Boat is the main transportation and also lest costs because it only uses simple technology and simple maintenance. This paper is aims to investigate the traditional boat of Riau's curiosity. It is used to find the things that must be prepared with possible dangers arising from the stability of the boat. This research was conducted by collecting data on the main dimension of the traditional boats used in the Riau Islands. From the main dimensions, measurements are made of the shape of the vessel using digital equipment (infrared) combined with simple equipment to obtain maximum results. From the measurement results, then the simulation is carried out using software with several criteria to get the desired results. From the research results, it is found that the boat still has adequate stability on the: lightweight condition, lightweight with 1 person on board and engine, lightweight with one person onboard with engine and even load. The method of harvesting by filtration technique provides many advantages over other methods. Polymer is a membrane material that is often used for harvesting microalgae. However, polymer membranes have limited hydrophobic properties, thus, modification was needed to improve the hydrophilic properties and performance of polymer membranes. The polyvylene fluoride (PVDF) flat-sheet membrane has advantages over other membrane materials which are rated with a flux rate of 67.3 L / m2h and a rejection value of 100%. Then, the development with hollow fiber modulation on the PVDF membrane was considered very suitable, which was reported to have succeeded in increasing the membrane flux in the harvest of Scenedemus Acuminatus reaching up to 5136 L / m2h. The addition of PVDF with the inorganic additive LiCl was successful in increasing its hydrophilicity as the water permeation size increased up to 542 L / m2h. In addition, the use of triethyl phosphate (TEP) as a solvent is more environmentally friendly and compatible with PVDF membranes. As a result, it can increase membrane porosity by up to 92.7%. This UKM was founded in 2007. The main problem of UKM Pempek Ogan Palembang is the slow and monotonic development and business innovation i.e. the promotion strategy implemented is not well designed to increase sales and compete with similar businesses. Consequently, the business experienced declined sales and therefore, reducing revenues if appropriate measures are not taken. The purpose of this research is to develop new strategies, marketing strategies, by creating new innovations for UKM Pempek Ogan Palembang using Blue Ocean Strategy. The Blue Ocean Strategy is a method to develop a new value innovation that is not yet owned by competitors to divert from intense competition among business actors. The BOS method has several steps in its application, namely the creation of a strategy canvas, the creation of a four-step framework i.e. eliminating, enhancing, reducing, and creating, of the creation of three characteristics of a good strategy, namely focus, divergence and motto. Our findings from the strategy canvas suggested that there are several indicators whose values are below competitors. The new innovation applied to UKM Pempek Ogan Palembang as a diversion from competitors by the framework of four steps is to reduce a product price. Moreover, product variants, social media advertising, sales promotion, employee appearance, cleanliness and comfort of the place as well as poor-designed-banners should be improved. Saat ini telah banyak E-Learning yang tersebar diseluruh dunia, akan tetapi dibutuhkan suatu hal yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar para pelajar. Menggunakan metode Gamification yang mana metode ini mengadopsi konsep serta pemikiran pada suatu permainan yang kemudian diterapkan kedalam aktivitas bukan permainan dan dengan rancangan desain user interface E-Learning berbasis Gamification yang baik, selain dapat membantu memperluas media dalam pembelajaran juga dapat meningkatkan minat belajar serta motivasi pelajar dalam belajar. Untuk mengetahui apakah hasil rancangan desain user interface telah baik serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan, diperlukan sebuah evaluasi. Terdapat banyak metode evaluasi, salah satunya yaitu metode Cognitive Walktrough. Metode ini dilakukan dengan beberapa responden melakukan tugas yang telah diberikan serta wawancara kepada responden. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masalah paling banyak muncul pada grade 3 dengan tingkat keseriusan rendah yaitu 4 sebesar 0,33. Jenis Masalah yang paling sering ditemukan yaitu Text and Icon dengan angka sebesar 0,07 yang muncul pada grade 4, 3, dan 2 tepatnya pada tugas nomor 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7. Kemudian masalah ditemukan paling banyak pada tugas nomor 3 dan 6 dengan angka sebesar 0,33. If observed, there is a strong will to protect traditional culture in the middle of the global culture this day.There are three problem which considered in this research. First is to see how the interaction process between the pesantren and the surrounding societies, and which space and environment setting have a function as media for social interaction between the pesantren and the neighbourhood. Second, how is the attitude and behavior of the community about the existence of Gadingmangu Pesantren settlement. The aims of this study is to see cultural values of pesantren which used in the settlement.Methodology used is field research to study physical and non physical aspect intensively. Area of architecture, environment psychology, and sociology, covers settlement and cultural values of pesantren at Gadingmangu. The research results is to find the concept of space surveillance settlement can be considered by physical aspects. Utilize the characterization of the fiber and process it into polymer composites with natural fiber reinforcement. The study was conducted using a variety of chemical treatments in the form of bark midribs without treatment, delignification treatment that is immersion using NaOH media concentration of 1%, 5%, 10% with 3 hours immersion time and bleaching treatment using H2O2 media 2% concentration with immersion time 30, 60 and 90 minutes. In obtaining suitable properties, tensile tests, impact tests, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) images, and Fourier-Transform Infra-Red (FTIR) tests are performed. Optimal delignification treatment at 5% NaOH concentration with a tensile test value of 25.47 MPa (increasing 76.86%) and an impact test value of 11.95 kJ/m2 (increasing 11.45%). The optimal bleaching treatment at 90 minutes immersion with a tensile test value of 35.09 MPa (increased 36.36%) and impact test value of 13.77 kJ/m2 (increased 15.22%). The results of SEM images show that the bark midrib fiber composite without treatment has a lousy interface, delignification treatment with a reasonable good interface, and bleaching treatment with an excellent interface. FTIR test results showed that the bark midrib fiber composite without treatment had a cellulose component but hemicellulose and lignin levels still dominated. Sehingga, BMG memiliki kekuatan mekanik yang baik, kekerasan yang tinggi, ketahanan terhadap aus dan korosi yang tinggi, dan kehalusan permukaan yang baik. Berdasarkan sifat tersebut, BMG memiliki kelayakan yang menjanjikan di bidang industry. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengecoran cetakan di tembaga digunakan untuk menyiapkan BMG paduan Cu45Zr45Al5Ag5. Paduan dileburkan ulang dengan pendinginan super cepat menggunakan mesin pendingin di bawah temperatur -25 oC. Dengan metode pengecoran cetakan di tembaga, sampel ukuran besar berbentuk batang dipotong dengan diameter 2 mm hingga 4 mm dan panjang 30 mm. Batang kemudian dipotong lagi menjadi spesimen berbentuk cakram. Untuk memastikan apakah sampel adalah BMG atau tidak, sampel dievaluasi dengan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersion Spectrometer (EDS), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Electron Probe X-ray Micro Analyzer (EPMA), dan X -ray Difraction (XRD). Public transport facilities are fundamental needs as population growth and society mobility increases. Nowadays, Balikpapan is one of the cities growing quite rapidly, including the level of society mobility. If it is not anticipated, this could lead Balikpapan becomes a crowded city such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and others. One of public transportation in Balikpapan is angkot which has capacity only about 10 passengers. Others are taxi and online transportation such as Gojek, Go-Car, and Grab. These are not yet the appropriate solution for public transportation services for all levels of society. Thus, it needs to be developed the integrated mass public transportation system in Balikpapan and become an alternative solution to the problems. One of the public demands in using public transportation service is passengers can reach any location from anywhere (strongly connected). Therefore, it is necessary to design the route of mass public transport system such as city busway. In this paper it is called Trans Balikpapan Busway. In this paper, we use graph concept to design Trans Balikpapan Busway route. The result is the design of Transbalikpapan Busway route. It is ilustrated by a directed graph. The matrix that represents the graph has unique eigen value, so that the graph is strongly connected. It connects all districts in Balikpapan with places that people ussually visit such as schools/campuses, shops, malls, hospitals, terminals, air port, harbour, institutions, companies, recreation destinations, etc. \u0000Abstrak. Fasilitas transportasi umum merupakan kebutuhan vital seiring pertumbuhan penduduk dan mobilitas masyarakat meningkat. Saat ini, Balikpapan adalah salah satu kota yang berkembang cukup pesat, termasuk tingkat mobilitas masyarakat. Jika tidak diantisipasi, ini dapat menyebabkan Balikpapan menjadi kota yang padat seperti Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung dan lain-lain. Salah satu angkutan umum di Balikpapan adalah angkutan kota yang kapasitasnya hanya sekitar 10 penumpang. Angkutan umum lainnya adalah taksi argo dan transportasi online seperti Gojek, Go-Car, dan Grab. Itu pun belum menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk layanan transportasi umum bagi semua lapisan masyakat. Dengan demikian, perlu dikembangkan sistem transportasi umum massal terpadu di Balikpapan dan menjadi solusi alternatif untuk masalah tersebut. Salah satu tuntutan masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan angkutan umum adalah penumpang dapat mencapai suatu lokasi dari mana saja (strongly connected). This research attemp to analyze impact resistance of rami-epoxy based on composite and polymer blend base ABS-PP. Those sample was made by hand lay up and simple hot casting methode at a temperature of 250 oC. rami-epoxy based on composite and polymer blend samples with volume fraction variation 0%, 25%, 50% and 75%. The result of charpy impact test showed an increase in impact energy along with an increase in the volume fraction of rami. In other hand, an increase in ABS volume fraction could reduce the impact energy of polymer blend samples. From impact testing result, both samples showed brittle like-structure. Broken Fiber with low fiber pull out mechanism was found out in rami-epoxy composite samples.
