As the success rate of a writer identification scheme is highly dependent on the features extracted from the documents, the phase of feature extraction and therefore selection is highly significant for writer identification schemes. In this paper, the writer identification in Malayalam language is sought for by utilizing feature extraction technique such as Scale Invariant Features Transform (SIFT). In this paper a rigorous approach based on a Genetic Algorithm (GA) and a Message Passing Interface (MPI) strategy have been used, in order to design a flat-gain DFRA considering these FWM products. It was shown that a gain ripple lower than 0:22 dB can be obtained when high efficiency FWM products are generated in the system. Vehicles are equipped with On Board Units (OBU) that collect different measurements and the vehicle position and transmit the data to a remote control center. In current implementations of FCD systems, vehicle fleets use cellular connections for data transmission. In this paper we consider an IEEE 802.11p-based Road Side Unit (RSU) infrastructure for FCD collection. Installing RSUs in order to acquire perfect coverage may prove to be a costly solution, while gaps between the coverage areas will force data buffering at OBUs. This might be a viable solution for delay-tolerant, but not for safety-critical applications that require high data delivery ratio. The goal of this paper is to study the trade-offs between the size of the gaps between RSUs and other system parameters such as data delivery ratio, data collection update interval and size of measured data. Configuration optimization is based on metrics extracted from the 3D Fisher Information Matrix (FIM) relative to the considered array architecture for single source Direction Of Arrival (DOA) estimation. Comprehensive simulations illustrate the optimization metrics behaviour with regard to survivor's emitter 3D DOA and array configuration. Web services are becoming more complex and dynamic. This offers new possibilities for attackers to exploit vulnerabilities by inputting malicious queries or code. However, these attack attempts are often recorded in server logs. Analyzing these logs could be a way to detect intrusions either periodically or in real time. We propose a framework that preprocesses and analyzes these log files. HTTP queries are transformed to numerical matrices using n-gram analysis. The dimensionality of these matrices is reduced using principal component analysis and diffusion map methodology. Abnormal log lines can then be analyzed in more detail. We expand our previous work by elaborating the cluster analysis after obtaining the low-dimensional representation. The framework was tested with actual server log data collected from a large web service. Several previously unknown intrusions were found. Proposed methods could be customized to analyze any kind of log data. Research is inspired by human behavior in group of other human objects. Several new terms are proposed in previous researches for which background and introduction are explained in previous papers such as Metamorphous Hyperspace, Relevant predicted collision time, Coefficient of agility etc. Solving Velocity, Coefficient of agility and Minimal sampling frequency issues finally completes this method. The method allows full decentralization of collision detection which allows many advantages from minimizing of network traffic to simplifying of inclusion of additional agents in relevant space. Implementation of the algorithm will be low resource consuming allowing mobile agents to free resources for additional tasks. For route planning the objective is to satisfy a set of restrict conditions in a certain planning space. In this paper we present a state space linear model of aircraft rout planning and try to generalize the route planning dynamics to node-based data networks. In our presented model the topology is represented by a directed graph, and the Jump Markov model is also proposed for probability change in traffic network topology. Based on the proposed model, we then propose a decentralized fuzzy approach for optimizing the route assignment in a trajectory based air traffic Management environment. Through using fuzzy decision rules in the proposed H-∞ controller strategy, we then improve the network performance criteria and avoid traffic in the network. In this paper we propose a new recovery scheme, called single-path provisioning multi-path recovery (SPP-MPR), specifically designed for flexgrid-based optical networks. It provisions single-paths to serve the bitrate requested by client demands and combines protection and restoration schemes to jointly recover, in part or totally, that bitrate in case of failure. We define the bitrate squeezed recovery optimization (BRASERO) problem to maximize the bitrate which is recovered in case of failure of any single fiber link. A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) formulation is provided.
