These incidents seriously affect the traffic order and the safety of passengers. Based on the improved random forest algorithm, this paper studies the early warning model of engine fault of liquefied natural gas (LNG) bus. Firstly, the key factors of LNG bus engine fault are extracted by rough set theory and the index system of early warning model is constructed. Then the warning model is built by improved random forest algorithm. Finally, the model is verified by the test set and the early warning effect of the model is evaluated.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121115796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Direct distribution is to deliver a meal from restaurant to a customer’s home, which often suffers delays during mealordering peak time and incurs customers’ dissatisfaction. This paper focuses on reducing delays in the process of distribution so as to improve distribution efficiency. We propose a new urban take-away centralized distribution mode that involves location problem and vehicle routing problem. Aimed at the two peaks of take-away distribution, the mode chooses the right location to set up the take-away distribution stations that collect meals distributed to here. Through a realistic example based on the student’s meal demand and the distribution network of Beijing Jiaotong University, we demonstrate that the urban take-away centralized distribution mode can efficiently reduce delays, and, meanwhile, decrease the total distribution cost.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121511808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Retailer's risk appetite is characterized with two risk factors that establish a unified framework to measure risk neutrality, risk aversion and risk seeking behavior. In addition, a Stackelberg game is established, the manufacturer acts as the leader while the retailer acts as the follower. Through analysis, two meaningful conclusions are drawn: (1) Both risk parameters have a significant impact to retailer's order quantity and retail price, and the impact is just the opposite. (2) Introducing a two-way revenue sharing contract to achieve this two-channel supply chain coordination. Experimental evidence indicates that there is a Pareto area, and both members can achieve a win-win result.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117330209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, utilizing spatial statistical analysis method based on R and taking data from P2P platform as representative of capital vitality, we explore the relationship of regional economic development, capital vitality and innovation capability, and their spatial concentration. The results show that the regional innovation capability is highly correlated with the regional economic development and capital vitality. The regional economic development and regional innovation capability both have a strong spatial agglomeration. Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces show regional agglomeration of high economic development and strong innovation capability. But capital vitality has low agglomeration, which indicates that the P2P platform provides a fair opportunity for innovation and entrepreneurship.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115435719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the orthogonality between the sub-carriers will be destroyed in a fast and time-varying multipath environment, deteriorating the bit-error performance. So, study on how to improve the anti-fading performance of traditional OFDM system is a very necessary research. In this paper, we introduce FFH (Fast Frequency Hopping) into conventional OFDM system. Based on the sufficient study of the preamble structure about 802.16d protocol, this article designs a frequency hopping mode of “preamble without frequency hopping and data with frequency hopping”. Considering the influence of timing advance in synchronization, the inverse weight matrix was also designed. Finally, we set up a model of FFH-OFDM under WiMAX system and compare it with the traditional OFDM system. The results show that FFH-OFDM has superior anti-fading and noise-resistance performance to OFDM under the AWGN channel and the frequency selective channel.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"440 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116709603","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
