg/100 gr and elasticity of 707.38 4.13 gf were found in tuna fish balls until they were reinforced with anchovy flour and chewers. The interaction of zinc content, elasticity, and organoleptic quality of anchovy meal fortification (0, 18%, and 35%) and thickener (carrageenan and STTP) has a major effect on zinc content, elasticity, and organoleptic quality (physical and preferences include taste, aroma, color and texture). The best tuna meatballs in terms of general nutritional content and chewiness are tuna fish balls fortified by 35% anchovy and with carrageenan as thickener. If this disease is not appropriately treated, symptoms such as work tiredness, which has numerous potential causes, may manifest. In order to prevent worker weariness, it is crucial to understand the causes of it. In this work, cross sectional observational research with quantitative approaches is used. The study's population consisted of PT. Y employees, with a sample size of 45 individuals. The findings of this study suggest that a number of factors influence worker weariness at work. According to the investigation, the length of the workday and nutritional status are the main contributors to fatigue at PT. Y. It is evident from the significance value's results, which have a value less then 0.05. according to the value is the connection between nutritional status and the occurrence of fatigue, it is known that it has a p-value of <0.005, which is 0.000. Then on the results of the analysis of the length of work with fatigue it is known that the p-value <0.005, which is 0.015. Therefore, it can be said that variables contributing to the onset of weariness include nutritional state and the length of work. Therefore, changes must be made to prevent or lower the incidence of worker weariness, such as implementing \"fit to work,\" a nutritious diet, regulating the workload, and getting enough rest.","PeriodicalId":33964,"journal":{"name":"Medical Technology and Public Health Journal","volume":"48 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76944120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
