Abstract

Over the last few years, there has been a tendency to blur the line between different types of crisis situations. For example, the problem that initially appears as a domestic carrier could be faced with conflict throughout the country. Another thing that is striking is that these conflicts develop in the towns, villages and other areas. The aim of this report is to focus attention on these urban areas.
