The aim is to compare computational stability and time-cost efficiency of integration of available algorithms against commercially sold systems. Three types of environments are selected for comparison - code development environment, graphical development environment and industrial machine vision system solution. The evaluation is based on the use of all three systems for the same types of applications and a comparison of their results - processing time, stability, development time and total development cost. The paper presents a mechanical model of the platform, which consists of designed 3D printed parts. The electrical part of the model consists of the mentioned sensors, servomotors and a low-cost microcontroller board Arduino. The stabilization algorithm implemented on the Arduino is based on a complementary filter and a feedback controller. The used software application for the operation of the model was developed in the Matlab App designer environment and communicates with the Arduino by a serial interface. {"title":"Literature Review, Research Issues and Future Perspective of Relation between Industry 4.0 and Lean Manufacturing","authors":"Mikuláš Hurta, Darja Noskievičová","doi":"10.1109/ICCC51557.2021.9454617","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICCC51557.2021.9454617","url":null,"abstract":"The paper presents systematic literature review related to the link between Industry 4.0 and Lean Manufacturing. The aim of the paper is to map a robustness of the theory related to the issue, analyze the sources, assign them according to particular criteria, discover insufficiently researched areas and determine hypotheses for a practical perspective of their integration. The methodology is based on the systematic literature review approach. Firstly, a historical context of production management approaches is presented together with an introduction of Industry 4.0 and Lean Manufacturing. Then the methodology is introduced. The next part of the paper describes the literature review followed by its results. The end of the paper belongs to the conclusion containing the results summarization and the determined hypotheses for further research. Findings related to the robustness of the research topic, the time relevance of the issue and the found opinion streams of the relation between both approaches are the main results of the paper. The three-phase inverter implements an induction motor drive. The output voltage of the converter is set by a control circuit, the dynamics of which are also examined by the research. The study briefly describes the LLC converter in general, explains in more detail the design of the values of the resonant elements, and then the result of the simulation based on the designed parameters.
