The existence of a child-friendly park has a goal to fulfill children's rights. Child-friendly parks are closely related to Child Friendly City which is one of the things that the City of Semarang wants to achieve. Children's activities in the playground will be more meaningful if safe and comfortable facilities are available so that children do not feel bored. The purpose of this study was to assess the condition of the park in the city of Semarang as a child-friendly park. Based on this assessment, an evaluation of the provision of child-friendly parks in the city of Semarang was compiled. The method used is scoring. After knowing the score for each park, the percentage of the park as a child-friendly park is calculated. The results showed that Taman Bumi Rejo, Kedondong, and Citra Satwa were suitable as child-friendly parks. Meanwhile, Tirto Agung Park cannot be said to be a child-friendly park because there are several indicators that have not been met. The evaluation given is that special care and supervision is needed so that the condition of the park is suitable as a place for children to play. Some facilities need updating such as play furniture, soft mats, and toilets. The rise of electricity rate will give a significant effect to the society, the strategy of domestic electricity consumption to be more effeicient is needed. The Government must make a policy as the Goverment Goodwill to realize the attention of electricity consumption efficiency as the experience of the neighbouring country, Malaysia. The efficiency of elecricity consumption was applied in the vision of City in the Garden. It is the government obligation to exemplify the pattern of energi saving to solve the issueof energi crisis. Related previous studies proved building design caused a squanderring of electricity consumption that harmed the environment. One of environmental friendly elements on building design is the application of greenwall.The initial experiment of this study carried out by creeping the plant up the wall of building model. The temperatur of building walls was hourly measured along the day. The result of this study found that creeped plant up the wall building decrease 20C of the indoor temperature. The application of greenwall showed the indoor temperature was lower the outdoor. The second result found that the decrease of indoor temperature was also influence by the planted area. The most effective place of the planted area is in middle of vertical wall. Setiap tahun pertumbuhan penduduk kota Semarang semakin bertambah mengakibatkan pembangunan kota menjadi semakin pesat. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan perubahan tataguna lahan yang memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan aliran permukaan dan menurunnya peresapan air yang berakibat banjir. Di daerah aliran Sungai Gedawang kawasan Perumahan Puri Gedawang Indah Banyumanik Semarang dengan luas DAS 4,63 km2, telah terjadi perubahan tataguna lahan dari tahun 2007 sampai tahun 2020, dengan berubahnya kondisi penutup permukaan muka tanah menyebabkan air hujan sulit untuk meresap aliran permukaan semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meelakukan analisa perubahan koefisien pengaliran dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2020 dan mereduksi debit akibat perubahan tataguna lahan dengan pipa resapan horisontal. Data dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut : menggunakan data hujan stasiun Gunung Pati Semarang, distribusi hujan menggunakan metode Log Person Type III, perhitungan debit banjir menggunakan metode Gama I, Nakayasu, ITB-1, dan ITB-2, dimensi pipa resapan horisontal sebesar 16,5 cm, panjang pipa sebesar 400 cm, porositas dinding pipa sebesar 0,032; debit banjir tahun 2007 sebesar 32,78 m3/detik; perubahan koefisien pengaliran akibat perubahan tataguna lahan tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2020 sebesar 0,08; debit banjir tahun 2020 sebelum dipasang pipa resapan horisontal sebesar 40,73 m3/detik, dan debit banjir tahun 2020 setelah dipasang pipa resapan horisontal sebesar 32,98 m3/detik; serta membutuhkan pipa resapan sebanyak 1001 unit untuk mencapai kondisi zero ΔQ dengan debit yang direduksikan sebesar 7,75 m3/dt","PeriodicalId":33858,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Riptek","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44954615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It shows the potential local wisdom as a result of community agreement. Thematic Village might be the answer for the problem of basic needs, especially in improving the quality of the living environment of the poor and basic infrastructure by organizing and developing the area based on local and dynamic potential. Kampung Tematik Jajan Pasar Gajahmungkur is one of the thematic villages located in the Gajahmungkur Sub District. This idea was initiated by local communities who understand the potential of the home industry. Therefore, it is necessary to support a city concept to make thematic kampung into tourist destinations. The purpose of this study is to provide concept and design recommendations for the development of thematic kampung as a tourist destination. Data collection methods used are field observation, interviews, institutional surveys, and review documents. Selain resiko tinggi kecelakaan lalu lintas, terdapat fenomena parkir tepi jalan pada rute/ lintasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan input data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari kegiatan survei, wawancara, dan kuesioner terhadap pemilik dan pengemudi angkutan barang di kota semarang. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari pemerintah daerah Kota Semarang melalui SKPD terkait maupun BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteritik pergerakan angkutan barang di kota semarang terdiri dari pergerakan internal-internal, eksternal-internal, dan eksternal-eksternal (menerus/hanya melintas). Sementara untuk lokasi bangkitan tarikan angkutan barang diantara simpul transportasi seperti pelabuhan, stasiun, bandar udara, dan pusat kawasan industri. Jaya, Tri Widayati, Maman Eka Kardiman","doi":"10.35475/riptek.v16i1.138","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35475/riptek.v16i1.138","url":null,"abstract":"Persoalan sampah merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara Pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan masyarakat, sehingga pengelolaannya pun harus dilakukan secara sinergis melalui sistem pengelolaan sampah yang terpadu. Akan tetapi, dalam operasionalnya, biaya investasi pengelolaan sampah yang sangat tinggi justru semakin membebani APBD Kota Semarang. Dengan adanya substansi Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yang memberikan kewenangan kepada Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) untuk mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan daerah yaitu mengentaskan kemiskinan, menciptakan dan menambah lapangan kerja, serta meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesehjateraan masyarakat, maka diperlukan kajian terhadap model yang lebih efektif dalam menghimpun pendapatan daerah dari pengelolaan sampah. Untuk memperoleh permodelan yang tepat, perlu mengenali isu utama atau batang tubuh dari ranting-ranting permasalahan pengelolaan persampahan yang menyeruak di Kota Semarang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan expert choice, tim ahli yang terdiri atas OPD Teknis, Bagian Hukum, NGO, dan Akademisi berhasil menyepakati isu utama pengelolaan sampah di Kota Semarang yang berupa isu sosial budaya yaitu berkaitan dengan belum optimalnya peran serta masyarakat dalam menangani sampah di sektor hulu (16%); isu hukum yaitu berkaitan dengan belum adanya aspek legal yang bersifat memaksa bagi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam membayar retribusi sampah (8,1%); dan isu tata kelola yaitu berkaitan dengan belum optimalnya pemungutan retribusi pada sektor domestik yang tidak dipungut oleh PDAM dan sektor niaga (8%). The Thematic Village of Sekayu Mosque 1413 is not only focused on mosque buildings and ancient houses that have historical value, there are also other activities that can be an attraction for tourism that comes. The Thematic Village of Sekayu Mosque 1413 has several problems from infrastructure, economic, and social aspects. The purpose of this research project is to formulate a design concept and recommendations for the development of the Thematic Village of the Sekayu Mosque 1413 into a tourist destination. The data collection method of this research was carried out through literature review, interviews, and field observations. This research produces a concept that is in accordance with the characteristics of the area, namely the concept of Sustainable Historical Tourism. From this concept, several planning recommendations can be formulated that focus on infrastructure, economic, and social aspects according to the results of the Gap analysis which are compared with the tourism theory of the Sustainable Historical Tourism concept.
