This paper focuses on reducing delays in the process of distribution so as to improve distribution efficiency. We propose a new urban take-away centralized distribution mode that involves location problem and vehicle routing problem. Aimed at the two peaks of take-away distribution, the mode chooses the right location to set up the take-away distribution stations that collect meals distributed to here. 摘要

随着互联网和电子商务的发展,外卖O2O行业发展迅速。直接配送是将餐点从餐厅送到顾客家中,在点餐高峰期经常会出现延误,引起顾客的不满。本文主要研究如何减少配送过程中的延迟,从而提高配送效率。提出了一种新的城市外卖集中配送模式,该模式涉及选址问题和车辆路径问题。该模式针对外卖配送的两个高峰,选择合适的位置设置外卖配送站,收集配送到这里的外卖。以北京交通大学学生餐饮需求和配送网络为例,验证了城市外卖集中配送模式能够有效减少配送延迟,同时降低配送总成本。
