For purposes of defining the interaction between the Management Control System (MCS) and Big Data Paradigm, Simon’s Levers of control are used. The control framework consists of four levers of control, which are used to identify the extent to which Big Data support the management decision-making process. This article outlines the challenges of using Big Data, which are predominantly related to the fact that they suppress creativity in the decision-making process.","PeriodicalId":337771,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Creative Business for Smart and Sustainable Growth (CREBUS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130458138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main criteria for the efficiency while synthesizing systems for monitoring and control on complex technical objects are the system's performance, its reliability and cost. This article proposes an approach that can be used in the stage of synthesis of the structure of such systems. Special attention is paid to the realization when selecting technical and control devices, which satisfy any technical requirements according to necessary high reliability. The main indices of reliability assessment are systematized, which allows a quick and accurate determination of the structure of complex technical systems in their design.","PeriodicalId":337771,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Creative Business for Smart and Sustainable Growth (CREBUS)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125901632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
