Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Pre-test Post-test Group Design yaitu kelompok satu diberi perlakuan metode latihan terpusat dan kelompok dua diberi perlakuan metode latihan acak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ektrakurikuler futsal SMPN 8 Rejang Lebong sebanyak 30 orang pada tahun 2019 dan Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa ada pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar passing dan dribbling dalam permainan futsal. Hasil analisis Uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir dari kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa tes akhir antara metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak dengan perolehan perhitungan nilai thitung -2,73 > ttabel -2,160 dan ttabel 2,160 < thitung 2,73 dengan taraf ? = 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara X (latihan terpusat dan latihan acak) dengan Y (hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua metode latihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal.Kata Kunci : Metode latihan terpusat, Metode latihan acak, Teknik dasar futsal.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of centralized training methods and random training methods on the ability of basic futsal techniques scientifically. In this study using the pre-test post-test group design, the first group was treated with a centralized training method and the second group was given a random training method treatment. The population in this study were 30 futsal extracurricular students in Rejang Lebong Middle School as many as 30 people in 2019 and the sample of this study used total sampling. The statistical analysis used in this study is the t test to test the hypothesis that there is an effect of the centralized training method and the random training method on the results of mastering the basic techniques of passing and dribbling in futsal games. The results of the t-test analysis of the comparison calculation between the final results of the two groups turned out to have a significant effect on the results of mastering basic futsal techniques. The calculation results state that the final test between the centralized training method and the random training method with the calculation of the calculation of t count -2.73 > t table -2.160 and t table 2.160 < t count 2.73 with the level ? = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between X (centralized training and random training) with Y (the result of mastering basic futsal techniques). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB Negeri Autis Center Kota Bengkulu dan SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan tes kemampuan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaksi. Subjek didalam penelitian ini nanti adalah siswa tuna grahita 20 orang, anak autis 10 orang dan untuk memperkaya analisis jadi dicari juga hasil perbedaan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaksi antara anak normal (SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu) sebanyak 30 orang dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus (SLB Negeri Autis Center Kota Bengkulu) sebanyak 30 orang jadi semuanya sebanyak 60 orang yang akan diteliti. Adapun hasil penelitian hubungan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaksi anak berkebutuhan khusus yaitu rhitung lebih besar dari pada rtabel dimana rhitung = 0,718 > rtabel= 0,361. AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of service after being given the application of weight training of sandy bottles on students extracurricular volleyball in SMPN 8 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is the experimental method. With a sample of 30 people, the design used is Pre test-post test group design. The instrument of this research is to know the improvement of service by using test and measurement. Data analysis technique use t test. The result of this research is obtained tcount 17,7053 when compared with ttable 1,699, hence tcount value> ttable means there is significant influence from weight training of sandy bottle to service ability of voluptuous extracurricular student in SMPN 8 KotaBengkulu. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan rancangan terdiri atas prasiklus. siklus I, dan siklus II, di mana siklus I dan siklus II dilakukan empat tahap pelaksanaan yaitu. 1) perencanaan, 2) aksi atau tindakan, 3) obserpasi, dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah adalah siswa kelas X IPS 6 SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu sebanyak 30 orang, yang terbagi menjadi 6 perempuan dan 24 laki-laki., tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian meningkatkan kemampuan servis atas menggunakan dumbbell. Pada prasiklus hasil tes servis atas menggunakan dumbbell memperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata ketuntasan siswa sebesar 16,66%. Pada siklus I hasil nilai rata-rata keterampilan tes kemampuan servis atas pada olahraga bola voli meningkat menjadi 50%, sedangkan hasil nilai rata-rata keterampilan tes kemampuan servis atas aktivitas guru dengan nilai 7. Pada siklua II hasil nilai rata-rata keterampilan tes kemapuan servis atas menggunakan dumbbell memperoleh hasil rata-rata 76,66% sedangakan aktifitas guru siklus ke II menjadi 10. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan dumbbell meningkatkan kemampuan servis atas pada Siswa Kelas X Ips 6 SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Service Atas, Dumbbell dan Permainan Bola Voli Abstract This study aims to improve the top service capability by applying dumbbell on the students' volleyball game of class X IPS 6 SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu. The classroom action research method with the design consists of prasiklus. Cycle I, and cycle II, where cycle I and cycle II are done four stages of implementation that is. 1) planning, 2) action or action, 3) obserpation, and 4) reflection. The subjects of this research are students of class X IPS 6 SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu as many as 30 people, divided into 6 women and 24 men, where the research conducted in SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu. Based on the results of the study improve the serviceability of using dumbbell load. In prasiklus the results of top service tests using dumbbell load obtained the results of the average score of students mastery of 16.66%. In the first cycle, the average score of the skills of the top serviceability test in volleyball increased to 50%, while the average score of the skill of service ability test on teacher activity was 7. On the second score the average score of skill test Top service using dumbbell obtained an average yield of 76.66% while the activity of teachers to cycle II to 10. Based on the research it can be concluded that the dumbbell load training improves the service capability on the students of Class X Ips 6 Sma Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu. Penelitian dilakukan pada jam belajar mata kuliah pilihan semester tiga mahasiswa penjas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek mahasiswa penjas mata kuliah pilihan tenis meja berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu : (1) pendahuluan, (2) Inti (3) Penutup . Jenis data yang dikumpulkan proses belajar – mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap mahasiswa dalam proses belajar mengajar pada servis forehand dan backhand melalui media dinding permainan tenis meja pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap dosen pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang sangat berarti dalam penerapan pembelajaran servis forehand dan backhand melalui media dinding pada mahasiswa penjas.Kata Kunci : Penerapan Media Dinding, Service Forehand Backhand, Tenis Meja. AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement in the learning process of table tennis on forehand and backhand service through the wall media for Physical Education students. The study was conducted on the hours of learning elective courses of the third semester Physical Education students. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR), this study objectively or as it is with the subject physical education students in elective courses table tennis, amounting to 30 people. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 stages: (1) introduction, (2) Core (3) Closing. The type of data collected in the teaching and learning process. As for the results of observations of students in the teaching and learning process in the forehand and backhand service through the table tennis wall media in the first cycle were 55% of all observations of the teaching and learning process. In the second cycle increased to 85%. While the observations of lecturers in the first cycle were 65% and increased in the second cycle to 90%. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan metode survei, Sampel penelitian menggunakan total sampling kemudian pengambilan data penelitian dengan teknik tes. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji lineritas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian Kekuatan otot lengan memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan akuarsi servis bola voli dengan thitung = 2,34 > ttabel = 2,093 dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 23%, Koordinasi mata tangan memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan akuarsi servis bola voli, dan Kekuatan otot lengan dan Koordinasi mata tangan secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan akuarsi servis bola voli pada siswi ekstrakurikuler di SMAN 2 Seluma, dengan thitung = 3,38 > ttabel = 2,093 dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 48%. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan otot lengan dan koordinasi mata tangan secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dengan akurasi servis atas bola voli. This study is a correlational study with survey methods. The research sample used total sampling and then took research data with test techniques. Statistical analysis used is linearity test, normality test, hypothesis test. Research results Arm muscle strength has a positive relationship with volleyball service acquisition ability with tcount = 2.34> t table = 2,093 and contributes 23%, hand eye coordination has a positive relationship with volleyball service acquaintance capabilities, and arm muscle strength and coordination hand eyes together have a positive relationship with the ability of volleyball service acquaintance on extracurricular students at SMAN 2 Seluma, with tcount = 3.38> t table = 2,093 and contribute 48%. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada pengaruh latihan memukul bola gantung terhadap kemampuan jump service atlet putra Club CAROLINE Kota Lubuklinggau Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di club CAROLINE kota lubuk linggau provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Quasi Eksperimen Design yaitu dengan menggunakan rancangan One-group Preetest-posttest design, penelitian ini secara objektif atau apa adanya dengan sampel 18 orang atlet dengan cara menjadikan semua populasi menjadi sampel (total sampling). Adapun hasil data terbukti t hitung < t table ( -4,1 <1,740) artinya terbukti bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan memukul bola gantung terhadap kemampuan jump service bola voli, sedangkan perentase latihan memukul bola gantung berpengaruh terhadap jump service yaitu sebesar (16,81%).Kata kunci: Bola Gantung, dan Jump Service Abstract This study aims to reveal the effect of hammer ball training on the ability of male athlete service jump club Club CAROLINE town Lubuklinggau South Sumatra Province. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari empat langkah penelitian yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran paneliti menggunakan latihan circuit training untuk meningkatkan kemampuan VO2 Max siswa. Circuit Training yang diberikan kepada siswa ditingkatkan secara bertahap. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII.4 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 35 siswa yang tediri dari 17 orang siswa laki-laki dan 18 orang siswa perempuan. Peneliti menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan observasi dan tes. Adapun tekhnik yang digunakan peneliti untuk menilai keberhasilan penelitian yakni menggunakan norma pengukuran VO2 Max Kenneth H.Cooper yang didapatkan dari Multistage Fitnes Test (MFT). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dan tes evaluasi siswa dilakukan di akhir siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil Pra-siklus dengan persentase 22,86% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan VO2 Max 27.38 dan tergolong dalam kategori Kurang Sekali. Kemudian pada Siklus I dengan persentase 54,29% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan VO2 Max 36.34 dan tergolong dalam kategori Sedang, dan pada Siklus II dengan persentase 80% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan VO2 Max 38.03 dan tergolong dalam kategori Sedang. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan latihan circuit training dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dapat meningkatkan kemampuan VO2 Max siswa. Kata Kunci: Circuit Training dan Kemampuan VO2 MaxAbstractThis study aims to determine whether by using circuit training can increase VO2 Max of the students. This research used classroom action research was designed which research steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In the learning process the researcher used circuit training exercise to improve students VO2 Max ability. Circuit training which was given to students was gradually. The subjects of this study were all the students of VIII.4 class at SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu which was consisted of 35 students, there are 17 males and 18 females on it. The data that used by researcher was collection techniques by making observations and tests. The techniques that used by the researcher to assess the successfull of the study is using the norms of VO2 Max Kenneth H.Cooper measurement that obtained from Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). This study was conducted in two cycles and the student evaluation test was performed at the end of the cycles. Based on the results of this research had conducted percentage of 22.86% as the result of the Pre-cycle with an average of VO2 Max is 27.38 and belonging to the worst category. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan latihan, sarana dan prasarana serta pengetahuan tentang bola voli dan ekstrakurikuler di SMA N Bengkulu Tengah. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pelatih esktrakurikuler dan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan keabsahan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMA N Bengkulu Tengah, sampel yang diteliti mencakup 3 SMA yaitu SMA 1 Bengkulu Tengah, SMA 2 Bengkulu Tengah dan SMA 3 Bengkulu Tengah. Dari data yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, 1) penerapan latihan di SMA N Bengkulu tengah dijalankan dengan baik dan tepat dengan persentase 82,35%, 2) sarana dan prasarana bola voli di SMA N Bengkulu Tengah cukup memadahi dengan persentase 82,2%, dan 3) pengetahuan para siswa terhadap bola dan ekstrakurikuler sangat baik dengan persentase 82,3%.Kata kunci: Penerapan latihan, pengetahuan ekstrakurikuler bola voli dan sarana dan prasarana bola voli.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of volleyball practice in SMA N Bengkulu Tengah. The problems studied in this research is how the implementation of training, facilities and infrastructure and knowledge of volleyball and extracurricular in SMA N Bengkulu Tengah. The source of this research data is the extracurricular trainer and the students who follow the extracurricular activities. Technique of collecting data by using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis with data validity, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The population in this research is SMA N Bengkulu Tengah, the sample studied includes 3 SMA, SMA 1 Bengkulu Tengah, SMA 2 Bengkulu Tengah and SMA 3 Bengkulu Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 9 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen dari penelitian ini yaitu Observasi, Kuesioner, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukuan persentase perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal ditingkat SMA Negeri kota Bengkulu berkembang 5 sekolah 55,55 %, belum berkembang 4 sekolah 44,44 %. Setelah mendapatkan persenan data maka dapat perbandingan perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal ditingkat SMA N kota Bengkulu 5:4, adalah berkembang. Berdasarkan perolehan data perkembangan estrakurikuler futsal ditingkat SMA Negeri Kota Bengkulu harus memperhatikan indikator yang baik seperti pelatih berkompeten, manajemen yang baik, fasilitas, metode latihan dan prestasi. Maka hasil data diperoleh dari sembilan sekolah ada 5 sekolah yang memiliki indikator yang baik. Sedangkan 4 sekolah dinyatakan belum ada perkembangan terlihat dari indikator yang belum memenuhi proses menunjangnya perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal.Kata kunci : SMA, Negeri, Berprestasi.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the futsal extracurricular achievement. The method used is descriptive research method. Research subjects are 9 State Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. Instruments of this research are Observation, Questionnaire, and Documentation. The result of research shows that the percentage of extracurricular futsal development at the level of Upper Secondary School of State of Bengkulu grew by 5 schools 55.55%, not yet developing 4 schools 44.44%. After getting the data percentage then can comparison of extracurricular futsal development at Bengkulu 5: 4 High School level, is growing. Based on data acquisition of futsal estrakurikuler developments at State Senior High School of Bengkulu City should pay attention to good indicators such as competent trainers, good management, facilities, training methods and achievements. So the results of data obtained from nine schools there are 5 schools that have good indicators.
