Використовуючи музейні колекції, музей міста, як сучасна структура, може розширювати діапазон своєї діяльності від традиційних функцій збирання та зберігання, екскурсійно-пізнавальних послуг до проведення перформансів, історичних реконструкцій тощо, наділених більшою демократичністю і простотою розуміння, ніж музейні колекції. Мета дослідження — узагальнити теоретичні підходи до використання бренду бібліотеки в територіальному брендингу. Запропоновано новий напрям територіального брендингу — «бібліотечна стратегія». Територіальний брендинг дозволяє сформувати позитивний образ території та залучити на неї інвестиції. Визначено, що бібліотеки мають величезний потенціал для формування бренду території. У процесі брендування можна використовувати назву, фірмовий стиль, архітектуру, екскурсійну діяльність та електронні ресурси бібліотек. Ці підходи мають бути об’єднані в єдину «бібліотечну» стратегію територіального брендингу. In an empirical study, carried out between 2016 and 2018 as part of a government-funded project, the cooperation of small and mediumsized Danish libraries with corresponding foreign institutions was examined. Based on the concept of the path dependency of organizational decisions, the article investigates how strategic and structural measures as well as knowledge sharing and organizational learning support transnational cooperation. Initial results indicate that Danish libraries have taken very different paths to internationalization. Foucault. Results . The definition of a museum object is given and the classifications of its species are carried out. The main criteria by which a thing acquires the status of an object of museum value are highlighted: the time factor, the destruction of the context of the original values, the devaluation of a utilitarian or an esthetic significance of the thing, the new value of old things, the attribution of new meanings to them. The main stages of the scientific attribution of a museum object (the definition of the name, the place of creation, inventory number, source of income, etc.) are considered. The basic properties of the museum object are determined: informative, attractive, expressive, and representative. Novelty . The author suggests a new approach to the simulation of an approximate scheme of the scientific attribution of a museum subject, the logic of its scientific description and the introduction into the museum space. The practical significance.
