The proposed method is composed of four steps. The first step is to detect the area of change in the current input frame against the background image. Second step is to locate regions of interest (ROIs) by connected component algorithm, calculate area of ROI by convexhull algorithm and segment the area of change from image. Third step is to analysis and calculate static and dynamic characteristic. Finally, we decide whether the objects that have changed in that picture is the smoke or not. Even though most of organizations utilize a standardized SaaS application developed by a SaaS developer, each of tenants would have unique requirements regarding service components. The platform provides several features for configuring these aspects of SaaS software such as organizational structure (role sets and access control), user interface, data model, workflow, and business logic. To satisfy multitenancy of SaaS application, we applied metadata driven architecture proposed by Force.com. The target SaaS platform is composed of the key components that supports SaaS Application execution environment that serves multiple tenant using a single service instance. Traditionally, advertisements have been placed on some paper madia such as newspapers and magazines. However, there are many advertisements on the Internet searching services sites such as Google, Yahoo! and MSN. Each searching site gains their incomes in the Internet advertisements. The Internet advertisement has more effectiveness and readiness than the paper media. Thus advertisers try to place their advertisements on the searching sites. A structure of the Internet advertisement is that the service providers decide order of placement of many advertisements and advertising fees by auctions when advertisers offer their promotions. It is known that Generalized Second Price Auction (GSP) mechanism is most efficient auction mechanism of the advertisement auction. Some searching sites employ GSP mechanism basically. There are a lot of researches on GSP in order to analyze and clarify its feature and advantages. However, these researches assume that traded advertisements are mutually independent. That is means that each advertisement does not influence other advertisements. Also these researches do not consider a value of advertisement, which means some criterions of a name value of a company, an effectiveness and an importance, that is dependently each other. Each advertisement has some values aside from advertising fee, since searching users click the advertisement when it may be useful and valuable for them. To choose an advertisement for users is based on the value of advertisements. This paper proposes a new advertisement auction mechanism based on GSP with considering the value of advertisement. We analyze the auctioneer's profit in comparison between normal GSP, normal VCG (Vickrey-Clarke-Groves Mechanism) and our proposed mechanism. An agile approach aims at maximizing productivity and effectiveness. Participants in an agile project usually focus on functionality of a system during the process. However, there are few considerations for nonfunctional requirements (or quality requirements) such as performance, security and accuracy. This causes huge costs, and wastes efforts for later changes. A novel approach is required to strengthen non-functional aspects in an agile approach. We propose a lightweight quality evaluation method that reflects quality attributes to enhance non-functional features in an agile approach. Our approach enables iterative evaluation of quality attributes in each release. It supports participants to continuously consider quality issues. We propose and implement a general middleware bridge to support device interoperability on different middle wares for efficient home networks. The IWFEngine(inter working function engine) architecture provides an interface for identifying and utilizing services among devices using simple rules in other to support interoperability among heterogeneous middle wares. Through the registered rules, a local middleware message and a standard message are changed into each other. Unlike existing integrated middleware architectures, the IWFEngine architecture improves efficiency, and convenient adaptor development is possible through simple rules and by using local middleware messages. By this configuration, a conversion rule for exchanging messages between devices on various middle wares is described which does not require modification of the corresponding middleware, and operations can be performed in accordance with the existing corresponding middleware mechanism. The redundant-work distribution techniques are mainly used to exclude the malicious participants in the volunteer computing environment. However, the techniques cause some problems like delay of the work completion time or inefficiency of the work execution due to continuous requests of the work redistribution which arise from the reason that the techniques do not consider the characteristics of works and dynamic resources. Recently, the clinical diagnosis of AD has been significantly issued with early detection of Aβ. For further accurate quantification of Aβ compared to current techniques, we suggest a new technical concept that enables the evaluation of as small as a few femtomolar Aβ peptide by using photo-sensitive field-effect transistor (p-FET) coated with selectively transmissible optical filter for a particular range of wavelengths of excitation beam. The photo-current generated by p-FET with arsenic trisulfide (As2S3) filter is as much apparent as about 76 nA for a small amount of Aβ-conjugated fluorescent particles. These nanowires were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and UV -- vis spectroscopy. The results of XRD revealed that monophasic nature of ZnO. The observation of FESEM images showed that the obtained ZnO nanowires were homogenous with average diameter of 30 nm. The photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanowire samples was studied by the degradation of Resazurin. The observed results showed that ZnO nanowires had a remarkable effect on the degradation of Resazurin under UV light.
