In many countries, the food industry has become one of the pillar industries. Safety is the most crucial aspect of food and also the primary criterion for the selection of food by consumers. In recent years, with the frequent occurrence of incidents related to food safety, particularly after the coronavirus disease-2019 pandemic, studies on food safety have been increasing rapidly. For an in-depth analysis of the progress of food safety research, this study used CiteSpace for literature measurement to analyze relevant research studies in the Web of Science (WOS) database from 2001 to 2021 and to map keywords, authors, and institutions. Results indicated that research from the United States is comprehensive and research institutions are closely related. Since 2015, the number of periodicals included in the WOS has increased rapidly, and its influence has gradually increased. In order to improve the generalization ability of the model, the attention mechanism is introduced to improve the feature extraction ability of the network. By adding cavity convolution to the YOLOv5S backbone network and the neck network, and adding context transformation network to the backbone network, the robustness of the model is improved. For model output, flexible non-maximum suppression is used to replace non-maximum suppression to improve the detection effect. The optimum synthesis conditions of P-polyol were investigated as follows: butyldihydroxychlorostannane as catalytic agent, the molar ratio of DEEP to THPO was 1:1 at 120-170℃, the yield was over 85%, the apparent viscosity of P-polyol was 1400 MPa.S with the hydroxyl value about 480 mg KOH/g  and the acid value about 100 mg KOH/g. With the increase of adding P-polyol, the flame retardant properties of the RPUF increased continuously. When the P-polyol amount in white material was 40%, the LOI reached24.7% and vertical combustion test rated UL 94 V-0. TGA results show that the P-polyol promotes the degradation and the formation of char residue of RPUF significantly. The polyurethane foam had the characteristics of condensation phase. Methods: Fifty patients with orthopedic trauma and infected wounds admitted to hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly grouped, and the various clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: All clinical effects of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
