Broadband impedance spectroscopy (BIS) is a new type of cable fault location technology, but the application of BIS technology in the actual field is still less. In particular, the grounding of cable shield in actual operation is lack of consideration is one of the reasons. In view of the grounding situation which widely occurs in the actual cable, this paper analyzes the influence of the cable shield grounding on the measuring circuit, and carries out the measurement experiments of different grounding conditions under the open and short circuit faults at the terminal of the cable. The results show that the grounding of the cable shield does not affect the accuracy of the BIS data. This simplifies the operation and reduces the risk of electric shock during the measurement, which has positive significance for the application of BIS technology in practice.","PeriodicalId":338360,"journal":{"name":"2023 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Control and Robotics (EECR)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127914768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It works with computer-controlled hydraulic power technology and controls the steering, speed, and attachments (e.g., a loader). It auto-enhances safety for the operator and is easy to operate. Minimalistic design solutions are visible in all mobile hydraulic implement guidance technologies today: no bulky hydraulic machinery needed to move large amounts of heavy metals and moving parts to assemble a guidance system geared up not for transportation but utility. In order to make full use of the current-carrying capacity of the line in power system dispatch decisions, more and more attention has been paid to the research of thermal rating prediction of the overhead conductor. At present, the autocorrelation of meteorological elements as well as the thermal rating and the crosscorrelation between them are not considered in the traditional research on thermal rating prediction. In this paper, a probability prediction method for thermal ratings based on the improved BP neural network that can consider the autocorrelation of meteorological elements and thermal rating and the crosscorrelation between them is proposed. Specifically, the autocorrelation features of meteorological elements and thermal ratings are first extracted based on the local connection among nodes of the input-hidden layer, and then the crosscorrelation features between them are extracted through full connection among nodes, so as to realize the prediction of thermal ratings considering autocorrelation and crosscorrelation. The prediction simulation shows that the proposed model which considers the autocorrelation and crosscorrelation can improve the prediction results and make full use of the current-carrying capability of overhead lines, which will further promote the accommodation of renewable energy and energy saving and emission reduction.","PeriodicalId":338360,"journal":{"name":"2023 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Control and Robotics (EECR)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133305121","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the gas turbine is difficult to model accurately and unmeasurable disturbances are unavoidable, which limits the application of MPC to the gas turbine. To solve these problems, a process-model-free design method for MPC via a reference-model (RM)-based proportional-integral (PI) controller – desired dynamic equational (DDE)-PI controller (MPC-DDE) is proposed in this paper. The DDE-PI provides the design model for the MPC and handle with unmeasurable disturbances while MPC provides a rolling optimized set point for DDE-PI. Simulation results illustrate the superiorities of the proposed hierarchical control strategy in reference tracking, disturbance rejection and robustness, which indicates the promising prospect of practical application of MPC-DDE to the gas turbine.","PeriodicalId":338360,"journal":{"name":"2023 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Control and Robotics (EECR)","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130038518","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Numerous pieces of airborne equipment integrate and form engine control systems which adjust fuel supply and furthermore control engine propulsion generation, hence the foundation of developing commercial aircraft engines capable of functioning reliably under lightning environments is to ensure airborne electronic equipment be immune to lighting transients, necessitating an effective method for capturing equipment-level lightning transient immunity design requirements. This paper takes the multidisciplinary nature of electromagnetic compatible engine development into consideration and proposes a model-based systems engineering (MBSE) approach to capture equipment-level lightning transient immunity design requirements, namely open circuit voltages and short circuit currents at electronic equipment interfaces. The proposed approach integrates multidisciplinary information and builds models of aircraft propulsion systems, airborne cable harnesses, and electric loading characteristics to capture engine configuration-based equipment-level design requirements that are decomposed from the control system level. Numerical case studies confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach in capturing configuration-based lightning transient immunity design requirements for airborne equipment, which will be used as criteria for both design and validation phases.","PeriodicalId":338360,"journal":{"name":"2023 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Control and Robotics (EECR)","volume":"125 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124306982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The dynamic heat setting of transmission line takes temperature as the essential factor to limit the thermal load capacity of transmission line. In this paper, based on the thermal balance model of transmission components, the characteristics of thermal inertia of transmission components are revealed through the simulation analysis of three kinds of outgoing wind power transmission components under sudden current change. The thermal inertia effect of overhead lines is more significant than that of transformers. Then, taking the overhead line as an example, the current carrying capacity and temperature of the overhead line are simulated under three typical climbing scenes, and the abandoned air volume is compared and analyzed under the limit of the maximum allowable temperature of the transmission component. It is found that the thermal inertia effect of transmission components becomes more significant with the increase of wind energy fluctuation.","PeriodicalId":338360,"journal":{"name":"2023 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Control and Robotics (EECR)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122141436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we revisit this issue, focusing on the solvability of network equation. We show that singularity of the Jacobian matrix of network equations is a key reason for insolvability, and then propose a numerical index to quantify the transient voltage stability. The proposed index has a simple expression and clear sign pattern, which allows us better recognize the impact of system parameters. Based on the index, it is found that with the increased penetration of photovoltaic generation, the voltage solvability decreases and thus the voltage stability deteriorates. The results of a II-node test system and a 39-node test system verify the effectiveness of the proposed numerical index for voltage stability analysis.","PeriodicalId":338360,"journal":{"name":"2023 9th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Control and Robotics (EECR)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131513803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
